I was there the other day and I asked if 2 people (pretty close to closing) could help me find out what something was that fell from my car. They had no idea. Truthfully it was hard to figure out. Needless to say, not sure if you read your reviews but I really appreciate them taking the time despite not being able to figure out what it was. I took my car to a mechanic the morning after I got home because the car wouldn’t start. I had to get a tow to the garage. It was part of the motor starter! Crazy right? It looked like a little can of something, but nope. It was part of the motor starter. It somehow detached. Truthfully my mechanic almost didn’t figure it out when i brought in the part. He said he took my car entirely apart and looked over it 2 times before he figured it out. His BOSS ended up helping him figure it out. But I’m sure it would’ve helped if your system showed pictures of your items. Hope that recommendation reaches someone. Thanks again.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience at the Nazareth Auto Zone today. Ever since Covid it seems people are not as nice as they used to be. This was absolutely not the case at this Auto Zone I visited. As soon as I walked in the door a nice strapping man greeted me with a warm hello. I was then asked if he could help me find what I was looking for? I responded that I only needed two things. A 1/4 hose line for my dry rotted tillers gas hose. Also an air freshener from Little Tree for my stinky car. That my Blood Hound “Skippy” had jumped into wet. From swimming in the Bushkill Creek and boy oh boy it stinks like wet dog! I was pleased when your professional told me that they stock both there. I ended up buying a three pack of the air fresheners because this young man told me it would a better value. I want you to know Auto Zone the individual that helped me is why I would return here for my future automotive needs! I think you should buy the employees at this store a free lunch because you sure aren’t serviced like this anywhere anymore. Thank you and have a stupendous day.

I was here for 5 minutes getting wiperblades and this was my observation. This location needs some help cosmetically! I've been shopping at AutoZone for a really long time, since when is it acceptable to have your main counters completely duct taped together? Also, I wish I had been able to catch the name of the tall, older gentleman that was on a huge power trip today. The way he spoke to his staff member with customers present made me very uncomfortable. When his own staff says "well that was rude" I'm guessing it was obvious to more than just me. A regional manager should really step in and take a look at what he/she is responsible for. On a brighter note (the only reason I'm leaving 3 stars instead of 1), Bruce was quite pleasant, and helpful, so my experience there wasn't a complete disaster. I think I'll try 25th St. next time.

I came in because my oil light was on and intended to top-off my oil. It turned out my oil was completely empty! I talked to Mike, who helped me pick the right oil and not only showed me where each fluid under my hood was, but helped me fill my oil and read the dip stick correctly. He made sure i knew what to do, and when my own knowledge failed me, he supplimented! Out of courtesy, noticing my coolant was also low, he took leftover product from the store and filled it for me. He was very pleasant and polite throughout the entire interaction. I asked to put a good word in to his boss, and his boss said he wasn't surprised! If you need help understanding how to fix minor issues with your car, and what the right product is, you are guaranteed solid and sincere customer service here. Thank you guys!

Knowone wanted to help me! Very disappointed. The older man at the 248 auto zone said " you have 2 types of batteries & we don't know which on you need" (I have a 2018 Hyundai Tuscan). I said Sir, can you look at mine? Then he got very loud saying " look, that's a 30 min task, your batteryis underneath the engine & as you can see, there is just 2 of us here & we cannot do it!" I said, my battery isn't under the engine, that it is on top. He got annoyed again by his facial expression & I said, its okay, thanks for your help & I left. The younger guy did look at where my battery was & he said, "I'm sorry, but he won't let me do it & of all nights, I forgot my gloves. I said thanks anyway & left feeling very frustrated at AutoZone. Will never go back! I just got my car jumped at the Hospital & the Dr said whatever you do, don't turn your car off or you'll need another jump & said to drive to AutoZone & they will put a new battery in for you, he was surprised that they didn't help me too. If maybe I was a man, they would have helped, but because I am a woman, they totally didn't want to help me!

