? Calling all women who are afraid of being over charged at mechanic shops. I want to give Huge shout out to Jessie and Vince and the rest of the crew. Very honest shop, they will tell you exactly what you need but not pressure you into having to do it right then and there. Very transparent you can tell they have the customers best interest at heart, They offer financing if you are in a pinch. Very upfront gentlemen, great customer service. If I was not moving out of state this would be my go to shop. Thanks guys!
Excellent Service and friendly staff. I have driven past this intersection for years and never thought to stop by because it always looked more like a scrapyard than an auto repair, when i saw the place all cleaned up i decided to stop in because my inspection was out of date and they were on my way to work. The waiting room was clean, and had drinks and snacks, the staff was clean cut and friendly and when my car needed brakes to pass they were happy to show me photos of my brake pads and gave me a very good price on changing them. They got everything done for me in one day and i was able to wait while they did the work. The work was done in under two hours. I would Recommend this shop to anyone in the Nazareth area.
I love bringing my cars here. I’ve been coming to First Line (now Curt’s) for years for routine maintenance and the occasional repair, and I’m always impressed with how friendly and professional the staff is. No one is pushy or rude, and they never try to upsell unnecessary services my car doesn’t need. The waiting room is clean and comfortable, with free drinks and snacks just like a dealership. They even light a candle, which keeps the space from smelling like tires and oil like many other shops. If you plan on waiting while your car is serviced, this place is easily a 10/10.
So happy I brought my car here! I used to take my car to a dealership. Never had any issues with them until about 6 months ago when they tried to get me to do 2k worth of uneeded repairs. Brought it to Curt's/First Line and had a great experience. Jesse did not try and upsell me on things my car didn't need. Passed inspection no problem and just needed an oil change. My husband and I will both be taking our vehicles there from now on. Thanks so much for being honest and in addition getting my car in and out quickly. Great to do business with a local, dependable garage.
EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had an issue with my vehicle that two other mechanics could not locate the problem. I am impressed with the professionalism, diagnostic analysis, prompt attention, follow-up, communication, cost and repair of our vehicle! We received exceptional service from start to finish that we also had our second car worked on. The paperless estimates and billing were another convenient benefit. Highly recommend!
I was not impressed with the service. They had my car for a week because the part was not correct that was ordered If you order this part 3 times from the distributer it should be right. They quoted me one price than when it was time to pay it was way more than quoted. After I got home. my husband asked what happened to my front license plate holder. It was gone. When I called Jesse , he suggested i drove over my front license plate holder. He was very dismissive about my concern. Ummmm it has been there for 3 years . It didn't just fall off from when the Ford factory put it on. You could see where the hand print was and the screw driver in the dirt from popping the license plate holder off the front of the car. Changing the back brake pads that you said were bad and the oil line has nothing to do with the bumper. Sad to say my car is not running right after they fixed it and after 800 plus dollars it should purr like a kitten. Unfortunately for them, this woman who you think knows nothing will not be back.
Been going to Curt’s for years. Curt was great! Not sure what is going on with the new crew there now. Not even close to the same experience. Won’t be back. It’s a shame really. Hard to find good places anymore. My advice look elsewhere.
It’s such a relief to find a trustworthy mechanic after years of constantly getting ripped off and lied to by other shops. I’ll never go back to a quick lube again.
It’s like everyone else says, this place has such a great team of technicians, they always get it right and they are always honest with you. Curt is a great guy and im happy to see him with a full team of people who have the same mindset he’s had for all these years
I normally don't leave reviews, but I cant praise these guys more. I haven't been coming here for long, a little over a month now, but i will definitely continue to come as the future needs come. They have helped me fix up a decently broken car ?. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Its a small team but they work efficiently. They are willing to go extra lengths to get the job done right. These guys deserve all the praise in the world from me. I couldn't be more appreciative. They have saved me from a lot of headaches and a lot of wasted money elsewhere. Their prices are extremely fair for the amount of effort and pride they put into the jobs they do. Again, couldn't recommend this place anymore than I have already, I would if i could.
Curt’s a super laid back and very honest guy. He’ll give you an honest assessment and charge a fair price. Takes his time to do a thorough job that comes out quality each time.
I've been bringing my vehicles to Curt's for almost 20 years. He's trustworthy, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Turnaround time can be a bit on the slow side for larger jobs if he's backed up with inspections, but overall a quality mechanic and all-around quality guy. I could offer several anecdotes of times Curt really helped me out, but this review would end up several paragraphs long. He'll be my go-to guy for as long as I'm living in the Lehigh Valley.
