Mother's Day 2026 first visit to The Cage in King of Prussia was adventurous to say the least and car trouble led to road side assistance being necessary. The Dispatcher there was concerned first with our safety and wellbeing before anything else which I found to be am amazingly personable touch. The conversation was quick, effortless and synced perfectly with automated messages received once the service request was assigned. Upon arrival the driver Matt was professional, engaging, reassuring, sex expectations, advised on next steps and followed up upon vehicle delivery.
we had a breakdown close to home in the rain. Samantha's towing came to the rescue. Matt was our driver and the most professional driver we ever encountered. Was concerned for our safety and comfort and got us home!! Thank you Matt.

- Got a car towed my seat ended up with grease and dirt all over it (Wouldn't reimburse me for a car detail).
- Was told a time for pickup and ended up waiting an extra 2 hours (even though they said my car was the first job of the day).
- Driver was rude and very unprofessional. I would rather push my car to a shop rather than hire these guys again. All around terrible experience.
I wish I got my driver's name. I was prepared to have to leave my car at a tire center and pick it up the next day. He not only found me a tire place that could replace my tire on the spot, but he also gave me some tips on my daily commute during the drive there. This guy knows how to treat people who have found themselves in a tough spot. Very friendly, helpful, and reassuring.
My tow guy pulled up an hour after the accident and they said there was nobody to release the car meanwhile somebody was telling my tow guy this & they were still answering the phones for business a half hour later when I called to ask why they could not release my vehicle because I did not want to pay the daily fee for the weekend. They said I could not get it until Monday and when I asked how come tomorrow (Saturday) would not work, they said appointment only. And would not answer anymore questions saying he was “busy” and “had to check what was going on”. Just let people get their property, thieves!
Great service, Mike is the best! He is a hard-working and caring individual, it was a pleasure to have his company, learned a lot from our conversation. Also took great care of the car from pick-up to drop-off
Recently needed a jump for my car, and my man Mike came through! As soon as I put in a request, shortly after he was here helping me get back on the road! Even in this windy weather, he was friendly and very helpful. Definitely know who to call if I'm in a jam next time!
I had a highly disappointing experience with this Samantha’s Towing & Recovery LLC, which reflects poorly not only on the company itself but also on its partnership with Mercedes-Benz of West Chester. The representative from the towing company responded with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, making an already stressful situation even more frustrating.
Given the level of service I received, I strongly urge Mercedes-Benz of West Chester to reconsider their contract with this towing company. Associating with a business that demonstrates such a lack of respect and professionalism could tarnish their reputation.
I hope both companies take this feedback seriously and implement changes to ensure future customers receive the respectful and efficient service they deserve.
Wish I can rate 0 stars with how poorly this towing company treated me today. Very ironic how they said they couldn’t proceed with the tire change service when the next tow service found the tool immediately and was able to change the tire in less than 10 minutes. Highly do not recommend.
I had a horrible experience with these people the man on the phone was so rude to my mother and sister and I. She just had flat tire and wanted help the man was yelling and me and my sisters over the phone when we had called for them over an hour and told us we just called when that was not the case. The man who finally showed up had the worst attitude. This is one of the worst cases of racism i’ve ever experienced as an hispanic woman. This actions felt racially motivated and malicious. These people are miserable and need to get this business shut down. Sad to say if we were white the service would be 100% better. What a Shame.
Insanely rude and most disrespectful towing place I’ve ever encountered. Rude customer service yelling over the phone and once the tow guy came he refused to proceed with the service therefore, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. I work with thousands of clients and have never spoken to them the way this faculty does. Do not go here.
I want to rate this 0 I would love to talk to the owner of this company. The person on the phone and who is the tower is highly disrespectful and rude. They are so mean. I have never experienced anything like this before. I can talk to the owner I would like to set up investigation
While the estimated wait time wound up being well under the actual time of pickup (-1 star), the tow truck driver, TJ, was very professional yet personable at the same time. I caught a ride back with TJ to my neighborhood. If he was my employee, I would consider keeping him on board, for sure.
Forget Todd's review... He apparently has no appreciation for a wholesome, 'Mom & Pops' approach to business... Something that the country is sorely lacking these days. I'm tired of dealing with these sterilized, cookie-cutter corporate businesses.
