As a Pep Boys loyalist, I have been frequenting this shop for over a decade and I have always had a great experience. Matt helped me during my last trip and provided immediate assistance and a plan for my car right away. Highly recommend this shop and the latest lobby renovations are very nice.

I had an amazing experience at Pep Boys thanks to Jackie and Matt. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel taken care of and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured or confused. It’s hard to find people you can really trust with your car, but Jackie and Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that I understood what was needed. The service was quick, the communication was great, and the overall experience was honestly one of the best I’ve had at any auto shop. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Jackie and Matt if you go there!

I came to this location on accident. I was supposed to be going to a different location. When I arrived it was close to closing. It appeared everything was shut down. Matt still shows us nothing but kindness. He didn't try to rush us. He took the time to try and figure out what was going on. I am very grateful for him. Thanks again Matt. I'll see you soon.

Where Do I Start? In All This Snow This Wonderfully Lady Jacqueline Absolutely Killed It! She Got Both My Cars Inspected For Me, Diagnosed A Problem I’ve Been Chasing For Months At A Good Price All While Doing So With A Friendly Attitude And A Smile On Her Face! 5/5 Will Be Coming Back Here For General Repairs And Inspections!

Made an appointment online this morning of service needed, tire check. An associate, Jacqueline called to confirm, ask what was going on with tires; I explained and she assured that with it being busy that it may take awhile but that they would get me in and out as fast as could. Just a phone call alone just to assure my time and to confirm you know that they’re busy but will still help me was a plus for me because she didn’t have to do that, most places you go and just wait no hey we’re busy ask to reschedule, nothing. So that alone was kind of her to do. I get to store, I’m greeted by Jacqueline at desk, she observes my tires before they take care and explains what she’s found, gives me options on tire pricing and other things they found after visit. Very kind/pleasant and alert, exactly how customer service should be. I have not been to Pepboys in a long time, but Jacqueline just made me glad I came today. Very, very helpful. She’s definitely a great representation of how customers should feel/be treated when going to an establishment.

I live in Philly but I am originally from KOP area. I come back to this Pep Boys location for my car’s basic maintenance needs every time. They have never let me down. Matt is the best. I enjoy seeing him every time I come in and he always greets me warmly. He communicates with me about my car’s needs in a manner I appreciate. When they say a company’s most valuable asset is their employees… Matt is who they are talking about 😊

Needed brakes replaced 8 months apart on same axle. Still had to pay $200 labor even though they honored warranty on brake pads ($57). Now wants me to replace my back rotors and pads as well. Who's to say I won't be back in 8 months again to replace those same brakes?

I’ve been taking my car to this Pep Boys location for years and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. Matt and Jackie were amazing — super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process of getting my tires changed quick and easy. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel confident my car was in good hands. Consistently great service like this is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I believe how good service truly can be is measured by how well mistakes are handled. Damage was caused to my vehicle during an inspection and my attempts to reach out and get some sort of response about it have been ignored. It's minor at least so I'm not at a loss but some sort acknowledgement would have been nice. I will not be going back.

My vehicles brakes went during travel. On a Saturday! I had to have it towed to Pep Boys. The staff was wonderful! They were thorough, efficient, empathetic, and so very accommodating. Jacquline is an absolute gem! Put me at ease and kept me informed every step of the way! Great job by all!

I was on my way to take my son back to college after winter break, and a large screw punctured my tire. In that stressful moment I went to Pep Boys on DeKalb Pike in King of Prussia. Matt Toohey, the store manager, had my tire fixed, and we were back on the road within a half hour. I am so very grateful for such amazing service that turned a stressful situation into a great experience.

I scheduled an appointment for an inspection online and let them know I would be waiting for the vehicle. I was told it would be for about 4 hours because their inspector was backed up. Not sure they quite understand scheduling. Respectable enough but would recommend trying elsewhere.

The team at this location went way above and beyond to help me when I got a flat tire on the high way while driving through here from out of state. Jacqueline was kind and calm. My tow truck got to the shop near closing time and she literally ran out to the mechanic's car to ask him if he could come back in and put the new tire on for me... and the mechanic got out of his car and did it! I was amazed! Who does that? These people are super stars! Their kindness saved me so much trouble and I'm really grateful. I highly recommend supporting this business.

