My experience with this company for removing an appliance and paint was easy to setup (online), arrangements were quickly confirmed by JP, and communications for pickup were clear and timely. I would use JP again for sure!
This company has excellent customer service. Had a lot of mattresses and box springs for removal. From the beginning of the requested pickup (gave an estimate) until the picking up of the items very customer focused. I did the estimate online which is very user friendly. They scheduled the pickup, called to let me know they were on their way, arrived timely, showed them where the items were and they completed that task within a half hour. That is SERVICE!! I would recommend them to others.
I hired JP to remove a piano. There was a small misunderstanding of what type of house, so the price was more than I expected. I can’t express enough how professional the team is, they got the piano out of the house, not one scratch… watching them work together, I would have paid double. Excellent job guys!!!!

Showed up on-time and completed a bathroom demo (ceramic tile shower stall and floor) in under 3 hours. Place was spotless when job completed. Highly recommend JP Junk Removal.
I highly recommend JPJunk Removal. I called early in the week and they were able to remove a huge quantity of junk on Thursday.
The young men that did the actual removal worked hard for 4 hours, were courteous, and did a great job of clearing lumber, plywood and assorted household goods.
Henry was awesome and did a great job helping us out today. He was kind, patient, and very efficient.

The gentlemen were taking out a Viking Professional Refrigerator that was built into the space and they did a great job of removing the refrigerator. It took some time but they got it done. GREAT JOB!!!
Super easy... scheduled, they showed up, said a price, I said sure... paid with venmo... loaded and done.. maybe 2 minutes? Zero hassle, showed up when promised, and took my junk. What more do you need?

I called for an old refrigerator removal yesterday and today - it was removed! I wasn’t expecting JP Junk Removal to be that responsive, but they were awesome!! The guys who came to pick it up were very professional and equally as quick with nothing but smiles!! I have more junk removal that needs to get done and I will 100% be calling these guys again! They made it too easy! And their price was incredibly reasonable (far less than most).
I have used alot of junk removal in the past and JP was definitely the best. They helped me out with a rental rehab. Quick, easy, price was right and I would be happy to have them work in my home.
What can I say? The service was incredible. The crew was quick and personable. They came when they said they were gonna come. They even gave me a heads up. Text in advance so I was ready for them. Cost was reasonable for the amount junk I had. Like I said, what can I say that my expectations to the tee!

Quick response, reasonable price, takes everything including old computer equipments, electronics, furnitures, leftover construction materials, old auto parts and more. The crew are every friendly and professional, sorted stuff out while loading to the truck. Jim is a great guy, he stopped by personally to look at my pile of junk and gave me a quote on the spot, no hidden fees or charges, I will definitely use his service again and I would recommend him to anyone, if you are going to clean up your house, garage and want to get rid of unwanted junk, give him a call and you won't be disappointed.
