The new workers at kanect treat people like they're thieves trying to get an extra dollar or something. My partner and I took so much weight in there, and now they treat us like dirt. I took just 30 pounds in to see if they changed and it took 45 minutes because they check every piece of scrap. So I take the real weight to Greenville Ray treats us great. He might be a nickel or dime cheaper a pound but you won't have to be treated like a thief. So ask yourself is your dignity worth an extra dollar or 2? I'll give up the couple dollars just to not be scrutinized by a couple dirtballs that don't know what half the scrap is they're looking at. Been scraping a lot of years and never been treated as bad as kanect treats us.

The workers are rude. And dont know what copper looks like. They need more training on scrap. You shouldn't have to ask a customer what something is.
