This Napa Auto Parts is running smoother than a freshly oiled engine. The place was organized like they hired Marie Kondo to personally alphabetize the spark plugs. I walked in kinda lost, couldn’t find what I needed, and the gentleman behind the counter didn’t just point vaguely like, “uhh maybe over there.” Nah. He went upstairs like a hero on a side quest, fought through the mystical stockroom jungle, and came back with exactly what I needed in hand.
But here’s the kicker: dude hands my daughter a popsicle. A. Popsicle. At an auto parts store. I wasn’t expecting frozen snacks in this side of heaven, but there it was. Like, who does that? A saint disguised in a Napa polo, that’s who.
And all this happened when I walked in FIFTEEN MINUTES before closing. Most places would have hit me with the “we’re closing soon” side-eye, but this guy was chill, helpful, and handing out popsicles like Oprah.
If every auto parts store was like this, cars would never break down again.
I wish I knew this gentlemen’s name so he could get the recognition he deserves. If he ever reads this: thank you, mysterious popsicle man of Napa, you’re a legend.
I’ve done DoorDash here twice, had to drive over a half hour a way and received NO TIP. I will be denying any orders from here and contacting DoorDash. $8 to drive over a half hour away? Come on.
Please this Napa location counter parts people need help with Genuine AC Delco part number on crossings them to a good Napa Part Number. You are losing alot of business because of this.
Friendly staff that knows their parts. They didn't have what I needed at the time, but it came in exactly when they said it would. Will be a repeat customer!
I stopped in hear to get replacement windshield wiper blades. The staff showed me my options, gave their honest opinions of my choices, and didn't try to upset me at all. Also they gave me a great recommendation for a tire repair place that I needed. The store was spotless, well lit ,and well organized. They also had some good stuff on clearance. I highly recommend this place for those who no next to nothing about cars to those who rebuild them.
I have used this Napa auto location several times. It is also a warehouse, so they keep a large variety of parts in stock. They are located in an industrial area a little off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend ordering online and pick up in store because there is a big price difference between in store and online. Their prices are much better than other auto parts dealers especially if you buy the Napa brand products. They also offer a 10% discount for AAA members.
I stopped into this Napa store on 9/11 to see if they could help me find a battery for my generator that my mechanic & local motorcycle shop couldn’t help me with. Bruce was so helpful & did not stop helping me until he found me the perfect battery. This is my now go-to auto parts store. If they don’t have it, they’ll get it. The store is super clean, everyone is really professional & have a vast array of inventory. I look forward to further giving this store my business.
Awesome new store! I really didn't like the Easton location, and driving to other NAPA stores was a hassle. With this new store, NAPA will be my go-to for auto needs. Not only is it closer than competitors, the store is MUCH cleaner, and the associate I dealt with was super friendly and helpful! Great choice NAPA.
Best auto parts people in the business! Great staff that doesn't get stuck at "year make model ..." Always my first place to go looking for the old or obscure parts i need. If they can't get it or find it, only a salvage yard will have it.
Looking for a part for my truck which is a cross over truck .which means that it made with parts from 2 - different years 1991 / 1992 they did not stop into the found the correct part and year . GREAT people, price is in the ball park with the rest.
Came in from out of town. Needed an odd ball part they didn't stock. Dealt with Bruce on Friday afternoon. He ordered it for Saturday morning and said it would be in by 8:30am. Got a call at 8:15 saying it was there already. Top notch Service!! Thanks Bruce!
Old school auto parts place. You go up to the person at the counter give your information and get your parts if they have them. There is very little in front of the counter.
The folks there are helpful and nice, and the selection is good. Now the stock can be limited so you may need to wait for them to get what you need.
