I recently had four new tires installed and needed an alignment as well. The team noticed something didn’t feel quite right after they finished, so they let me know it would take a little longer and even provided a courtesy ride locally. It was worth the wait—they took the extra time to ensure everything was correct. Honestly, my car hasn’t driven this smoothly since I bought it!

I could not be more satisfied with the service that Stephen provided me at Kost on Wyoming Avenue in Kingston. I was in a jam and he made things happen quickly and seamlessly. He recommended the perfect tires, sourced them himself quickly, and even filled out my rebate information for me. He was easily accessible and a great communicator as well. He was personable and complementary of my vehicle. I have already recommended him and this location of Kost to others today!

Tom and Anthony really went out of their way to take care of my car after another tire company didn’t balance my new tire’s properly. They have my business from now on.

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with any garage or business for that matter. Took my vehicle here for 2 front tires and alignment. They then said they couldn't do the alignment my car would need axel hub and struts. Because of the cost I scheduled the axel repairs and a few weeks later I went back for the struts. My car was driving and I was able to use my car as normal until my third visit. I was called by the manager Tom three days after leaving my car for strut repair, very nice man however he had bad news for me. My car was now in "limp mode". I had never heard this term nor experienced anything like that with my car. Kost tried all they could do but were unable to fix the limp mode. They charged me for the work then sent me out of there only being able to drive my car 5 to 10 miles per hour. After 2 other garages figured out the issue, 3 months later it was a mashed wire more than likely due to the work done by Kost Tire. District manager Andrew did not return calls during this three months ordeal. Finally after leaving a message at the Pierce St location without my full name Andrew the district manager called and was totally rude, dismissed my situation, took no accountability for Kost tire causing this situation. Personally I would not recommend this business to anyone. Tom the manager was very nice and empathetic, however Andrew has no compassion or could care less of how his ignorance and dismissal of my situation lost a customer. Andrew raised his voice, shouted, and became very aggressive in his tone. I have already advised family and friends of this terrible service and now working on complaints with Attorney General Office and Better Business Bureau, possibly sue for the additional cost to repair my car. So please think twice before using this once reputable business as this has cost additional money and not being able to use my vehicle for 3 months. I worked customer service for 25 plus years and I was blown away by how a district manager handled customer service. If I was able to leave a 0(ZERO) review I would.

Absolutely great people to bring your car to, they are so nice and caring! Our community is so blessed to have this establishment to rely on when the unexpected happens. Thank you all for helping me with my very untimely flat tire.

I only ever go to Kost on Wyoming Avenue for all of my car needs, whether it's my inspection, new tires or something is wrong that needs to be fixed. I always ask for Tom because he goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best customer service experience and that my car is well taken care of. If something is wrong, Tom always goes that extra mile to figure it out and then he explains everything to me so I know how to better take care of my car. It's always a pleasure to see him because I know my car is in good hands.

Kost was absolutely incredible with their exceptional customer service/ tire purchase and installation. The store Manager and team helped us immediately when we needed tires asap. We had them installed in a few hours at a great price! Thank you…. Highly recommend!

Anthony is the best!!!! He set me up with four new tires for my car and also got me a discount from Goodyear for $225 and $100 from the business and the credit card from Goodyear is 0% for 6 months so my payments will be $114 for 6 months if anybody needs new tires call Anthony at Kost Tire in Kingston!!

I’ve been going to Kost Tire at 374 Wyoming Ave in Kingston for years. The service is the best, the place is clean and the prices are reasonable. The people who work there are very friendly and proficient. Kost Tire…they deserve 10 stars !

Won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been a customer here for decades, probs 20 yr at this location. Never been mislead, never talked down to, needlessly upsold, nor steered wrong. In the past couple years there’s been more dealers that have moved in, and some that have changed. I never was a fan of national chains, in any form. I won’t spend time calling around anymore, I just come here. The service here has always been honest, meaning if any delays or issues, you’re kept updated, not left waiting unnecessarily for hours. Self admittedly, naming names, favorite salesman is Tom.

I always have a great experience at Kost Tire . Tom and Anthony are great guys and always go the extra mile to ensure all my issues with any of my vehicles are taken care of . When I called a few times with an emergency fix, they were always able to fit me in! That’s a great thing since I’m on the road a lot! Great place and I have been coming here for many years!

