Terrible, sold me a car, gave me bill of sale. Showed up and towed it from my house. I returned to revera to ask about it. The owner denied any knowledge of anything. The car was later found on a revera towing roll back in the owners personal driveway. Now I’ve got court cases ahead of me had to talk to several police departments. It’s ridiculous. I’m amazed that business owners think they can sell you something just to steal it back
My poor tire got a big hole on it when I was a half block away from this garage. I drove on my rim the half block lol. I was immediately assisted. I had already been planning to replace tire as the walls were dry rotted, so I didn’t do a repair and I opted to get a nice used tire. The guy who changed my tire was so kind and had such a Friendly smile. Coincidentally, my hubby also just recently got four tires from him for one of our trucks. I will definitely use this garage in the future. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
People, told me that my car motor was gone! I called a motor specialist, and he literally proof to me that the engine was good , i recommend no one to come here they're still people's money!!!!
I wanted to buy a car a few hours after it posted. I spoke with the gentleman who works here and was 5 minutes away with money in hand. He had a family emergency, which I understand, and had to leave. I looked at the car since I was so close and told him I would be back as soon as they open to put a deposit down, mind you I am an hour drive from their location (one way). I messaged in the morning letting him know I was leaving around 8 and after driving a ways down the road was told someone put a cash deposit on it before I went by the night before. How was this not known before I went out of my way on two occassions?! This is completely unprofessional. There needs to be better communication among the employees there if someone else truly did sell this vehicle. Honestly never had such horrible customer service to where someone allows me to drive hours out of my way for a vehicle that isn't even available.
If I could give NO stars, I would!!! Paid $350 for basic repairs. Gas smell from when I would turn my heat on. Was told gas line was being repaired. Also, car was jerking to the right and I was told I needed a passenger side control arm. Don’t ask me what happened to my car!!! Work was done and immediately upon receiving my car, none of my passenger side seats or windows worked. Three days later, my car broke down completely in the middle of a busy road with a car full of children. Took it back, only to be told that these mechanics never checked the oil and I blew my engine or needed a catalytic converter. They did a complete oil change AFTER it was “blown” which I paid for the oil, etc. Replaced a belt of I don’t know what because it was never explained. Paid $60 for who knows what at the end of this. Was told that they would NOT work on the car anymore because they could not repair anything else after they had it sitting there for a week. Was told it was not drivable and could only be towed to be junked. Two seconds later, they offered to buy my limited edition car for $350! What a slap in the face! Why would you want to buy a junk car? Probably to FIX & RE-SELL! Needless to say, I drove my car home no issue the very next day. Til’ this day, I’m driving it. It has issues now that it never had before. It’s leaking all kind of mess. If you don’t want to throw money in the garbage, DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I now need a whole new car!!!
