had a message on my dash( def system defect 90 miles to limp mode ) and was 200 miles from home. Mike took care of it instantly! Car broke down around exit 115 Wyoming Valley on 476 headed north to the Finger Lakes . Mike, from Milewski came and picked us up and drove us the rest of the 200 miles to our destination. Breaking down is never fun , but we are lucky Mike showed up. Thank you for everything

Broke down with my tiny camper in tow. Being in the PA Turnpike limited my choices due to restrictions. Safety Patrol driver knew the info I needed and Mileski Towing was there in no time flat! Frank, the driver, was quick and efficient. He was helpful beyond hope. Mike, who I talked to from the office, was empathetic to my plight and had his guy there within 30 minutes. Yeah I was restricted in who I could use, but I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Milewski Towing & Recovery.

Outstanding customer service and support during a highly stressful breakdown on the PA turnpike. I was 7.5 hours from home with another 1.5 to get to my final destination. Nick helped calm me down as he towed the car back to the shop. Mike and Kevin were extremely supportive and got me straightened out and back on the road very quickly. Highly recommend.

Our truck & trailer rolled on its side together with a loaded trailer. it was raining heavily outside, despite the weather conditions the guys saved the cargo and the next day helped to reload it onto another trailer. they could have just left everything on the ground and made more money! but fortunately for us these guys were there! many do not understand that they minimize your losses with their professional approach to their work!

Despite the oppressive heat, Kevin worked quickly and carefully, towing my F250 to the nearest repair shop without a hitch. He even offered me a cold bottle of water and made sure I was comfortable, going above and beyond what anyone could expect. It wasn’t just a towing job—it was an act of kindness and genuine care. Great service, responded fast in the middle of the night when I was stuck on 81. Shoutout Mike the operator that showed up to tow the vehicle he was super useful in kinda diagnosing the issue that happened and made it a quick and easy tow. Nice people like him make the world go round.

Great bunch of guys to work with! They came to my rescue when my semi truck and trailer was sitting on the ramp. They picked my truck up and took my trailer over to my delivery destination. I will be definitely be keeping them in mind if I need a tow again! Thank you guys keep doing a great job!!!

I cannot praise Nick at Milewski Towing & Recovery enough! I was in a scary accident over the weekend and am not from the area. He arrived quickly and could not have been more helpful and even dropped us off at our last-minute hotel since we were unable to reach our intended destination. He helped us feel safe in a very stressful situation and in an unfamiliar city.

Had a great experience with Milewski, they were super nice and helpful. Car got totaled and they made sure I was able to retrieve my possessions from the vehicle before insurance came to pick it up, very considerate!

I am so thankful for these wonderful people that really went out of their way to help me. I'm a disabled veteran and I do admit I had an unusual request and contact a number of heavy equipment companies to help me. Not only could help that gave me an estimate when they could arrive. They were kind and polite. I so thankful they really made my day.

Mike and his people are awesome. Mike cares about the people he serves and isn't in it just for the money. I called him on a Saturday morning from NJ. It was 6 degrees and snowing in Scranton where my brother and all his worldly posessions was stuck. Mike took my frantic call while traveling back to his shop. He was kind and calming and funny. Mike had someone to my brother within the hour, towed my brothers car all his belongings and took my brother in the truck to his destination in White Haven. His payment process was easy and secure and his price unbelievably reasonable. This was a first for me and to think he didn't even charge my card until his driver was on the road with my brother to White Haven. Mike you are aces and I recommend you highly. I'm a nurse that does home visits and ended up getting stuck 120ft down a semi steep driveway and couldn't find a tow service with a long enough cable to pull me out. I called Mike and he was very responsive, pleasant and professional to speak with. He even went out of his way to assess the situation ahead of time (my van was in a different location than myself) and went to the location free of charge. He quickly called me back and was able to meet me there exactly when he said he was and pulled my van out in minutes with no issue. Very helpful and knowledgeable, I highly recommend their company and I will use again in the future (hopefully I won't need to though). Also better priced than other companies I reached out to before finding this company. Great service!!!

Mike from Milewski towing was incredibly helpful. My son’s car broke down on Thanksgiving evening on the PA turnpike. We are from NY and had no clue what to do or where to take the car. Mike was more than helpful and went above and beyond to help find a garage and tow the car there. Thank you again for all of your help.

