The connector for the font washer fluid line in my explorer broke. A young kid that works there assisted me and got the parts I needed and fixed the line for me. He went over and above to help me out. Great store and he deserves a raise!
We had truck trouble while at camp and came to the store we needed. They lent us some tools and allowed my husband to fix it in the lot. They were amazing and we were so blessed to come here today!
We were traveling on Interstate 80 West from Pennsylvania to Indiana when a loud racket started under our car. We saw the underbody shield had come loose and we had no way of tightening it. We stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts and a very kind gentleman had the shield secured within minutes. He would not accept payment. Such kindness and proficiency is rare these days. Thank you!
My husband and I were semi-stranded 91 miles from home with a bad alternator we purchased at another auto store and installed for our trip the day before and a battery that obviously couldn’t hold a charge. It took us 2 hours to go 12 miles to the Brookville Oreilly Auto Store. The manager, Bill, and Marty? were honest, helpful, and hospitable while we waited for our battery to fully charge. Bill talked us out of a buying a new battery and just charging the one we had and purchasing a similar alternator for our trip home just in case. Because we had to conserve our battery, Marty? suggested a Rain-X product to wipe on our windows to help with the incoming storms that we hit on the way home. That was an amazing product and, even in the torrential downpours, kept us from using our wipers! We got home without having to stop to recharge or jump and I couldn’t be happier! I’m so thankful for their helpfulness and, above all, kindness. Thank you both! We appreciate you so much!
I was with a friend from Oklahoma visiting Brookville when the battery died. Bill Ames was very patient with me. He lent me tools to facilitate the battery replacement. He helped me to save the day quickly while I was on a tight schedule. Applause Applause, O' Reilly Auto Parts!
I like the variety of different brands OReillys has brought to our town. The lifetime warranty on parts is an Interesting idea. If the part fails out of town and you don't have an OReillys near bye, I suppose as long as it's not an item requiring a core return, you could get a spare for later....I dont know. But overall, the prices are not bad on basic maintenance stuff. The lifetime warranty parts come with a higher price, but parts quality has degraded so much recently that it may pay for itself, but you never get your time back either way.
Ignorant cashier when I called to ask about some parts continually cut me off until I finally hung up. Normally I'd say 4 or 5 today was my worst customer service experience
