Bought a wiper blade I thought was correct. Sat in my car for 10 minutes until I realized I bought the wrong one, at that same moment a knock on the window came. Shauna saw me sitting for a bit and came to see if I needed help. She quickly identified I bought the wrong blade, went and got me the one I needed and exchanged the already opened one…installed it for me too. You don’t get service like that much these days. I am super satisfied with my battery purchase and instaltion. So I arrived after 8:00 had quick service and the young man was excellent they put the battery in I did not get his name but it was at the Kingston store.

Isn't it wonderful when you can say, "I had a great experience." Ben, the manager, took care of me; I had a check engine light, and he couldn't have been more helpful and kind. This was one of the nicest experiences I've had in dealing with a business. My go to store now an I will pass it along.
Great experience . Employee couldnt have been more helpfull and very pleasant . Needed a headlight bulb and installed it . Old bulb gave him a hard time getting it out but he wouldnt give up untill he got it . Didnt complain once . Dont know his name but he was great .

i believe the manager that was on duty name was jahmil very helpful young sir put my wiper blades on for me after getting getting sold the wrong ones the first time after he finished i offered him a tip he then respectfully declined and told me shopping here already was fine enough great worker!
My battery died while I was out of town. I got a jump and immediately headed to the store, especially when I was told they would also replace it. Julian was very helpful from the moment I walked in the door. From getting the new battery quickly, to the installation, and even the small talk we made while he was working on it. I work as a manager in customer service so I know a good employee when I see one. Julian is very personable and definitely an asset to this store. I will be back.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life at AutoZone and will never support this place again. About two weeks ago I brought a headlight restoration kit from there and was told by the cashier that if it did not work to bring it back for full refund. I get there today to get a refund or to get a replacement since it did not work?
The manager Mike G asked me for the exact date that I purchased it and which register. I provided him that information and he went through the computer for over 15 minutes and then started asking things like well who was the cashier that sold it to you. Not sure how he expected me to remember the cashier's name or what he looked like but when I told him I had literally just threw the box in the garbage he Basically asked me to go and get it out of the garbage because he needed the lot number off of the box.
I went to get it out of the garbage from across the street at the car wash and he was still no help at all. After getting the lot number off the box which is what he said he needed he then started asking questions such as the date again and the cashier who sold it to me.
I got so frustrated with the return policy here at AutoZone because I thought that me giving them my phone number every time I made a purchase would be proof of my receipt as well. He ended up not giving me a refund or allowing me to exchange it.
THIS MANAGER MIKE G WOULD CLEARLY RATHER ASSUME I STOLE THE PRODUCT INSTEAD OF JUST PROVIDING AN EXCHANGE OF A SIMPLE $12 PRODUCT. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS AUTOZONE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE SUPPORTED THIS STORE BUT WILL NO LONGER SPEND MY MONEY WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT
Was having an issue replacing a brake light bulb, got assistance immediately from Ben, he was awesome, he was clearly determined to help me out no matter how long it took. Always great service!

I needed help and he heard an associate give me ideas about how to fix my problem. When I was leaving he walked over to me and said. I'm going out with you to see if I can help. Not only did he help. I want to commend your employee that works in your AutoZone store on Wyoming Avenue. His name is Ben and he was so polite and truly nice beyond words. He was extremely helpful as my check engine light came on and he put the machine on and informed me it was my gas cap. He found the part and also put the it on for me. He really went out of his way to give me the best Christmas present ever. If you are reading this Ben, thank you and Merry Christmas.
Every time I come here everyone is so extremely helpful! No matter is it's checking engine light, to helping find products or showing you how to do something ur not sure of, you will definitely get friendly service! Nowadays it's so hard find employees not glued to phones and actually wanting to do their job!!!!

Stopped in the other day as I live a couple blocks away, my battery was shot, they tested it for free. Found me a good Budget battery and proceeded to install it in the car for me for free. The store was well stocked, clean (for an automotive parts store), and everything I needed was easy to find. The employee who assisted with my purchases was professional, courteous, and even offered to install a part (rear windshield wiper) without having to be asked. I was very satisfied with my experience at this store.
I had interactions with 2 associates today. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who was stocking shelves but he was very polite and helpful regarding which oil treatment and injector cleaner to purchase.
The next person who helped me was even more awesome. Echo is a gem! Polite, knowledgeable, funny, but most of all honest. Sadly that's a rare commodity these days so it was very refreshing to see. Echo was super helpful and very patient with my numerous questions and searching for a part of which I was calling by the wrong name. Not once was there even a hint of annoyance and that is quite admirable as I became quite annoyed with myself. Overall it was a great experience and I hope management acknowledges Echos hard work and superb customer service skills.
Amazing! They are so nice and willing to help. They don't make you feel stupid. I got wiper blades from them in December, and today they weren't working correctly. I walked in, told them what's going on, and they replaced them!! At no cost!!! I'm so appreciative and thankful. Gold star ?
