My experience at Family Fertility was absolutely amazing. My husband and I had been trying for 3 years before we decided to get a second opinion after a failed IUI at Geisinger. We met Dr. Lee one on one for a consultation where no one looked at the clock and tried to push you one way or the other. Dr. Lee gives you knowledge and guidance and so so so much support. I never once felt like just a number in the healthcare industry. Dr.Lee and her team are caring, respectable, supportive and honestly truly amazing. My husband and I are now graduates(bittersweet) and off to an OB much closer to our home. We commuted from north of Scranton to see Dr. Lee. She truly has a special touch. We can't thank Dr. Lee and the staff at Family Fertility enough!

I will never have the right words to truly express how much Dr. Lee and the whole staff mean to my family! Both my husband and I discovered that we have medical conditions that cause infertility. The thought of having our own baby seemed impossible, but Dr. Lee never gave up on us despite hitting roadblock after roadblock. She was always there to offer her knowledge, resilience, and unmatched humor. After all the effort, we are now expecting our miracle baby! With all our love and gratitude, we cannot recommend (or thank) her clinic enough!

There’s a reason she receives such high praise, it’s absolutely earned. Dr. Lee guided my husband and I through every step of our fertility journey, no matter the outcome at the time. She was always honest, kind, and deeply supportive. Thanks to her, we’ve now graduated and are on to our next chapter, a moment we prayed for, and one that wouldn’t have been possible without her. The care and professionalism at this center are unmatched. We truly wish more practices were like Family Fertility Center. Dr. Lee has been wonderful through my first and second. I went to her in 2021 and my beautiful daughter was born in 2022.. I went back to her 2025 and I'm now expecting my second child in the fall. Her team has been helpful with the process. I'm so thankful for Dr. Lee. Thank you.

Dr, Lee is one of the most profound people you will ever meet. She help my wife and I create a family while also guiding us through the intense reality of fertility treatments. You will seldomly meet a person as qualified with her own practice as Dr. Lee. She not only completed our goal of creating a family, she thoroughly informed me of every question I could possibly have. This is not your typical doctor visit. This women cares.

If you’re struggling to conceive I would for sure go here. The doctor and staff are amazing and you see Dr. Lee every visit. Even when there were times I thought, with my luck it’ll never work.. I knew if it was going to work that she would be able to make it happen. After 3 IUIs And 2nd untested FET I was pregnant! (Some male factor in half the samples and unexplained) It was worth the wait and everything. She did a great job with the surgery Egg retrieval day it was a breeze for me. I fully trusted her. I did research before coming and it’s a no brainer to choose this clinic. Very personal. She works hard everyday and it’s incredible to see!

Initially we were going to a specialist in Hershey, PA but decided to change because we were not satisfied with the prior clinic. When we met Dr. Lee and her wonderful team we finally had a glimpse of hope; Dr. Lee’s knowledge and dedication is not only top notch but her compassion and amazing bedside manner is unmatchable to anyone in the area! Communication is very clear as to what to expect during the process along with finances. The Embryology team is wonderful along with Michelle! We gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in October of 2023 (after 8 years of infertility)! We are forever grateful for this facility and everyone who makes miracles happen!

I spoke to Michelle at the front desk, I was asking her about the cost of gender selection, she was not willing to tell me the cost, I asked her to please schedule my consultation. On which he asked me my age, I am 36 years old. She immediately told me that you cannot have a baby boy at this age. This is disappointing. How can she tell me without any lab results? I told her clearly I don’t have any health issues. Getting pregnant is not a problem for me.

