Chris was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. More than six months after my purchase was completed and paid for, I reached out with a document-related question. There was no obligation for him to respond quickly or even remember the details of my file, yet he answered immediately, remembered our transaction, and located the document right away. Within minutes, he emailed me exactly what I needed. That level of professionalism and follow-through long after the sale really stood out to me.

Be nice if they would respond back to multiple emails/calls but they never do. I have money for a car, you want money for a car, but they don't respond. Seems honest enough but I wouldn't know. If I'm called out on this review I'll post all the emails and screenshots of the multiple times I called. And to make matters worse i just checked after i posted the review, now the car sold. Bs dealership

Purchased a Ford F-150 from J&S on Feb 20th of this year. He was super easy to work with, good pricing, and got me in and out quick. No complaints with the service or being up front etc. The three star review is due to the fact that I noticed that the inspection sticker was fudged. It was pulled back and a 12 was added so instead of an inspection due date of 1/25 it was changed to 12/25. Luckily, I had the truck gone over and inspected and there were no major issues. I put three stars due to the fact there is no proof of who did it and I don't want to place unwarranted blame on anyone just want to present the facts of my experience. If your buying a car always check your inspection stickers thoroughly I thought I did and I still missed a major odometer discrepancy.
If I could give him amillion stars I would! Such a fair price! Such a nice car! He was even nice enough to help me on the phone IN ANOTHER STATE when my dmv office was giving me an issue with registering. He’s a honest and cool guy! He’s not here to rob you or play you! ANYTHING THIS MAN IS SELLING IS WORTH THE BUY! I gave my entire family his contact info for vehicles!

Normally not a place I would stop but a certain car caught my eye. Sales staff is polite and not pushy, the mechanic attached to the dealership is a straight shooter too. Worth a shot for a clean used car