I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable, kind staff. Jackie kept me updated and explained everything completely. Best customer service that I've experienced in a long time. I had the absolute best experience at pep boys today with Jacqueline. It’s currently hailing right now with a snow storm on the way when our low beams when out, Jacqueline fixed it in under 10 minutes. SO FUNNY, SO KIND! Absolutely wonderful seeing other woman in the car industry, had all my questions answered with no shame or judgement. If you come here absolutely ask for Jacqueline, promise it will be worth it. Saw other workers here, all extremely kind. ASK FOR JACQUELINE!!!!!!

Excellent service at Pep Boys! Manager Matt and his team did a great job quickly identifying the source of the noise problem and fixing it efficiently. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue before proceeding with the repair. The work was done thoroughly, and the noise is completely gone. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Pep Boys, especially thanks to Matt.

Edit Called back to get my tires balanced and have my car realigned because of the 30 day warranty & was told they would not work on my car for leaving an honest review. I don’t know how my review would affect future service, especially under a warrantied service. I would have love to give you guys a better review, but between being scammed on an alignment that I paid for in full & you guys chose to refund because you only did one tire & whoever’s attitude on the phone this morning- I’ll continue to take my business elsewhere. Went in for a tire an alignment, they took my car off the lift and forgot the alignment. Than they didn’t do the camber “because the bolts were hard to get to” even though that’s part of the alignment. They didn’t do my rear tires because they were scared to break the bolts and didn’t even consult or ask if I wanted them to proceed. I was refunded for the alignment because they only did 1 tire, which was the right thing to do a refund. When my car came off the lift for the second time my brakes had no pressure- they told me I needed a caliper but it was just disconnected. Not sure if it happened when they changed the tire or did the alignment but my brakes were fine when I went there. All in all it was supposed to take an hour it took 3 and my car came out worse than when it went it, whoever was at the desk was friendly and helpful- but they still did not fix my caliper which I think they caused the issue. The waiting room was nice, but the mechanic was either having an off day or was properly trained.

He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine. Jacqueline did an amazing job!! She told me exact what problem I had with my car and she helped me so much! I had a long day had to tow my car middle of the highway and this was the only thing open after 5pm that was nearby. She was very patient with me and my difficult car. She gave me very helpful advice on how to properly handle minor car issues and it was such a relief cause most times I got to shops the men lie to me and take all my money. I didn’t feel mislead at all. She explained every single issue my car had and why the car had the issues and what to do to prevent the issues from reoccurring. I literally was in tears from being so frustrated from all the issues I had and I just lost my brother. She was very patient, very attentive and super helpful. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Completely recommend! I brought my daughter‘s car in to change the battery and was worried about the alternator. They explained everything to me, fixed it quickly, the bathrooms are clean, the waiting area is clean, and the team is amazing! Ask for Matt and Dave B. Super kind and trustworthy. I stopped in to Pep Boys 12 minutes before they were closing bc I thought I overinflated my tires. When I got there, Jaqueline, was so nice and calm. She had me pull my car around and she explained that I was ok and she would adjust the tire pressure to 35 for me. Jaqueline was super nice, kind, helpful and caring. I will absolutely come back bc of her kindness. Thank you for your top notch service!

I had an emergency with a valve stem on one of my tires and I had my minivan stopped at a gas station. I tried hitting up places local to it, but to no avail. Then I thought about the Pepboys location in King of Prussia. I was taken care off immediately by the the managers Jaqueline and Matt. The staff was tremendous and really helpful. I highly recommend this location.

I had a pre-scheduled appointment for an oil change at a different shop down the street who ended up canceling my appointment last minute due to lack of staff availability (didn't tell me this until I showed up). Frustrated because this was the only day/time I was available, I called this Pep Boys, and they were able to squeeze me in right away and performed the work very quickly. I really appreciate the kind, quick, and efficient service. Really the most easy/straightforward car service I have had in a while. Much more professional customer service than I have experienced elsewhere. Thank you very much Matt and team!

Cant say enough about the service at this Pep Boys. Our car broke down while visiting the area on a Sunday. We were able to get it to Pep Boys & the team here was great. They were able to diagnose & fix the problem in 2 hours, even though they were busy & we didnt have an appointment. The team was super nice & helpful. Thank you 💕
