I can’t say enough good things about my experience purchasing my new 2026 Chevy Blazer from John Sauder Chevrolet. From start to finish, Mike Colombraro made the entire process easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. Mike was incredibly patient with all of our questions and took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle’s features and functions to both my wife and me, making sure we felt confident and informed before moving forward. That level of care really stood out. This wasn’t our first experience with Mike—and it won’t be our last. My family has now purchased seven vehicles from him over the years, which speaks volumes. I’m sorry to have to post this . I bought a used 2022 low mile mint condition Chevy Silverado. After 7 months I noticed some rust from my wheel well . I had someone look under my truck and they were shocked that I had severe rust on the entire frame . I took my truck to a local body shop. He said this condition he sees from a 12 to 15 year old truck but not on a 3 year old vehicle. He said it is a big job to fix it right.Icalled the salesman Chris Man and told him he sold me a truck with severe frame rot from rust . I told him you told me it pasted all there 100 point check list I talked to the sales manager Kaela I told her the situation and I wanted to give the truck back . It didn’t just happen it was bad when I bought it. They said they could send it out . I told her they would just fix it cosmetically. They offered me a new truck with high payments one truck that was under my trucks worth . I said I want my money back . She said I would have to take a $5400 dollar loss to me . I said that was unexceptable. I told her I can take a $1000 loss but not $5400 loss since they misrepresented the condition of the truck . They are not willing to work with me at all . It’s a shame I saved up for my first nice truck . I didn’t climb under the truck because I have health issues . Chris said the truck was fine no problems . I just want to be treated fairly. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it thanks.

Really please with this place. While traveling our tire sensor went out. Still had 2500 miles remaining on our trip and wanted to get it repaired and they were great here worked us in and was under way an hour later. So very greatful.

My trans went in my Silverado. Sean immediately called to let me know time and what their protocol was for getting it diagnosed. He dealt with the warranty company and called me back the next day to give me my options. I informed him about an upcoming vacation and asked if he could possibly get it done in time for that. He did everything possible to make it work. The warranty company held him up some but he still was able to get my truck in and done the night before I needed it back. I purchased a 2022 GMC Sierra in May and the entire process was amazing. Highly recommend Elijah! Sadly 1 month later the truck was totaled. So yesterday I returned to John Sauder to purchase a Chevy Silverado. Elijah, Chris and Kaela all stayed late to make sure I could take the truck home last night. Top notch sales team!!! I drove 1hr 30mins just to deal with these guys again, I can't say enough good things! I never thought I'd be buying 2 trucks within 2 months but they did all they could to take the stress off me. Thank you guys!!!

Great Service Director Sean, was an amazing to deal with and did everything he could to help me. The sales department needs to focus on actually helping the customer instead of just trying to make a commission check. Called about my truck having numerous issues and the sales department never called me expect they were the ones that had to make the decision on how my truck would be fixed. My salesmen would text me how the truck is and I would tell him it’s in the shop and I would get no response. I wouldn’t buy another vehicle from here, but I would gladly take my vehicles here to get service down to them!

I had the best car buying experience in my 67 years at John Sauder Chevy two weeks ago. A fair price, honest dealing, and full transparency. It was refreshing to not see a long list of added fees and unwanted equipment on the sticker. They do a clean deal here. Try them and see for yourself!

My name is Brian Bachman my daughter recently purchased a 2010 Chevrolet malibu from the john Sauder dealership in New Holland Pennsylvania have tried reaching out to them. They sold the car with a brand new inspection sticker on it, with 4 bald tires on it and an oil leak that nobody will get back to me on to resolve the problem. I think this is ridiculous, and if this is the way they do business, you shouldn't buy anything from them. I have called John Souder himself to resolve the problem. Left 4 messages for him on his machine and he will not get back to me. My daughter is 19 years old, spent $7000 with taxes and fees. on a car that there's stuff wrong with. I'm unsatisfied and unhappy with this dealership

Nice facility. However, There are better Chevrolet dealers elsewhere. I came in and asked about a vehicle I wanted to look at and the guys standing around there all stared and smirked at me until one finally answered my question.

I only went for service so I don’t know what the salesman are like. The service guys are nice at the desk. I didn’t have to wait long for the service I was getting. I usually go to Keim Chevy and I prefer that location. I don’t know if it’s because they know me from getting my routine maintenance but they always fill my tires if they need a little extra air. Maybe just something to add so customers feel cared for instead of transaction through the door.

