family owned I believe. very friendly and helpful. they put the part I needed aside to make sure I could buy it when I came to their store. they checked other locations for me for the other part they didn't have in stock and asked that location to put it aside for me as well.

Went in for a battery replacement, was helped by Jerry. I am not a car guy at all and no one made me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed for my car. Lucky enough I had a picture of the VIN and this helped get the battery picked out, Jerry was very polite and provided small conversation as he quickly put the battery in my car. All in all I was in and out and on my way in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this store and Jerry was top notch with his customer service.

My order pickup experience for two online orders on separate occasions was quick and easy. I received everything as ordered.

Had to get a molded heater hose ,they had one in shocked. Fair price, made life a lot easier.

Was a pretty good experience. Waited a while to get checked out, but I was the only customer and didn't really make myself known. I wasn't hassled for signups or bothered for my phone number. Just easy in and out.

Disappointed with their professionalism. Purchased a battery that cost me $275, and I asked if they install it as well. The gentlan said, "Unfortunately, yes." He pushed the cart with the battery to my vehicle and walked around the building, kicking leaves and debris that were there in the ground and never helped. I originally thought that he left to get tools. It became obvious that he had no intention to help or even put the battery in, even after I asked.

When I need something I come here and I usually can find it. Staff is knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to, so if you're a neophyte for doing repairs and you need certain items, just go up and ask and they'll be happy to help you out.

Been coming here for like 8 years and have never written a review for this place. The employees are excellent, always willing to help and work with you if you have an issue.

Positive feedback for Jerry. May car battery suddenly failed, I was able to get the car jump started and headed over to Advanced Auto immediately. Jerry was extremely helpful and he installed a new battery. Excellent customer service.

Employee was using profanity and talking about how he hated the job all because he had trouble finding my online order. Very unprofessional and just downright inappropriate to do in front of a customer

Almost the worst place around. Twice the older guy behind the counter gave me wrong parts. I specifically told him the part I needed because I checked online before going knowing there was two different calipers for the year of my truck. I told him three times which one I needed, he just was like yeah yeah yeah. Got home and of course he gave the wrong one. I went back and returned the part then he proceeded to argue with me and tell me I'm wrong until someone else walked over and pointed out the other option on the screen. Never apologized for giving me the wrong part or arguing with me. Gave me a coupon for 20% off and made it very clear it was good for THAT DAY ONLY! Nothing worse than it know it all. DO NOT GO HERE! There are plenty of other places to go.

Call for a price and was immediately put on hold. No one ever picked up. Is this the customer service the Nazareth Advance Auto is striving for? Absolutely horrific. Manager and/or regional manager should cut everyone and start new. Stay away...Autozone is right across the street.

Always has the parts I need! Return policy is fantastic and never had a problem. Definitely my go to place fir car parts.

This auto parts store is clean & very organized during this pandemic. Service was awesome & I purchased the part I needed & price was competitive. Definitely would go here for future purchases.

Great customer service. Purchased a new battery during the last big storm and the associate came outside and swapped it out for me. Reasonable prices on batteries.

I love this location! The majority of the employees are supes nice, especially Troy! He's beyond helpful and not impatient or arrogant! The SpeedPerks reward program is also really awesome!! Easy to earn rewards!

Had to return a car battery that was ordered online for in store pickup. This particular battery was the wrong physical size, and did not want to mount properly. Took the battery in with the receipt, explained the situation to the employee, and he was super helpful and empathetic to the situation, as he had a similar problem before. Even explained the complexities with that style of battery and why he doesnt particularly care for them. He processed the return no problem, and told us to have an amazing rest of the day. Very professional and great customer service.

I've had hit or miss customer service at this location. They LOVE to sell you products, but give a hassle when trying to return something. Stay away from this location and go somewhere that treats you fairly and not give you worse customer service based on how you look.

They had the parts we ordered...but, the sales associate decided that we didn't need all of something that we ordered. So, he didn't originally give it to us...but, had still charged us for ot.

I will never go there again. You ask a question and they just point so customer service was terrible. At the checkout the gangster tried to short change me 10.00 dollars probably for his habit. Now I know why there wasn't anybody in there. I rate this place negative 3 star.

Great place that has just about everything you could possibly need. if they don't have what you're looking for in stock they will order it for you and get it fast. They should probably be your first stop when looking for parts.
