Ricky has been servicing my whole family's vehicles for decades. He won't "fix" something that isn't broke. Priced very fair, always answers the phone, gets you out the door the same day 99% of the time. He has towing and lock out service and state inspections. He's just great to deal with. I'll be lost when he retires.
Rick got to my car in half the amount of time stated, was kind and efficient, and priced very fairly. Hopefully I don't need a tow again any time soon but if I do I will definitely be calling Brayer's. Thank you!

What really impressed me is that they did not overcharge, unlike many other towing companies that take advantage of emergencies. Very professional, honest, and reliable service.

ROBBERY UNDER LEGAL WRAPPING. Absolutely terrible! Pray that you will not fall under Richard’s claws. Our small business was a victim to this company. They towed our vehicle and told us we would have to pay $8,500 to get the vehicle out! You read it right, $8,500 and Richard was not going to budge. After some long back and forth emails we got down to $4,000, which was a big financial hit for our small business.
I knew that this was still robbery but today I became absolutely confident and decided to post a review with comparison.
We had to deal with a towing company in Alabama today which towed our truck with a trailer and with a vehicle on it (exactly the same situation as with this godforsaken company) and do you know how much was the charges including three nights that the vehicle was parked there? $235. $8,500 versus $235. So, DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEIR SERVICES. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT FROM POLICE LIST.

Rick has been serving me and my family for over 25 years. My girlfriend now goes to them and every single time Rick has explained everything to me and my family and is just an overall good guy. The prices are more than fair compared to others and he goes out of his way if a part or something is needed. His wife is always nice to us as well when we drop off and pick up our cars. As you can see from the other reviews that this place is great. If they are taking on new customers I would definitely suggest going here.
We had an 8am appointment waited until 9:30 for the driver to arrive - tipped the driver upon arrival and when we arrived at the garage to drop the towed vehicle off for inspection, the company added $100 to our bill because of the extra time involved.
Luckily, because of the awful customer service the garage towed the vehicle back to us for no charge because of the “problem” brayer gave us
We were stranded on 81 the nite of 9/29/24! Our roadside service provider called Brayer’s to pick up our 32’ travel trailer with the left rear wheel & hub falling off! (Thanks to the jeep next to us pointing to pull over) we can only imagine what could have happened if they didn’t)!
So Rick jumps out of his rig assessed the situation, hook up our trailer & delivered it to the designated “safe place designated by our roadside provider”!
While there he made sure the damaged axle/wheel & hub were safe from any other damage! We chatted and discovered that he does heavy truck repairs beside the towing! He agreed to fix our trailer, provided he could find parts! Well after almost a day of back & forth phone calls - an axle had been located in Indiana at the trailer manufacturer, Grand Design ! Our trailer is tucked in his yard for now, while we wait for the axle to be shipped!
Both my husband & myself, cannot thank Brayer’s Towing & Rick himself for everything he has done to ease our stress!

Got my vehicle towed from a storage to my house the tow truck driver Rick was helpful to help me push the vehicle in neutral to my car port he didn't have to do it but he is probably there best driver I will definitely use brayers towing if I need a tow ever again
Referred to Rick Brayer by another tow company who didn't haul the larger vehicles. Excellent communication and highly respected by the local P.D. where the vehicle I purchase at auction was being stored. Vehicle delivered to specialty shop almost 20 miles away without incident. Do NOT use this guys service at all!! I was in an accident and these predators took complete advantage of me and all for a 10 mile tow! $550 total! UNBELIEVABLE!!