My husband and I are incredibly thankful we found Dr Lee and are so lucky we were her patients. She truly was the perfect dr for us. Even though we would have rather not had to experience infertility for two years and a pregnancy loss, we are incredibly thankful we had Dr Lee to help us on this journey to starting our family. My first appointment with Dr Lee was via zoom, as her office is in Bethlehem PA and we are in Pittsburgh PA about five hours away. We had a terrible experience at our first clinic (Reproductive Gynecology and Infertility of Ohio - see my other review of them for more information), so our first appointment with Dr Lee to review the first clinics diagnoses (alleged blocked right Fallopian tube for me, slight male factor for my husband - lower morphology). Our first meeting with Dr. Lee was about an hour, and we knew relatively early in the meeting we were in very good hands. She had thoroughly reviewed our file, and asked us many questions about the testing we previously had done. After that meeting though, we had a thorough understand of her plan. At every point, Dr Lee thoroughly explained everything going on, performed all the ultrasounds herself, and always took her time to answer our questions. While our first IUI was successful - we got pregnant - at our first ultrasound the pregnancy wasn’t developing normally. An ultrasound at my local MFM confirmed this, and we experienced a miscarriage. Again, while this is an experience we wish we never had, we are so thankful we had not only a Dr but such a kind person like Dr Lee to help us through this. She even went so far as to call me at 7pm on a Sunday evening to see how I was doing. It was such a thoughtful gesture and we appreciated it so much. Our second IUI was when Dr Lee confirmed her suspicion that my right Fallopian tube was in fact not blocked, unlike the first clinic we saw said and insisted we had to do IVF to get pregnant. However, Dr lee always suspected my right tube wasn’t blocked, and rather than do nothing and waste the cycle, the multiple trips to the other side of the state, and gonal f injections I had done, she asked if I would be willing to stay at the clinic for an hour and then she could do a saline sonogram to confirm if my tube is blocked or not - if it wasn’t blocked we would see bubbles on the ultrasound traveling through my Fallopian tubes on both sides. I waited an hour in a conference room, and we did the saline sonogram. Immediately we saw bubbles light up my tubes, and it was then confirmed I didn’t have blocked Fallopian tubes at all! Our plan then was to proceed with the iui next appointment. I am so thankful Dr lee did this test, because im about to be 35 weeks pregnant with our son. I don’t think many drs would do what she did - keep me at her office for hours to do a small test that truly made a huge difference in our lives. We just couldn’t be more thankful for Dr Lee and all she did for us.

I cannot put into words how thankful I am for Dr. Lee & her staff. Infertility is a long and difficult journey but this center always made me feel "at home". Give yourself grace during this time. Take it day by day, just trust the process and leave it to Dr. Lee to make your little miracle. Three rounds of IUI & two frozen embryo transfers later we are expecting. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful care I received.

We can’t thank Dr. Lee and her team enough for all of their hard work and dedication to make our dream come true. We were previously very unsatisfied after a year with no success at another clinic. We came to Dr. Lee and she was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed to become pregnant. She explains each step of the process and the do’s and don’ts. She really takes her time to see the process completely through. I’ve been to the office on weekends and she’s personally called me on holidays to let me know exactly what is going on. All the staff are amazing as well. I was able to feel comfortable to call the office and ask any questions. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Lee and her wonderful staff for my little blessings!

Went through two rounds of IUI with Dr. Lee back in 2021 and conceived on our second try - my son is now one and thriving :) Dr. Lee was so knowledgeable and helpful along the way and really took the reigns to get things moving. I remember her calling me personally to speak with me about when to take a trigger shot and/or with other news. All the staff is amazing as well and they really become an extended family of sorts. Infertility is such a difficult time for the whole family and it's so nice to find amazing support and help. Our family will forever be thankful for Dr. Lee and her staff!!!!

Hello everyone i am writing this review because i fully believe that Dr.Lee derserve it. First and foremost she goes above and beyond for the people.She is trying to give you a family when all else is impossible .Her story and drive and determination speaks for it self this past year we went to doctor lee literally in 8 incehes of snow and noone was even on the road but doctor Lee was in the office working this speaks alot driving in a blizzard to do gods work.. alot of the time after hours doctor lee stays and work even when the staff leaves this is her determination to go above and beyond to make sure she is doing whats best for her patients she is always very straight forward and gets to the point and as long as you can follow directions and do as she ask you will have great results doctor lee also gave us many pictures and ultrasound which is awesome and her staff was very friendly and helpful .doctor lee is a expert in this field and if you want the best service and best success rate and not waste your time or your money you will go to doctor lee ...she has also given us a baby girl on her very first try which we are expecting in march and will be going back to her when the time is right for sure.. we are so greatful for doctor lee and her staff for giving us such a great gift.. the gift of life we are so blessed thankyou family fertility center

A while back I messaged them about a reversal due to PTLS. They told me I was too old at 43. I wasn't looking to have a baby. Guess like most doctors they don't believe in post tubal ligation syndrome. Literally suffering 11 years and no one in the area will help.

