It was awesome! Plenty of choices to make. I just didn't have a big enough stomach to each everything I wanted to.

Needed an emergency 32mm impact and it was 4th of July. They were open and had what I needed. They almost always have what I need Edit: i originally stated how great you guys were and had a 5star review. This morning (5/17 around 930am) has completely changed that for me and at solidified my decision to not come back. I called ahead hoping to find flux for solder and the woman on the phone didn't know what I was talking about until I explained it. Said they have it but they didn't. That isn't too bad, but overhearing the employees conversation is for me. One employee talking about a man on a skirt getting kicked out of a bar and hearing them say how wierd it is for a man to wear a skirt. I was already iffy when I heard the company donated only to the Trump campaign but that's not the employees choice. But what is their choice is to openly and loudly marginalize a singular group. Sorry but I can't support this company and I know it doesn't hurt them losing my money or even a single review, but I can't morally make a conscious effort to show any support for a company that is ok with those beliefs.

My mother's car battery died across the street from this location, not even enough juice to jump it - Justin went all out, gave her a discount on a new battery, and came across the street to put it in for her. We are so thankful! Thank you for getting my mom back on the road! Highly recommended

We called the store ahead of time to see if they had a part in stock, and Chris had it ready for us when we arrived. He was so helpful and kind and patient with us with our many questions, and he got us all the parts we needed.

This store is great, almost always have whatever we need and the customer service is wonderful! My battery died this morning with temps in the single digits. Got a jump from my neighbor and headed to Advance Auto to get a new battery. Left the car running so I could get it back home so my husband could change out the battery later on after he was done work. Your very kind associate offered to do it for me right there in the parking lot. I wasn't expecting that and I'm so grateful to him for helping me out so I could continue with my day as planned without having to wait till my husband got home. I didn't think to catch his name, but my receipt says Glenn C. Thank you so much!! 🙂

This is one of my favorite part stores The staff is absolutely amazing. Chris the parts guy was awesome.

I do most of the shopping online to be able to use the coupons. They always offer good discounts, and I also get gas points for Shell.

My check engine light was on, I stopped here to see if they read codes. The gentleman working said they do,he diagnosed it and got me the part that needed to be replaced. I left as a happy customer!

I came in for wheel lug nuts and had what I thought was the correct part number, Jenn helped me find them, I was wrong and when I tested them they were too small. I came back in and Jenn refunded me and got me the correct parts (I should have asked her for help with the correct part rather than thinking I knew the right ones) she was patient, helpful, kind and understanding of my error. She didn't act bothered, she didn't get huffy with my mistake and having to refund it, she was a pleasure to deal with, kind and conversed with me while she completed the transaction. She is an amazing asset to the company and made the whole experience pleasant and easy! Thank you Jenn, you're the best!!

Dave was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he make it extremely easy to get the part, but he made sure I was knowledgable enough to install it. I even came back to ask a question and he helped out. Thank you for helping!!!

My go-to spot for oil changing supplies. Staff is always willing to help or answer any questions.

The store is neat and clean. The employees are helpful. I appreciate the rewards program Advance Auto offers because benefits are tangible and they give you enough time to use them before they expire.

Nice. There is a new lady there who seems bright and well educated when it comes to auto's. She was very helpful. I hope she stays there.

Parts person is very knowledgeable and very helpful. They do all they can to help you get the parts you need.

Don't matter what car or what part I need they always say they have to order it. Problem is I need it when I go there not in 2 or 3 days

Well stocked store employees were very friendly and even though I was in a bad mood because of something unrelated to them that happened before I got to the store And had alittle bit of an attitude they preceded to go about helping me with a fredndly and welcome attitude, I really appreciated that. Their positive attitude actually made my day better Thank you

1.5.2021 This is the go to place for auto parts and accessories. Staff are extremely amicable and knowledgeable. Didn't realize Advance had bought Die Hard batteries, a quality product.

They didn't allow me to rent to tool I needed and gave me the wrong oil filter at first but they were helpful when I came back to correct the mistakes

(I worked at this loction) There great place to go to for parts that you need. Only issue I have is with the store owner. He tries to sell more expensive product then actually sell you cheaper stuff. One day I went in asked him hey (name) what's on sale for fuel cleaner he told me the price and I asked do yall have anything cheaper and so he got me down to a $5, at the time money was tight so I asked a different employee if they have something cheaper and yes they did and I got what I needed. Tim is a great person to talk to about things.

Bought a battery for my minivan. They were super nice and helpful. They let me know all my battery options and warranties. Then they installed the one i bought for me. Great employees

Best place EVER AND TIM IS THE MAN! He should be the store manager with all of his knowledge, expertise, customer service and much more.

Very nice knowledgeable staff. After stopping at several other competitors and being told my part was out of stock, I stopped at this store. Dave and Will were very pleasant and courteous and had my part in stock! Thanks guys!

So I go in looking for headlight upgrades. I give my car info(13 Dodge charger r/t) to the so called parts expert behind the counter. He responded with "doesn't Chevy make the charger? Well then, what is Chevy's muscle car?". Last visit to an Advanced Auto.

Great people to deal with. They know what you need and have good prices on their products.

Extreme customer service!! They guy who helped us (Tim), was over-the-top helpful. The part we needed (an idler pulley) was coming up in his parts search as a different part -- over and over and over. He thought outside the box and checked for the part in another way. Success. He wouldn't give up the search, adamant on being sure we got what we needed. Tim ordered the part in the evening and had it in hand by the next afternoon. My Jeep Liberty is on the road and running wonderfully thanks to his assistance. His coworkers were equally helpful in assisting in the process of finding this part.

Most of our needs are for big trucks, but if you can find it here, you'll probably get the best price of anywhere. The counter people change and vary, but overall it's my first stop for parts if there is even a chance they have or can get them. Price has always been the best or close to it, and I shop and compare (and buy) a LOT for our business. Highly recommend.
