I wanted the alignment checked on my f350. They were able to get my truck in on short notice at the Nazareth location. Next week it’s a 4 wheel alignment on my Tesla. The other location has put tires on my car and done a 4wheel alignment. Wrenchrec is a very easy business to deal with. They will do lots of stuff on EVs. I highly recommend them.

Brought my truck here about a week ago. Asked for an inspection and oil change. Took over 2 hours for them to do it and when they did they tried to sell me a bunch of services I need at crazy prices. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, prices are crazy and they take forever. Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle elsewhere.
I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff along with a quick and easy service. I had an air valve stem come off my tire while putting air in it. They were able to take my car and get it fixed for a reasonable price.
Told us we needed to get our transmission fluid replaced, along with a handful of other services, to pass inspection. To "prove" the transmission fluid was dirty they put some in a bottle. We went to Murante Auto Repair and they passed the car. When we replaced the transmission fluid ourselves, it was not the color of the fluid Wrenchtec gave to us, proving that Wrenchtec lied.
After moving to the Easton/Nazareth area seven years ago, I have been to four garages for state inspection. Based on a family recommendation, I went to Wrenchtec the last two years. Finally found a place that I trust and am very comfortable recommending them to others. They courteous, efficient and competent. Especially, enjoyed my experience with Nevin and Phil!
Had become very tired of paying inflated prices for general maintenance at the dealership and decided to give Wrenchtec a try.. very happy I did! From the time I called to make an appointment, everyone I spoke to was very friendly, courteous and professional. I needed an oil change, state inspection and a front tire repair.. and the price was great! Will definitely be back again. A+!
My wife used to take her vehicle to Wrenchtec and stopped because prior issues. Not to get into complete details, but since these other employees including the Manager Phil have been there they have done a complete 180. I was almost left stranded with my car leaking oil due to a shop not doing the right checks before they gave me the vehicle back. Showed up to wrenchtec right before closing and was told we always take care of customers. They in turn handed me a bottle of 3 quarts of oil so that I could bring the vehicle to there shop. They took care of the situation cleaned up the mess and didn’t kill me on charges. I am so grateful to Phil and his team and will certainly be not only returning business back to that shop but will refer others. THANK YOU!!!
Do not go here. I took my car for an inspection and they tried to scam me of 3000 dollars worth of repairs not knowing I am going to school to be a mechanic. They lied about my suspension saying it was leaking grease all over. Took it to another shop and it passed with flying colors saving me 2950. I would give 0 stars if possible.
Edit: the owner seems to think that giving sassy replies to bad reviews covers up the shady practices his shop uses (see any of the other 1 star reviews). The PA State inspection manual says to reject if the shock absorbers have severe leakage - not slight dampness. It also states “a certificate of inspection may not be removed from a vehicle for which the certificate was issued, except to replace it with a new certificate of inspection” yet when I picked up my car they had already ripped off the old inspection sticker. Sounds like their technicians either aren’t properly trained or were told to suggest repairs that aren’t necessary.

Too cheap to have Napa deliver their parts, so they have DoorDash drivers do it for 1/4 of the price, and they don’t tip! Beware Dashers! You’ll find five employees standing around talking to one customer, so be prepared to wait and be slept on the wrist by DoorDash. You will drop levels just so they can pay all them employees to do nothing

I have a somewhat customized ford bronco. I brought the vehicle in for an inspection, oil change, and to get a custom dual exhaust put on. They said they couldn’t perform the exhaust work because they didn’t have the correct equipment to do the work. Im at least thankful they didn’t go forward knowing it wouldn’t be up to my standards.
I dropped my vehicle off on friday 8/15 with 42 miles left on the tank of gas. I did this because i read other reviews of other customers stating that they got their cars back with an unusual amount of mileage missing from when they dropped it off. I GOT MY VEHICLE BACK WITH 14 MILES LEFT ON THE TANK!!!!!
I want to know exactly who took my vehicle for a long joy ride?!?! I want to know how i am going to be compensated for this?!?!?

Seriously. Phenomenal service from start to finish. The moment I dropped off my Jeep, they were already focused on making sure everything was done correctly. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all of my questions and treated me with genuine respect. Their professionalism stood out but so did their kindness. Devin and Sierra went above and beyond to make the whole process stress free. They kept me updated, made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. It’s rare these days to find a place where you know you can walk in, and leave feeling confident that the job was done right. Sierra and Devin (I hope I'm spelling them correctly.) are truly two of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Didn't even want to put a star but I had to. My step son was there 4 different time's. Twice for his AC and twice for something else! Paid almost $3,000 to get his car fixed and he had a problem again!! He finally took it to another garage to get told nothing was ever done!! Long story short this garage ripped him off!! I would never send anyone here!! That's horrible business! Even more horrible to Rip ppl off!! Seems like they are only out for money and don't ever fix your car!!

