I was a broke college student who's tire blew on 80 on my way home for Thanksgiving break. An hour and a half from home with no one to help me, I called McPherson's. Dusty showed up and towed my car, getting me back to the shop safely. It was freezing cold and I waited in the office with his lovely dog, Nickel (RIP).He was so kind and trustworthy, even talked to my dad on the phone with me and helped us come up with a solution to getting home safely and quickly. Dusty got me back on the road safely, cheaply, and quickly. I still carry his business card with me even though I live 2hours away now! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
I truly can not say how happy I am we called this company. My daughter broke down on her way back to school, two hours from home, and they picked her and the car up quickly, and got her somewhere warm and safe she could wait until we arrived. They kept her car for two days while we arranged pickup and helped us load up. It was very affordable and Dusty was kind and didn’t make my daughter feel uncomfortable. As a mother that means a lot and I’d recommend to anyone looking for help.
Dusty is amazing!! I was stranded on the side of I-80 East for two hours with a flat. Once I called Dusty he was there in 20 minutes!! The key to my tire lock was no where to be found so he towed me to his shop and was determined to get my flat off and spare on. Dusty saved the day for me and made me and my little puppy feel very safe!!
My gf got a flat tire after hours on her way home after driving 10 hours and she didn’t have the key to get the special bolt on her tire and he took the time to make sure she could get the spare tire on very thankful for this company and owner
I had an accident on a Sunday afternoon. A tree hit my truck during a thunderstorm. I needed a tow and this guy fought down wires,trees,and roadblocks to come save me. I will never forget it! He was quick and arrived within an hour of my first call. It was amazing. Thank you and use him. An honest man in a industry that has dishonest characters.
I called to ask for help with a flat tire. Talked with someone and stated they were open 24 hours. Gentlman on the phone stated he won't come help because he wasn't close enough but our location was less than 10 miles away. He then stated he wasn't open for business right now. Unbelievable! Customer service and business etiquette was horrible!
