Very nice and helpful staff. And they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. The Battery, that I did buy, was much cheaper it was than everywhere else!

AutoZone on New Holland Main Street was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly helpful. Robby assisted me with my vehicle, and he was quick, concise, and knowledgeable. He made a decision that worked perfectly for my car. Jaden, who was also there when I purchased my plastic inserts, was fantastic. Thank you so much for being such an amazing employee at AutoZone. Rich, the store manager, is the best manager anyone could ask for. I walked into the AutoZone, and he was great. His employees are amazing, and I believe everyone in the store at the time I came in should be acknowledged for their exceptional customer satisfaction. Thank you!
Guy at the counter gave me the wrong viscosity oil. Poured half of it in until I realized it was wrong. I took it back and no refund. Which is understandable cause it was opened. But the same guy told me its OK to run the wrong viscosity oil! Lol, mustn't be a mechanic. I know what it'll do to your camshaft over time.
Had my husband bring back a battery I had bought with the receipt and the manager wouldn’t return it saying he needed the card that it was bought with. The return policy says nothing about needing the physical card with. Had to come into the store myself with my card and he didn’t even look at it to return the battery. He judged my husband because he has tattoos and assumed it was stolen and caused us unnecessary trips to the store. Won’t be frequenting here anymore because of this. Judge not, lest ye be judged.
Chris S, in New Holland PA, went above and beyond to assist us with getting our A/C Charged. It was terrible hot out, he was very friendly and very helpful.
Horrible customer service. I asked them to run some tests on a used car I I acquired. The manager came out yelling at me saying the check engine light needed to be on. Did not ask of it was on, just started yelling.not sure what I did wrong but we quickly left.
Hey maybe don't argue with the customer when the part you sold them was entirely different than the one ordered. Generic pictures shouldn't be a thing when ordering specific parts for a car. A GM starter isn't the same as a Honda starter.
Needed a new battery for my motor home. Young man was very helpful. Had to make 3 trips back for more parts during the replacement process, and the same guy waited on me each time. Very pleasant experience. This will be my go-to place whenever I need parts in this area
Once again Rich and his poor attitude made me regret spending money here.
He does not greet the customers nor does he respond when greeted.
If you decide to shop here, do not ask him for anything help! His eye rolling and smart replies are not helpful. Does he even enjoy having a job?
Chris S., was extremely professional and pleasant. He checked my oil for me and explained what could happen if u don’t check ur oil on a regular basis. Ordered a Sideview mirror glass only from here. Since I was partly blind,I asked the guy to place the glass on the frame. He REFUSED. Last time I buy ANYTHING at Auto ZONE, EVER ! See Ya !
While I was in there Lisa was being very rude and disrespectful and nearly pushing me to leave the store while I was still shopping the store manager should really reevaluate thier team and Josh Haulman might wanna double check on your stores
Went there to get a battery and couldn’t have asked for better service than what I got from Chris S. He made sure everything was good to go and did it with excellence.
I’m not a car person by any means so it’s extremely helpful to find those that know what they are doing at the same time passionate and hard working. The other day I met the hardest worker who went above and beyond- his name is Marshall and if I could give more stars I would⭐️⭐️⭐️
I just needed something SUPER simple… light bulbs for my headlights…. Super quick change, no problem! Marshall took the time to help me and replace the light bulbs…. But what happens next is a trait most important for a good work ethic, caring for your customers and finishing a job to completion without grumbling! I went to give him the next light to exchange and my clumsy fingers dropped it, which somehow managed to go in between this small opening of the car… it was just chillin down there. Surely that couldn’t be good. Marshall was determined to remove it and spent over an hour in the blazing heat using tools to get the bulb out! Eventually he got it out, I can’t thank him enough for his incredible customer service. I’ll never forget what he said when I apologized for him doing this because it’s not part of his job description. He replied, “ my job is to help the customer.” Well he certainly did that! And I couldn’t be more thankful for his service and mindset to follow through on commitments and time spent! He is also very educated about cars and knows so much… so if you ever need anything or have a question- stop in and ask for Marshall he will cheerfully and willingly assist you through your whole visit!

