Just wanna give a shout out! I've been a customer at this location for years but I have to say, the service I have received since Taylor became store manager is above and beyond. He is always so respectful, professional and helpful every time. The guys there are great at communicating and very helpful and I leave satisfied with the service every transaction I have at the Greenville AutoZone!
Pretty rude customer service. If it wasn't for parts that are lifetime warranty we wouldn't be back here. They need a class in manners.

2nd time they have given me the wrong bulbs for my truck , if you can't do your job find a new one. Ridiculous how many times they give out broken parts or the wrong ones !!! Or they just don't know how to do there job or are lazy , goes for meadville and greenville stores 🙄
The Greenville location is a great one for sure. I have gone in knowing what I want and the store is always clean and organized so it is easy to find. Other times, I go in not knowing the name of something and the employees have been very helpful. Great location and great store
Hunter was really helpful. I had a problem with my battery. He looked up warranty. Removed my old battery and then replaced with a good one at no cost to me. He was pleasant, and accomplished everything efficiently even though the temperature outside was only 10 degrees. Thank you for making my lousyday warm and cozy!

I recently had questions about a part for my truck and over the telephone and in person, Store Manager Albert was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
Amber was a pleasure to work with today. I came in to get a new battery and she not only was one of the most friendly people I've ever dealt with in customer service but she was very knowledgeable and helpful and installed the new battery for me right here on the spot.
I would highly recommend shopping here for your car needs. And I definitely would appreciate some kind of a small garage at AutoZone's to get simple stuff like this done and keep them out of the elements. Overall great experience though.
Update: Both Justin and AJ helped me with getting a battery warrantied on 7/11/24 really appreciate the continued good service.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT AN AUTOZONE. THE MANAGER JOSH WAS NOT FRIENDLY, IGNORANT FROM THE TIME WE WALKED IN UNTIL WE WALKED OUT. MANAGER JOSH DID NOT MAKE ANY EYE CONTACT WITH DIRECTLY SPOKEN TO. ON TOP HE WAS VERY UNKNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE BREAK LIGHT WE WERE INQUIRING ABOUT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STOPPING AND SHOPPING THERE OR UNTIL MANAGEMENT CHANGES
I was in the other day looking to pick up a new set of windshield wipers for my truck. There was a young, very tall guy by the name of Josh who was extremely helpful and got me hooked right up. I recommend this store to anyone in the area. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable!

I showed up earlier this evening to get my engine codes read as well as look into buying a cold air intake for my car. Sam was very friendly, helpful and got me in and out very fast. She knew was she was talking about and definitely deserves a raise and a promotion in the store. 10/10 Customer Service, taking all my cars to Autozone from now on.
Where to start. Needed a set of in warranty brake pads. Had to be orderer in. No problem. Will be here tomorrow at 1 pm. Paid for the other pads I needed. Next day, my mechanic went to pick up both pad sets. Only the rear that were not warranty were there. No record of the warranty front pads. I went in to check. Oh, they'll be here tomorrow. Went back the next day. No pads. DC was out of stock, coming from the mfg. Be here tomorrow at 1 pm. Went in at 2pm. No pads. Might be on the 5pm afternoon truck. It will be FIVE trips to get the pads. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. If they were not warranty I would not ever go back.
This is the place I buy all my parts and accessories. Went in today with a blown headlight. Bought 2 pack of bulbs and the counter guy installed them (had to remove each headlamp assembly to install bulbs). That's just great service!
I went in because I was having an issue with opening my hood to install a headlight. Chris had the hood open in no time, taught me how to do it myself, and helped me get my car roadworthy in less than 10 minutes! I had no idea that AutoZone was so hands on with assisting in maintenance.
Employees are very out going, helpful too. They checked my antifreeze and found I needed a new thermostat. Suggested places to take my SUV too. Great place!!!!
I went in there looking for something unusual which they helped me see what they had that might work. Then they told me where I might find what I needed. I don't, and nobody should, expect them to know everything about everything. They show you the screen as they look up your part and also ask about related parts you might not have thought about. Your stores are clean and neat and well-organized and labeled. For me coming to AutoZone is a good experience. Good job! Keep up the good work!
My experience with this AutoZone has been decent.
They need to work on their faithfulness to call back when you order parts though.
The employees are pretty good at helping to install basic purchases on your vehicle.