The entire practice is wonderful. It can be a little intimidating when you start the process, but once you get to know everyone, you see they have your best interests at heart. They are honest and sometimes that comes off as blunt but in reality, they are just trying to get you the correct treatment for your situation. Yes it is expensive if you don’t have insurance coverage for fertility, but they have a variety of options for fertility treatments. I am very pleased with the care and compassion I received at the office and should we decide to try for another child, I will be going back. Thank you to the whole office for being there for me on the good and bad days.

Amazing doctor. Fantastic, personal staff. You always have the same nurse and doctor so you don't feel like just another number shuffled through the system. Treatments are individualized and not shotgunned as a one size fits all model like many other clinics.

I just called the office and I feel some discrimination the lady who answer the phone also was more focused to pay the consultation instead of answer my question and she was like ignoring to answer. After I told her that I don’t have insurance the first thing she said with sarcasm that the treatment will be very expensive and I was keep asking about what insurance they accepting and after I insisted she answered. Now I understand why people go to do their treatment out of PA. When I call to infertility clinics the first thing that I wanna feel good r heart is the secretary coordinator talk to me with motivation and not make you feel down or discriminated.

Dr is excellent but management is very disorganized and rude. I had a small bill which was sent to collections after a I called to pay it!! Ridiculous!!! Be careful with their quick referral to collections for 30 dollars.

Dr. Lee and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us get pregnant using donor and an IUI. I got pregnant on the first cycle even though she kept it real and told us that there was only a 30% chance that it would happen in the first cycle. Nine months later and I just gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

Dr. lee is such an amazing doctor. She is kind, patient and always friendly! She helped us get pregnant our first cycle with her( after trying for 3 years)! One of the best doctors I have ever been with.

Dr. Lee was knowledgeable, understanding and made me feel like she truly cared about our success. It was frustrating and trying at times visiting the office multiple times a week, trying different meds and following certain directions, but it just meant she was paying attention and doing exactly what was needed to have our little miracle. It takes time and dedication on both sides and Dr. Lee showed her dedication right until the end when we conceived! Can’t thank her and the staff enough for what they’ve done. I don’t think they truly understand what a blessing they have been throughout the whole process.

Dr. Lee and her staff are amazing!! My husband and I struggled to get pregnant and with dr.Lee help we now will be proud parents.. She is honest and really cares about her patients throughout this process. I would highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Lee and all of the staff at Family Fertility Center are absolutely amazing. There will never be a way that we can entirely express our gratitude. We struggled through our pregnancy journey and it wasn't until we found Dr. Lee that we discovered hope and optimism. She provides the utmost care and attention to her patients in a manner that lightens what can be such a dark time for many people. It takes a special person to do what Dr. Lee does and she does it with professionalism and intelligence. It’s always a pleasure whenever I go to Dr. Lee’s office, her and her staff make you feel like you’re right at home. Dr Lee is very honest and will tell you the facts rather than just telling you what you want to hear. I am grateful for her expertise, and im blessed to be able to cross paths with her and her kind, welcoming and friendly team. I’m really going to miss my weekly appointments. I was thrilled with my experience at the Family Fertility Center with Dr. Lee and her staff. She is honest and a true experienced, knowledgeable medical professional. The care I recieved was at the highest level and in rapid response to my medical needs. I would not go anywhere else!

Dr. Lee was very nice but she told me a need to loose 20 pounds before she could do anything for me. I didn't appreciate that very much.