The New Holland team (store 4616) was great! Jose went above and beyond replacing my battery. The old one was seriously corroded and Jose did a lot of extra cleaning before putting in the new one I purchased. He is a valuable asset to your team and I appreciate all the work he did to get me going again. His manager (Brie) also assisted with some troubleshooting. She was absolutely supportive and seems to really care about her employees and the customer . Jose also was caring to the customer and is a dedicated employee. You should absolutely commend them and the whole team was great! I would also recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone. Great job team!!!! Great customer service and dedication!!!!
Robbie is the man! I came in needing a single bolt to hold my fairing on my motorcycle until getting a replacement, not only did he help me find the perfect fit he installed it for me too! He went above and beyond my expectations from an AutoZone employee. He was friendly, welcoming, helpful and best of all mechanically inclined. I hope to see Robbie for any of my other needs in the future. Awesome guy!
I have visited the New Holland store now more than once #4616 and I've been impressed to a point it's almost illegal lol. Both associates I believe her name is Brei and the man Robbie maybe but they both deserve raises and a better way of life as is no joke went over and under to help me fix my truck. The customer service I received from Marshall and Brei last night was outstanding!!! Despite arriving 20 min prior to closing when our church van experienced a battery issue, they were as pleasant as can be and were very willing to help us out. They were able to return a wrong sized battery I had actually bought just an hour earlier at a different AutoZone in the area when an employee there told me it was the right size. And instead of just trying to rush me out of the store and getting me to buy a new battery, they offered to try charging the battery since it was only bought 2 days ago. Intuitively, they even offered to check the van's alternator. While waiting for the charge, we had great conversations despite it being already 20 min past closing. After checking on the battery and finding it might take another 1 hr to charge, they offered to stay and wait without reservation as they did not want me to spend more money unnecessarily on yet another battery, despite me telling them that's not necessary and that they should go home to their families as I've already taken too much of their time as it was. Ultimately, I ended up still having to buy a new battery as the van passengers couldn't wait for the charge and ultimately, they suspected the battery may have been fried or defectively had a bad cell as it was overheating with multiple attempts to charge it. God bless them both! They said AutoZone prides itself in their customer service, and I 100% agree from what I experienced last night. AutoZone, give these 2 a raise ASAP!!!
I bought a starter there (took them three times to even give the right one) and it blew my TIPM and instead of fixing their mistake that has my car sitting they have been spending the past month (still have heard nothing)trying to get out of fixing their mistake. I have a video, pictures, a garage and a engineer as a witness but they still do not care and trying to get out of what is their obvious mistake and meanwhile I have no car because of their mistake. Customer service very poor. Avoid Autozone if you like having a car. Included is picks of the TIPM their starter fried.
Autozone please fix this error and damage you have caused.
Outstanding service from Brie and Rich! Thank you both for your patience and taking the time to assist me in replacing my headlight bulbs. To say it was a challenge would be an understatement. If not for their kindness and help I would have ended up having to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get the bulbs replaced. Thank you again!
Great store excellent service these people definitely know their stuff would recommend them over some other AutoZone stores they help me straighten out some problems I'm fix a few mistakes made by other stores would definitely recommend them to anybody very well trained and knowledgeable customer service.
And again they help me fix an other stores screw up i had a battery that was under warranty it showed voltage on a meter but had no cranking amps there was a huge bulge on top from plate separation but they turned down the warranty at the Shillington location and these guys fixed it up for me!!!
Very impressed with the place. The young man who waited on me noticed that I was buying quite a few things honoring the U S AIR FORCE. He asked me about that. I told him my son is in the Air Force, so he gave me a discount, and told me to thank my son for his service. Businesses need more people like him. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK
Very helpful staff! Easy to locate items and was a clean facility. Right along a main road so it's easy to see the stores location. I needed oil for my car and the gentleman who helped me, also put it in my car for me without me having to ask! Polite and helpful! Customer service satisfaction!
Employees were quite helpful here. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they did not have the correct part in stock. However they were able 2 get it the next day so hence the reason for not giving only a 1 star rating. The part I needed was a brake caliper. The employee said they do sell lots of them.
Sales guy knew what he was talking about, didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, and pointed out what a few different options when I went to get freon. He even offered to show me how to recharge my A/C if I needed it after I mentioned I'd never done it before.
Very friendly, would definitely drive out of my way to shop here again.