READ!!ONLY COMPANY THAT WOULD TAKE MY CALL! REAL LEGIT 24/7 TOW SERVICE! Milewski towing is an above and beyond company. Last night I was taking my girl home and got my truck stuck in a drainage ditch @130 am., I first called another company that burned me. Not being from the area called a handful of other companies that told me they don’t have any night towing. So I called Milewski, i ended up getting Mr. Milewski himself, I explained to him what happened and as the poor guy is getting out of the shower to go to bed and with all his other trucks out on a crash call he didn’t hesitate, he asked my location (which was in the sticks in Clark summit)kept in contact with me as he was driving to me and was at my location within 20 mins. Again above and beyond! It’s a rare thing when you call a company especially when you’re in a bad situation for that company to truly care. Talking to Mr, Milewski he said he just wants to treat his customers the way he would want his family treated if they were from out the area. That is exactly why his company is going to continue to thrive. I was very lucky to have called this company, I wish they were my first call. But if you need any assistance they should be yours! Mike was super helpful and responsive during a very stressful time! Our camper tire was sheared off while driving and the axel was dragging on the ground! He answered all our calls right away and showed up when he said he would and successfully delivered our camper to the repair facility. Highly recommend!

I broke down on the PA turnpike on a scary exit ramp all alone. The turnpike safety person called Milewski. What amazing service. Kevin got me right out of there to safety and towed me to a wonderful mechanic shop who put me in the front of the line and got me out and on my way home. Kevin was amazing. He helped me with my AAA and took great care of me. Thank you! Milewski is a great tow company.

The people are so kind and helpful here. Great service!! We needed a tow for our RAM 2500 and they came as quick as they could. Nick was so nice and kind enough to answer any questions/concerns I had. We couldn’t find a company that was able to haul our truck to the shop let alone a truck big enough for it to fit on. Bluey (kids name for the truck) is not small by any means, plus it’s heavy. So if you ever need a tow; Give them a Call and they will be there!

Sunday April 23rd-car broke down on PA Turnpike; opened Insurance claim for roadside assistance for towing service from Wilkes barre to Allentown. When removing my car off of the tow truck the driver damaged/tore my front bumper (see photo 😭). No apology just handed a business card and instructed to call his boss next business day. When called, the owner, Mike, was very rude and at first reluctant to accept responsibility or rectify it stating his driver should have only agreed to taking my car to a garage at next exit implying then the incident would not have happened. We countered by stating it doesn’t matter where he dropped my car off because it didn’t happen while driving but when unloading. After several attempts to rectify owner stated he will not pay anything to have my car fixed and only offered to fix it at his business and I would incur the cost to get my car to him 80 miles away and the inconvenience to me needing to take my personal time off of work and pay for a rental car plus gas and mileage. I stated that was the opposite of rectifying and that his offer would cost me more than to have to pay to fix it myself out of pocket. He stated it was my choice but he would not change his offer. I have tried sending the repair estimate and formal letter to him as well as utilized a mediation service and put in a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to resolve this matter and receive fair justice for him to pay for the damages his driver caused to my car at no fault of mine but he refuses to be reasonable and honorable as a business professional. He just doesn’t respond and I can’t afford to take him to small claims because that will end up costing me more than the damages and I shouldn’t have to be going through all of this. It will cost roughly half of one month’s salary for me as a single mother and I still can’t afford to get it fixed without financing it. All I am asking is for him to do the right thing and pay what it costs to get my car fixed in a way that doesn’t cost me anything since it’s at no fault of mine. I’m only seeking fair justice.

They rescued us and our travel trailer after an accident on the PA turnpike. Very professional and Personable after such a horrible experience we went through. Then they were very helpful as we dealt with insurance over the following week with our wrecked vehicles stored at their lot. ...I highly recommend them.

The company is absolutely amazing. We got stuck on PA-476 in the pouring rain. Our normal roadside assistance denied our service and these guy came out in no time and even helped with our U-haul auto transport delivered it to them for us. Best experience in a bad situation and would recommend this company to anyone stuck like we were.

I cannot express in words how appreciative I am of this towing company. Especially of Alex, he went above and beyond and showed compassion for my situation; when he could have just dropped me off at any old tire shop when it was late in the day. Knowing I was out of town and on my way to pick up my daughter and using my sons car because the day before my car got a flat, he took me to Firestone and they were packed. He spoke with Davey and explained my situation together they help me get on my way to pick up my daughter. The kindness and empathy that Alex showed me during a time that I just felt completely helpless, is a step above the rest. More people need to be like him, because lately there are less and less people like Alex. A huge thank to the towing company, Alex, Firestone and the Safety guy who followed me the second time my donut went. Merrry Christmas!!
