Had a tire issue on my way home, guys were great will definitely be back to buy.

Dewan was helpful & friendly. My car was done quickly and without an appointment. The price was fair and much less than the dealer would charge. Will definitely be back again.

Pep Boys team is great, many of my family members come to this facility! We drive there from Tobyhanna. Felicia is a superstar!

If no stars were possible, that’s what I would give. Brough my pick up in for service and was told they had to do a diagnostic check on it so I gave them the keys and told them to go ahead. They took the vehicle back right away. After sitting there for THREE hours, I asked for an update. They hadn’t even looked at it yet! I was sitting directly in front of the person who checked me in the whole time. Crazy bad communication.

My wife had to work on Monday. Because of the cold weather, I went to start her car on Sunday just to make sure everything worked and it wouldn’t start. Jumpstarted it and I needed a battery. I called Pep Boys cause they were the only ones open on a Sunday afternoon and they took me in within an hour took care of my battery issue and actually identified a mouse problem in my air cleaner removed it and replaced the filter filters and sent me down the road Very happy with the service, I wish I could remember the girls name who took care of me.

Forgot car needed inspection and I showed up at very busy time. They let me know it would be a bit of a wait. Very friendly staff. Thankful that I was able to get it taken care of.

Car had to be towed to Pep boys in the evening. They took care of everything. All I had to do was pick it up the next day.

They were so kind we had a flat tire and helped us through the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for better help!! Dewan was the best

Drove over 1 hour to this location for 4 new tires...had an appointment. Checked in and I'm told its going to take 3 hours to install tires. Sitting and waiting for over 45 minutes to be told "We dont have the tires you ordered". Tried to offer me lower grade tires for same price and would not honor price on better tires. Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I bought 4 new tires this summer.Great price and got me in right away. The next day my left rear tire was flat , put air in it drove back and they said the valve stem was bad ,they changed it no charge . We went on vacation the next day I tow this car behind an RV , we drove to Virginia towing my car , got to my destination and parked the car. One of the days I decided to go to a museum with the Grankids 20 miles away , we start driving and the front left side started shaking and thumping. Pulled over to see what could be wrong, nothing obvious, pulled off the highway and called a tow truck and had to Uber back to the campground. I get back and want to try and investigate further ,as I jack up the vehicle, I could see the tire move slightly, then go to take the lug nuts off and 3 of the 5 are hand tight...tightened them down and drove around and no noise . Still till thus day it's fine..I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN AND I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THE STORY...This could have been a bad situation had that wheel came off while towing ,

Broke down between states. Sucked but they helped me out at a decent price. Totally recommend.

These guys are exceptional! I broke down while traveling. They diagnosed the problem very quickly. They put a scope in one of the cylinders and found a hole in the exhaust port. A Hyundai dealer will have to replace the engine.

Had a great experience at Wilkes Barre branch. The staff was friendly and wait time was minimal. Specially Diwan at the front desk was very helpful. The car drives great after the service. I highly recommend this location.

Tire pressure low. Going flat and I was heading further on a trip that day. Came to pep boys in an “emergency “ situation and the desk man was very personable and took me right away, showed me the big screw in my tire. Showed me a reasonably priced new tire with similar tread and it was put on very efficiently and I was able to get where I was going. Very good experience!

This shop has earned a loyal customer for future maintenance and repairs.

Love going to Pepboys .. they are always quick and easy to get you in for an appointment. Whenever I go it’s always very clean and everyone is very Friendly there .

I had a mishap and blew a tire and Pep Boys in WB put me right on their busy schedule and gave me a good price. Their service was excellent.

The guys were GREAT!! very helpful ... I ran over something & got a flat tire they were on my left so I pulled in & they immediately helped me & were soooo nice . & very reasonable price for a tire ! Thanks guys u all were awesome !!

We were on vacation. This was our first night. When my brother’s car had a flat tire. We checked around and found Pep Boys was open late enough on a Sunday night we could get to and they had the exact tire we needed The desk woman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products We were out of there in 45 minutes and we were still able to do a short 2 hour hike. Great team!

Very knowledgeable and honest staff. I went in for an inspection and emissions. I acquired both with some minor fixes that were brought to my attention before they finished the job. I received a text message with a link to my inspection report before the front desk attendant was able to get my attention from the waiting area. I reviewed it, spoke with the front desk, and agreed to the fixes and price. The job was completed, and I left the shop with new emissions and inspection stickers as happy customer.

I waited at the location for an hour past my appointment time. They had not taken my car back. When I asked about it I was told they were finishing up an inspection then my car was next. Another 45 minutes goes by. Still have not started on my tire replacement. I gave up and left. Waste of my time. Don't waste yours by having your car serviced here.

Terrible experience. An inspection took 2 hours and then after waiting the two hours they tried to get me to buy all brand new tires when I JUST bought them, and then didn’t return my gas cap back. They also did not read my paperwork correctly and had to REFUND my money to me after waiting 2 hours. I also could see the mechanics in the back playing on their phones and chatting with one another. If you sit in front of the window you can watch them chat the whole time.

Very satisfied with the service . I have been having an issue with the dealership I have been dealing with for over 15 years now on a vehicle that is only three years old. I should not be going through the experience that I am so I mixed things up a little bit went to Pep Boys for a new set of tires. I feel like they took very good care of me. I will just have to wait and see on the future to see how it holds up overall very satisfied.. Felicia was a big help to me very informative very professional. I am grateful for her help.

Traveling on business/pleasure it was time for service on my vehicle. I called day before, and set up appointment for 9:00 the next day. Service went well, and recommended 2 tires. Using Michelin makes it tough sometimes, but they had tires! Very pleased with the whole experience. Great service, great price, and very quick.

Update: we had to go back today for more tire fixes. Once again AJ and crew helped out, got us in and out fast. We cannot thank them enough. We had an emergency on the road while traveling and had a bad valve stem on our rv tire. We called late in the day and spoke to AJ. We brought the tire in and AJ and crew fixed it while we waited. A+ service. Can't thank you enough AJ!!! Thank you for getting us back on the road! You deserve a raise! Great customer service!!

Shout out to Pep Boys in Wilkes Barre… I left early afternoon to take a quick lunch break and head down the mountain to the grocery store when, UH-OH, my tire starting deflating. *Side note: I ran back inside my house (last minute decision) for our dogs so they could come for the “quick” ride, but didn’t bring leashes… Before I can make any sound decisions on where to go to fix my deflating tire, I found myself in the pouring rain outside of Pep Boys (what a blessing)! I ran in and explained what happened, told them I had my pups in the car and I was on my lunch break. They told me not to worry and they would take care of my issue ASAP. A short time later they took my car inside and I went to wait… Not long after, I was informed they weren’t able to work on my car with animals inside. Ugh!!! I thought I’d have to stand outside in the rain while trying to hold both dogs by their collars, but that wasn’t the case… they made space for me inside with absolutely no issues. Boone and Crockett even got some extra afternoon pets from staff. After all was said and done I was on my way with well wishes from several staff members. I know, for some, this doesn’t seem like any kind of props moment, but it most certainly was. From the genuinely kind gentleman behind the counter and the young woman who brought my jeep into the garage to the several staff members who came by and gave extra pets to my babies (who were so curious about where they were and what was going on), Pep Boys SHINED ✨ ? I’m very grateful for their kindness.