I want to give a big thanks to Stephen! My daughter had a slow leak in her tire (she had just gotten them there about 2 months ago). He was able to let us know that it was the rim. He fixed it as well as he could, letting us know this was temporary. He gave us information on a local welder, even gave my daughter a print out of the address. He then replaced the battery on her key fob ALL AT NO CHARGE! I would highly recommend..Stephen was very kind and professional!

I had a blowout on 81. These guys said they could get a tire on by morning. Here I am not even an hour later and I should be on the road soon. Manager Rick was extremely helpful, got me right in and took care of it without even batting an eye. Great job guys! You are so close to my workplace I will keep you at the top of my list for any future service.

I have been dealing with Tommy at the Wyoming Ave kingston location for many years always gives top notch service and cares about the customer. Joe even gave me a ride home when I had to leave my car. Highly recommended I wouldn't take it any place else. These people are truly the best

The service I received from Kost was Above and Beyond! I had a very bad oil leak in my valve and I got denied from other places to get fixed. I Stopped in explained to Stephen my situation, Tim took my car and told me the exact problem and how it happened, he gave me a price that worked with my budget and even picked me up and dropped me off! They Got my car done in 2 hours and never had a problem since! Stephen even dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready. I was welcomed and they were all so pure hearted and caring of my situation which is hard too come across being as I am a female they never tried to take advantage of costing prices! Top notch service for your vehicle I would highly recommend coming here!!

They kind staff there were able to fit me in with an issue. They were able to replace my blower motor in the same day, and I had my car back in time to pick up my kids. They even helped me out with the cost of things, since in today’s world every little bit helps. The best part was they spoke to me at my level; and even showed me an important recall I missed.

The employees at Kost Tire, Wyoming Ave, Kingston are amazing. We have be going there for some time now and they are always helpful. Tom, Flo & Tim (the technician) are outstanding. Great customer service and they always go the extra mile. They are helpful with pricing and do their absolute best getting you in and back out on the road. I recently had a tire emergency (pot hole) and the guys were fantastic. We wouldn't trust our vehicles to anyone else. This Kost tires location never disappoints! From the manager Tom to all the employees, super friendly. Tom goes above and beyond to make sure your car needs are taken care of. I went in today to check my tire pressure, it was on the house and they advised me about driving in the snow! Super helpful for someone moving into the area. Highly highly recommend!

Kost made servicing my car a breeze! They have a wonderful program partnering with WVW teachers and staff to service cars during the school day. They picked it up, did everything I needed within several hours, and had it back to me by dismissal. The prices were unbeatable, and they were so kind to deal with. I would highly recommend!

I have been a longtime customer at Kost tire in Kingston. Tom has always taken care of all my needs whether big or small. But I have to mention the outstanding customer service I received this past Saturday My wife and I went into the garage and found a front tire flat. This was at 10:30 and we had furniture being delivered between 11:00-3:00 pm, so we put the doughnut on and headed to Kost. We arrived at 10:59 and as we pulled into a full parking lot the furniture delivery called and said they are at our house. My wife told them we were 5 minutes away, and they said they would only wait 5 minutes then leave. Tom came out and said what's wrong, I explained, flat tire everything is in the back, He said go, I will park your car and take care of it. Thankfully we made it in time, and Tom called a short time later and said everything is done. We came back and Tom as usual had a kind word and a firm handshake and we were on our way. But here is the exceptional part, after pulling in my garage I went to put all the things I left in the back away, the tire, jack, wrench etc. and found everything had been put back perfectly. Had a wonderful experience with Tom, Flo and the entire Kingston team. After a shaky experience with another kost location this team went above and beyond to make it right. They warrantied the work and gave us a great price to get the car back in tip top sharp. They even finished the car early - definitely was above expectation and is my new go to shop. I have had so many problems with my car in the past few months it felt like a continuous nightmare. The guys at Kost Tire are amazing people and are truly the people you want working on your car. Both Tom and Flo have been extremely kind and courteous each time I've gone into the shop, helping me to find the best options and care for my car. And the guys working on the cars under the hood? They have the magic touch. They all know you by name ans treat you like family. You couldn't find greater, kinder people anywhere else.

We bought 2 tires here a week ago anf they were great. One of my car's original tire valves went bad today so as soon as I noticed I drove straight there. They were closing in ten minutes but they put a new regular valve on free of charge to make sure we were safe until we can come in to get the valve that has my car's sensor put on. Amazing, caring service! I highly recommend them!