Used the Nazareth location for inspection. Car failed, but they fixed everything it needed and called me after their posted hours to pickup. Said they would go home when all cars were done- INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- everyone I spoke to there was helpful and friendly. We found our new garage!!!
I wanted to thank you for the wonderful service I received at Wrenchtec on 5/23/25. My oil light went off and when I called the place I had gone last year they couldn't take me until the following Thursday! I was thrilled when I was able to get an appointment at Wrenchtec the same day I called. I was lucky to have a coupon from the AAA giving me a free tire rotation with the oil change! This saved me $30! I received a comprehensive estimate on what my car needed as I had not had anything other than inspection done since August 2023 at Lehigh Valley Honda where I had taken my last two Hondas for the past 25 years. They screwed me over one too many times so I will never go there again and needed a good reliable honest place to work on my car. I brought in the papers from my last visit with them and your receptionist was honest enough to call me back to say I won't need spark plugs which will save me almost $300. I know I need considerable service due to the length of time my car has been worked on. I am also very fortunate to live within walking distance. I am thrilled to have found a dependable and trustworthy establishment to work on my car. Thank you very much

I have had four vehicles in the Easton location for things like inspections to check engine lights. They are very accommodating with getting vehicles scheduled quickly. They always call with an estimate prior to performing the work. One occasion the cost of the repair was lower. This shows they are fair, as well. Staff is friendly and willing to back up the work performed. I never felt like more than necessary was being suggested. Keep up the good work. Thanks to all involved who worked on the vehicles brought into the shop.
I was referred to Wrench Tech by my mother-in-law, a long-time customer. I have been consistently satisfied with their willingness to communicate the work required for repairs based on the circumstances. I now exclusively take my vehicle to Wrench Tech for maintenance and repairs, as they excel in their field and are transparent about the cost of repairs. They also provide alternative recommendations when necessary. I would like to express my gratitude to Wrench Tech for their exceptional service. A $2000 repair job turned into a $7500 quote waaayy too quick. I knew for a fact that I was being lied to as soon as they told me I needed new brakes for inspection. Their opinion changed really quick when I asked them why it would need new brakes when the brakes they looked at are literally brand new. Less than 500 miles on them. Brand new rotors, calipers, and pads, and they tried to convince me I needed new ones. No thank yeewwww.
Scheduled my vehicle for an Inspection and a wheel alignment for 3pm on a Thursday. I didn't hear from them till the next day and they informed me that a brake line broke after test driving. I picked up the vehicle immediately and fixed the brake line myself. I brought it back to them within 2 hours. Didnt get a call back from them till the next day and they told me it failed inspection for an exhaust clamp. Even worse they called right before they closed. So my vehicle was stuck there over the weekend. I looked over the vehicle and found no broken exhaust or clamps.
I took my vehicle somewhere else on Tuesday morning and it passed inspected. Plus they made me aware that I had a loose idler arm on the steering. So now I can take it back to somewhere else and have them align it properly or "AT All" since Wrenchtec never did that either.
I will continue to go somewhere else and would recommend anyone do the same.
We love this place! First time was just here for inspection but then we had a screw in our tire and needed tires rotated. Was quick and easy to make an appointment so was in the day after. Got everything fixed and was happy with the work and the prices are way better than other places for sure. Going to start going here for standard maintenance on our two vehicles. If you need work done or simple stuff I highly recommend. Staff is super friendly and helpful as well and was comfortable hanging in waiting area for car. Thanks guys!!!!!
Drew made it hard to write this review because I truly believe he was doing what he could to help me, but getting an inspection from this place has been a disaster. At first I was over the moon they were able to take my car last minute on Tuesday 9/3, but it was all down hill from there.
First, they never called during the process and so we called them. Drew says that it's all good and should be ready for pick-up in 10 so we made our way over. Once we get there Drew says that he's sorry because not only is the car not ready, but it didn't pass inspection.
He then says verbally why it didn't and hands me a work order. Wanting to respect that they were closing up and I wasn't going to have it fixed for their outrageous prices, I left. Needing to get it fixed, I realized they never told me which inner tie rod they were failing me for. I called three times that week and each time was either just given the work order or told they would send it.
A week goes by, never sent. Then on the day I'm fixing it I call again, Drew tries to help but yet again sends a work order and says it was never written down. The problem is the tie rods don't need to be replaced because they have no give whatsoever, myself and Stonehouse Tire and Auto verified this.
Finally, I said alright whatever I'll replace them both, fix the other stuff, and then you can give me my sticker right? Nope. They initially tried to make me schedule an appointment until I turned up in person. Once I did turn up in person, without telling them in advance, it was smooth sailing and they gave me my stickers. I've edited the review to reflect this.
Do not trust this place, while the customer service is alright it is clear the regular service is sketchy at best.
Just spent $3000 to have my car inspected. Full disclosure, it is in large part my fault. My inspection was expired so I was in a somewhat desperate situation.
Dealing with the customer service side felt like being in a franchise store like Firestone or Goodyear.
The work that was done was fine. The initial estimate was $3400. I had the rear brake rotors and pads in my car and that was included in the estimate. When I asked them to forget about that the estimate went down to $3000. So, they wanted to charge me @ $375 to install those parts but it is only a 1 hour job. A friend did the front brakes a little while back and it took him less than an hour.
I had several bulbs out which ended up costing over $250(obviously mostly labor at $134 per hour). There was never any discussion with me about me replacing to save some money. Instead they wanted to sell me work being done to my A/C. I had told them that there were issues related to the A/C and that it only worked when the temp. gauge on the dash was registering. They start telling me that they discovered that the A/C didn't work.
1) Why are you checking my A/C for inspection?
2) I am already in sticker shock. Please stop looking for more repairs that are not needed for inspection.
Once the thermostat was replaced and whatever temp. sensor errors it was creating had cleared the dash temp. gauge and A/C work just fine.
My biggest issue is the way they treated my property. In their lobby one of their core beliefs is to treat the customer and their property with respect.
When I picked up my car the hood was littered with leaves and bird poop. They had clearly parked the car under a tree for an extended period but it looked like it had been worked on in the woods.
I sent them a message through their website... No response.
When it was taking them a couple days to figure out getting my car to pass the electronic portion of the inspection(I had to drive the car around over a couple days. I am 50 and this has never come up before) I sent a second message through their website basically begging for them to try to help me. This was after I verbally confirmed with them that the messaging system worked...No response. Photos attached from the evening I picked it up.
