I want to say thank you to Stan for picking up the phone at 7 PM (after hours) to address a concern I had that my tires weren’t getting rotated after my vehicle was serviced. Not only did Stan take the time to explain to me in detail, the tire rotation process and what the misunderstanding was, but he was very patient, kind, and respectful in doing so. That’s great customer service that deserves recognition. Thanks again to the Graybill’s team, I’ve been a customer for over a year now and will continue to be one as long as I live in the area. He did a great job fixing my power steering pump no matter how many challenges he faced. He didn't give up and got it done!

My grand parents introduced me to this garage. They know how picky i am with others working on my vehicles other then my self. So far so happy! They don't sugar coat things, i left some valuables in my car to test there trust via mechanic and customer the items were still there. They definitely earned my trust. They call me to let me know before they put anything on. Thats a big thing with me, letting me know before just putting parts on.

On short notice, I was able to book my Chevy Silverado 2500 diesel at Graybill's to fix a few things and make sure I was road/tow ready. Stan was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I know sometimes folks who aren't that familiar with cars are worried whether they're getting straight talk from their mechanic. NOT an issue at Graybill's, and I wouldn't hesitate to refer everyone including my closest friends and family to Graybill's!

We asked Stan to perform a thorough pre-purchase inspection on a transit van we were looking to buy. We live in Michigan so we were relying solely on his findings to make our decision. He researched the VIN and recalls ahead of time, called us for a list of specific things we wanted checked out, facetimed us during the process, talked through issues as he found them, and provided a detailed report at the end. To top it off, he was very friendly and not sexist. He was professional throughout and treated me as an informed customer and not a woman to price gouge.