Stopped in to get a battery for my Navigator. I was helped by Bryan he actually installed my battery and was very knowledgeable. Thanks for your great service

This location is the absolute worst I have done a ton of business with this location and even went as far as a commercial account. The csm Troy had the nerve to call all the autozones in the area and told them not to do business with me all because I chose to move my account else where due to the rude and disrespect u get there. I wish corporate would reach out to me someone very high as I will be closing my account and going else where they cost me business and he ruined my name and reputation

So helpful. The employees diagnosed my check engine light, found me the replacement part to address the issue, and installed a new battery within about 15 minutes. Great service and all the employees were super nice.

Had an issue with our car filter. They were helpful and knowledgeable in diagnosing the check engine light and had the replacement air filter in stock. Did not try to upsell anything extra.

I did not like the way the store manager treated me on my arrival. His CSR #53, REG #12. He rushed me and was rude dealing with me. Will NEVER come back and will tell friends not to go here. I do NOT recommend. Hope the district manager sees this.

I purchased a 20 lb. bag of ice melt from your store today, I asked the gentleman to please lift and load it in my car since I am unable to lift due to a spinal injury. He was very annoyed and actually threw the scanner on the counter after he scanned my item. I wish I had gotten his name. I am a frequent shopper at your store but will think twice about shopping there again. Carol H.

What great employees!! They were so helpful with a battery problem I was having and Mike...who owns the cool looking Cadillac, went above and beyond to help me. They are always so helpful whenever I go in with a question or a problem.

Needed a battery asap. Way to tired to install myself. They did a great job. Had a few selections to choose from. Very friendly and courteous.

Staff was super helpful and allowed us to try several wheel lock keys to see if they were able to sell a set of lugs and keys that would match the existing locks we had.

Absolutely the friendliest Employee and very very helpful! Purchased 3 wipers for my car and the nice Employee put them on for me. He up sold me so I could get a 10% discount. Just really very friendly and extremely helpful! Thanks so much; I'm sorry I forgot you name.

I was in shopping for products for my car and overheard one of the employees Steve, shouting absolutely offensive and rude comments about the other employees. I could vividly see the employees getting angry from his rude comments, is this how you run your store? It's absolutely disrespectful. No person should have things said about them like this man was. I will be contacting corporate to let them know of how poor of a working environment you have going on. It's absolutely disgusting. And appalling.

Girl at counter had no idea what she was doing and very bad attitude, told me there were 2 choices for an alternator. I asked the difference and she told me they made 2 different ones. Spent 20 minutes trying to figure out what the difference was. I asked for a manager and there was 1 choice.. but remanufactured or new.

I work near here and figured I would come by for some wiper blades. I think it would be a great place to work the one bald guy was just hanging out on his phone and made it seem like a nuisance for me asking questions. The other 2 workers seemed nice and pleasant tho.... I’ll go to advanced next time.

have never gotten the right parts here. always go to the one in easton. staff here is horrible, very unfriendly and unknowledgeable. terrible customer service especially from this one tall girl. not trying to single her out but it is literally every time.

I witnessed an employee named Caitlin tell a paying customer ‘get it yourself’ and then threw the item at him. the customer was nothing but nice and friendly however this girl was rude and disrespectful. She deserves to be fired, this made me leave without getting the many parts i needed. i went to easton and they were great. DO NOT COME HERE.

I got asked if a Dodge Omni was a real car, or if I was making it up when I went in asking for spark plugs for it ? i was also driving this car, a Dodge Omni.

Smaller location in the area. Will avoid going to this location unless necessary. Always empty & staff can be moody/grouchy at times. However Autozone as whole is an excellent company, this location is just blah. Most of the time, the parts I need are not in stock & I end up having to travel to the airport road one instead.

All the staff was extremely knowledgeable and all offered their experiences in the check engine light, oxygen sensor issue. Awe neck, I bought the part & watched my check engine light reappear in less than 24 hrs. Had the garage reset the code. All seems good so far.

I didnt even want to give one star, im about to make a third trip 3 wrong parts. When you get parts and you give the size the make ect. I shouldnt have to bring it back because they didnt care to read carefully so after this third trip ill be taking business else where. The staff are nice but theres no hospitality they are just blah like they hate the jobs they have.
