Great customer service and really nice people. Helped me out with my breaks and did it fast but with extensive care. Will recommend them 10 times out of 10.
Have 2 tires with 70,000 mile warrantee. I've had them a little less than 3 years with a little over 20,000 miles. Both need to be replaced. I take car in for alignment twice a year. Why should I continue doin business with you with products like this?
Awful, total rip offs. Never had a good experience with this place nor have I ever met anyone who has. Give outrageous estimates for work that doesnt need to be done, then threaten to not let u take ur vehicle out of there to have the repairs done elsewhere. Does not honor warranties on work they themselves have done, even when a warantee was purchased. Absolute disgrace of a business
Very pleasant experience. Needed a new car battery, told me to come on in and the whole thing took much less than an hour. Bill Smith at the front desk could not have been more customer service oriented and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Tony was super helpful and kind after I hit a pothole that threatened to destroy an entire tire and wheel… I know it’s shocking to hear that we have potholes in this fine state but alas we do… but back to Tony. He’s great and so is the rest of the team!
Had tires rotated. They topped of the coolant tank. Next day my radiator needs replaced. They gaslighted me with the new pressure. Caused issues. Total BS, something not right
Quoted 2–3 hours to replace two tires, but waited over 6 hours. They didn’t have the tire in stock, but even after it arrived it took another 2 hours to install, with very little communication. Really disappointing experience.
Excellent customer service. Tony was my service advisor and was so helpful since I was having an issue with an outside company approving the work which was prepaid for. He was kind, understanding and extremely patient with me considering there were a lot of people scheduled for appointment's already, and me of course decided to call and come in days before my actual scheduled appt. time. He not only allowed me to come in but was completely understanding that he couldn't start the work until I approved it via an txt message. He was extremely helpful and patient considering the only way I could approve the work to begin was pay a second time to an outside company to allow Tony's, mechanics to begin the work. Finally called customer service and they spoke with Tony and in 2 minutes the work began. Very nice staff, clean and open waiting room with professional mechanics. Very pleased with the entire team, but Tony really went above and beyond for a complete stranger. So glad I choose Firestone in Kingston.! When I have an issue again, I'm on my way to see Tony and the crew.
Drove from philly to Kingston to visit family got off the turnpike and had a flat went straight to Firestone Tony and his team took real gokd care of me very very affordable! Great job guys! Thank you! Angel is great!
This isn’t my first time at Firestone and every time I come here I get excellent service from dedicated staff. Tony was really helpful this time in making sure I was given the best pricing and that my rewards are being used. It helps so much to have an account and they always make sure I’m taken care of
This Firestone used to be one of the best in the area until it was overtaken by new management. It is now depressing, cold, and dirty. The waiting area used to have coffee, a play table for kids and a charging station and now it has none of it. It looks like they don’t pay housekeeping because every single time you come in there’s dirt garbage and spiderwebs everywhere management made them take down all the awards that they received in the previous years and made it look basic and unwelcoming. Customer service sucks assistant manager gaslights you the whole time I don’t recommend coming here and this is coming from a customer who Has come here since 2018 I will no longer be given this business my money
I had a piece of my front end cover come off and right before close Tony took my car right back to the shop and fixed it within 10 minutes. Fantastic experience!

I’ve taken multiple vehicles to Firestone. They are always friendly and helpful. I took my Ford Escape in today for an oil change and once again great service from Kenny, Tony and Angel!
I’ve visited the Firestone in Kingston several times, and the service is always outstanding. Today I came in for a synthetic oil change, and Bill took care of me—he was absolutely fantastic. The whole process was quick, efficient, and the price was excellent. Bill and the team truly make car care stress-free with their top-notch service and professionalism.
Dropped my car off for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment check today. This was my first time at this Firestone location, I usually use the one by the Wyoming Valley Mall but they didn’t have any appointments that fit my schedule. The shop was clean and Tony, who checked my car in, was friendly. I let them know I wasn’t in a hurry so they could take their time getting it finished. They called me early afternoon to pick it up. I would definitely come back for service in the future.
A week ago my husband took our car for inspection at Firestone. But before he went he went and got two used tires. We cant afford $600 on new tires. Anyways it was the Worse mistake. First told him we needed new brakes and pad and two rear tires. Something else I dont exactly remember. I dont know much about cars. Anyways they told him total would be over $1700. They passed the emissions inspection. He went and changed the brake pads and breaks himself. Went to a used tired place went back to Firestone and said tires weren't good enough. They told them they had two tires for $100. He went to another used tire place who also did inspections said they didn't see anything wrong with the tires we had. They gave us two almost new tires. They told him he should of came to them in first place that Firestone works on commission. They will say whatever they can to make money.
If you need new tires fine go to Firestone but dont go there for an inspection. They want to make a quick buck they will fail you to try and get you to purchase tires. We know where to go next year and it wont be Firestone. Dont go anywhere that sells new tires.
Amazing service! I was attended by Tony who helped me out in the super busy 4th July weekend when everyone else said no after my tires burst on a road trip and he was super polite as well. Despite other work orders and short staffing, he was able to get my tires replaced in about an hour and I was able to go back home safely.
Although kind, they hustled me into a new tire. Was visiting, ran over a piece of metal, threw on my bicycle tire, and called to get a permanent patch. They said no problem. I got there, and they told me it couldn't be patched. As it wasn't on the side wall, I didn't see a reason it couldn't be, but he flat out refused, saying he wouldn't. Reluctantly, I got one new tire, but I kept my tire. Brought it back to my tire shop back home. They patched it right up and basically said I got hustled. Knew as much when the 20-30 minute job became nearly 2 hours as they returned asking if I wanted them to put on a new wiper knowing well enough mine were fine as I change them myself. Do not trust them. I get being a business, but swindling is not good business.
In mid July, 2022, I scheduled a 1 p.m. appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I arrived at 12:55. At the check in desk, I asked if they were able to also do an alignment and was told yes. I asked approximately how long all of this would take and I was told about an hour. So, I sat in the waiting room. I noted my car wasn't moved into the shop area until about 1:40. By 3 p.m., I decided to take a walk and I returned around 3:30, certain my car would be finished. It was not. So, I went to the desk to inquire as to the progress and the alignment still wasn't even started. As I had plans for dining out, I couldn't wait any longer so I cancelled the alignment. I was told that they were short staffed, NOT due to covid, but due to people on vacation. That being said, I would think the proper thing to do was to not OVERBOOK appointments and NOT to take walk-ins until you performed the scheduled appointments. I can say, this experience was no "jiffy lube".
Been utilizing this location for years & years... Have always been treated right... Provides a local garage feel as I am known on a first name basis...! Capable of completing many vehicle related tasks. Recommended if you are looking for a garage/ oil change/ tire shop in the local area.