Quoted me $2000 to fix an EVAP code when all that was needed to fix the code was a 40$ gas cap. After repeatedly explaining to every person I encountered I was looking to do the bare minimum to keep the vehicle up and running. Very disappointed and will not be returning or recommending in the future. I'm sure the work recommendation would benefit the truck but I was very clear in what I wanted and it surely was not to spend 2000 on a 20+ year old vehicle

I called the parts department this morning to see how much it would be to replace my ONLY key fob that I lost a few days prior. I let Mike know that I lost my ONLY fob. He proceeded to tell me that the replacement of the fob would be 125 + 15 to cut the key + tax, and he told me the paperwork I would need to bring as well. I told him I would be down there that afternoon to get it replaced. When I arrived, Mike and another parts associate told me that there was another gentleman coming in for the exact same thing. The other customer arrived shortly after I did we were both seen at the same time. The other customer however left a couple minutes before me and his price ended up being 144 and some change. Being that we came in for the same thing mine should be the same price right? Nope, mine was $10 more (which is not a big deal but it seems strange). Then Mike asked me if I had the original key fob. I repeated to him, "no I told you that's why I'm down here is because I lost my ONLY key fob" he said that I would have to find that key fob to program this new one. [!!!!!!!!!] Here's the thing... if I can't find the old one and I told you I was coming down here to get a new one because I can't find the old one, why would you tell me I then need the old one to use the new one after I've paid for it?! That's something I should have been notified of during the initial phone call. Then he said after I could tow the car down here to get the new key fob programmed which is an additional $50 for a tow and according to the programmers $140 to have programmed. Like I said, I wouldn't have wasted the time to come down here and pay $150 for a key that doesn't even work. I was just trying to do this so I didn't have to keep looking for my key. All the gentlemen at my job say if I'm going to buy Chevy, buy from this dealership. I'm in the market for a new Chevy truck or Toyota truck - I'd rather buy American - but if the parts department is going to act this "weird" over a key, who knows how sheisty the sales people are.

I bought a 2023 Corvette C8 from John Sauder Chevrolet of New Holland. Working with this dealership was fantastic, very different from my experience at other dealerships. It was a pleasure working with Joe Griffin. Once the car was ordered, it took 2 months for it to be built and delivered. Joe did all the paperwork before I arrived at the dealership, so all I needed to do was sign the papers. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend John Sauder Chevy of New Holland! Thanks Joe!

Had a very pleasant experience here. Emmanuel and Chris were very pleasant. The purchase process was almost a no bargain experience. In the end, we got a fair deal as they had the vehicle priced within the ranges we were finding. But we were given an extremely fair deal for our trade in, which was something we figured we were going to have bargain for. I would not hesitate to go back here again.

We had a two hour ride from our home in NJ, it was worth every mile and minute. In twenty years of buying vehicles, we have never encountered such a professional no pressure vehicle purchasing environment. From the moment we contacted the New Holland dealership they were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Emmanuel contacted us immediately and told us everything we needed to know about the vehicle and purchasing it from out of state. Chris's guidance through the documents was stress free, straight forward and easy to understand. We can't say enough about the positive experience we had at John Sauder Chevrolet. They are all true professionals.

This dealership made it quite clear they do not want out of state customers. They do not offer financing to out of state customers. They do not do out of state tax and tags. And they were $3,000 less on my trade in appraisal than any other dealership I visited. The salesman did let me know about the financing and t&t when I called 3 days before going in so I could have everything lined up. I just wish he would have told me they prefer not to sell to out of state buyers so I wouldn’t have wasted 3 hours of round trip drive time plus an hour at the dealership. Edit: the fact this dealer was unwilling to make a sale was actually a blessing. One week later, I found a much nicer truck with a lot more options for a lot less money.

Absolutely great experience at this dealership! Emmanuel (my salesman) was very knowledgeable and honest about the Corvette I purchased. I live in Raleigh,NC and before deciding to make the trip to Pennsylvania he spent tons of time over the phone with me and sent all of the pictures I requested in order to ease my mind. Couldn't have been a smoother process! Josh, the sales manager was awesome too. I now have my dream car thanks to them! 100% reccomend their services.

Very pleased with the whole experience at John Sauder! We drove over 2 hours and it was definitely worth the trip! Joe Griffin was great, as were all the guys there! Not your typical dealership, they didn't play games and it didn't take hours! We bought a suburban, and asked for all weather mats, which they didn't have in stock. Not only did they order them, but they had someone from the dealership drive them to our house! Highly recommend!!

This dealership went above and beyond making it one of the easiest purchases I have ever experienced. I have a fleet of over 20 vehicles and would definitely recommend the purchasing of a new car from John Sauder. Every person I spoke with helped me in every way they could! The drivers brought my new car right to my door and personally thanked me for my purchase, you do not see customer service like that much anymore. I will be a repeat customer.
