Cameron at East Main Service was a Godsend! We were over 240 miles from home when our ignition switch froze. We called AAA and they contacted East Main Service. Cameron was there in a jiffy late night on a Friday. Instead of just towing us and billing for an expensive tow, he worked hard and got the ignition switch to work saving us a long night 240 miles from home! Wow! People like this give me hope for the future! Thank you so much!
I had to get an impounded car towed from Pittsburgh to a garage in Brookville. I cannot recommend them enough. Very friendly and helpful people with a reasonable price tag. They just gained a forever customer from me. They were quick to answer the phone and get the ball rolling, great communication. I had called a couple other tow companies in the Brookville/ Clarion area for quotes and never heard back from them. I was given a quote immediately after I explained the situation with my car and they were quick to resolve an issue that came up during pick up at the tow pound my car was at.
We waited hours for a tow from our insurance company. Cancelled our tow and called East Main instead. Super nice, personable, did in 15 mins what no one else would do. He met us on short notice to clean out our car, and communicated better than our insurance about what was going on. Made a terrible day a little easier. Fully recommend.
Had a tire blow and they were out right away to help! Such a friendly guy and got the job done fast. Would highly recommend, especially for situations when you are having a bad day!!
My car had a flat on my way to New York. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere and needed help. Tire change was done in less than an hour. Amazing friendly service for a fair price. He also went out of his way to give me information on local tire shops as well as hotels to stay to make my night a little easier. I wish I had cash on hand to tip for the service. Thank you again.
Cameron went above and beyond all expectations. I’m so thankful he was the first one that came up in our search for a tow truck as I am from another state with a enterprise rental car that got a flat tire and they wouldn’t come help us. Would absolutely recommend this tow company to anyone. Great prompt and courteous customer service.
Highly recommend!! Got a flat driving through PA on 80W and luckily was able to pull off into a parking lot. Cameron was super nice on the phone, and he showed up quickly. He worked incredibly efficiently and even talked me through the steps as he put on the spare tire.
Mollie and Cameron deserve the highest praise. They were the only ones who answered their phones after hours. They also got to the location in under and hour. They are kind and professional
Great service and very helpful. My car broke down near emltion pa around 5pm and AAA was searching for someone to tow me. Cameron came out to tow me even tho he was an hour away, just cause he was only one who answered the phone and was willing to help.
Camron is the best towing GUY I ever met...m Great !!!!!! Service. He towed my jeep Liberty to Auto Zone plus he help me with my repairs. I mean this guy is the BEST.
