I've used Mt. Zion twice now. First time was pretty straightforward and well done- they lifted my truck 3 inches. Took it back in DEC 25 for new rims, tires and upgrading the headlights on my '22 F250. Prices on high side of reasonable but again, did work well. Had an issue in terms of billing and then communication (didn't discuss disposal of rims and tires and other misc.) and raised it with Mike. He responded immediately, very professionally and accepted responsibility and addressed the billing and other issues. Would recommend based on quality of work and responsiveness to any issues- you typically don't see that nowadays. Good ownership.

I recently had some work done to my truck at Mt. Zion Offroad. Ryan was my advisor, and he did an OUTSTANDING job. He was able to find the parts needed for the job, he got me schedule, and the work was able to be completed quicker than expected. Throughout the process, Ryan was able to answer my questions, and he kept me updated with pictures as the work was being completed. Job well done, Mt. Zion.

Mount Zion did an amazing job! There were some hurdles with supplier sending wrong tires, and even the lift kit not fitting in the rear. This was an odd build considering its on a Mini Cooper Clubman JCW. They got in touch with the lift kit supplier and had a custom rear set made, only delaying things by a day or so. Very professional, amazing shop and very clean and organized... everything you want to trust your vehicle is in good hands. They do a great job communicating and keeping in touch throughout the process too. Highly recommend.

Always a great experience. Yes, not cheap, but the knowledge and experience and expertise is worth the money. Customer service is amazing. I have not been there for about 12 years, yet they remembered my 1st and last name and the vehicles I drive plus the mods installed. Sat down and talked me through what I needed explaining everything including the what if scenerios of old jeeps.

After researching different shops, I am very happy I chose Mt. Zion to istall the Billstein 5100 front struts and rear shocks on my tacoma. The shop is very clean and the staff is very professional. What stood out to me is that all the employees looked like they were doing what they loved and enjoyed their work. Roy and Ryan were very nice and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. The work got done in one day which was great because my wife and I were from out of town. I will definitely be contacting Mt Zion again for any future mods. (Hopefully they dont care that we will camp out on their couch again...haha) If you are looking to upgrade your vehicle, check these guys out, they will take care of you.

Had an awesome experience with Mt. Zion Offroad. Roy and Curtis were great to work with — super knowledgeable, kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and made everything really easy from start to finish. They installed a 5" BDS full suspension lift on my truck and set it up with new wheels and tires. The truck looks incredible and rides even better. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for quality work and a smooth process.

These guys were awesome! Had an issue from a previous install (at a different place) that they were able to get resolved in an efficient manner. Upon discovery of another problem that they didn’t have the time to fix, they were able to get me back in and taken care of very quickly. Def recommend to anyone needing a quality off road vehicle shop!

Was looking at getting smaller wheels and a set of AT tires for my 2019 Escape to help with overall ride quality and the occasional driving on gravel and dirt roads. Curtis and Ryan were able to quickly give me options and suggestions for wheels and tires and also were able to take care of my inspection coming up as well which was super convenient. The day of install went super smooth and very quick, I waited on it in their waiting area which was nice and the shop overall is very nice as well. I will definitely be coming back with anything else I may need or want in the future and recommend this place to anyone. Curtis and Ryan were exceptional and deserve a raise ???

So glad I went with Mt. Zion Offroad. I was considering a competitor who was a bit less expensive, but after looking over the quote I realized the competitor wasn’t doing some of the needed services. Mt. Zion was knowledgeable, professional and have a great team. They even sent pics as the work was being done (thank you Curtis).

Class act from the start. Roy and Ryan were very professional and and knowledgeable. I was sent updates and photos about the progress of my jeep the whole time. The regar is working flawless and my gas milage is back up. I couldn't be happier. The liquid film undercoat looks fantastic. I will continue to do business with them even tho it's a two hour road trip one- way for me to get there. We'll worth it. Thank you guys. A+ job.

Love Mt. Zion off road! Great work! The rig is ready to go! Installed NSA RV products: Ready Brute Elite 2 tow bar with integrated brake, Ready stop towed vehicle emergency brake away kit and a brake circuit disconnect. Installation took a couple days and everything has functioned 100%! They even took to time to show me how to hook everything up! Great shop!

Mount Zion Offroad is a world class off-road shop. They've worked my Jeep on several occasions, and all the work has been professional. I really appreciate their honesty and expertise with selecting new parts and keeping it within budget.

Great experience working with this shop! My service advisor Curtis was great with communication every step of the way and totally killed it with regard to helping trouble shoot and research the right places to rush order some last minute parts that needed replacement. Every person I spoke to at the shop was super polite and helpful and they really have a nice facility there at Mount Zion Offroad. The technicians Gabe and Todd as well as any other members of the team that helped put together the upgrades for my Ford Raptor did an amazing job. So stoked on the new suspension upgrades and can’t wait to get the truck out in the dirt!

I cannot say enough good things about Mt Zion Offroad. Scheduling was easy. Drop off a breeze. I took my truck in after battling with another shop to get my truck properly aligned, and most shops won’t touch my truck because of the large rims. I got texts during the alignment process, info before any changes were made to the truck, during and after. The Tech Todd went over the truck with me when I picked up the truck, had me test drive it and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I cannot give enough stars about this business. Never ever ever does an automotive shop have so much clear communication throughout the process of working on your vehicle. Price was great seriously to anyone that is looking for the best company out there that actually has skilled techs and run a great business, this is your place! Thanks again to everyone!

From drop off to pick up , I had an absolutely outstanding experience with mountain Zion Off Road! Curtis the service manager kept me posted throughout the build of my jeep with pictures and updates every day. Gabe was the technician who made everything happen. Wouldn't traditionally take a Ford Mustang to an off-road shop. But gave them a try for a Fluid Film application. I'm super picky with everything about my car and they exceeded my expectations and did everything super professionally. I left the car there confident they would do a great job and that's just what they did. They masked everything off that shouldn't have the coating on it like the plastic fuel tank cover. It's the smallest details that truly impress me. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Mount Zion Off-road.

Mt Zion Offroad is the best you can get. You will pay on the high end, but what you get every time is the highest quality. I’ve taken 2 jeeps to them for lots of upgrades. They advise on the highest quality parts so your upgrades last, but they aren’t pushy at all and work within your budget. Couldn’t speak highly enough. Worth every penny. Look forward to scheduling a lift!

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I started out emailing Roy for ideas on lifting my JL Wrangler. I wasn’t sure what I wanted. It feels like we sent a million emails back and forth. He never seemed to get sick of all my questions. Once we settled on a setup he scheduled me out about three weeks. I dropped the Jeep off the night before with Mike who was also awesome and seemed genuinely excited about the project. The next morning I got a text from Curtis who said he’d send me some pics throughout the day which was really cool. He answered a few questions I had very quickly. It was done that afternoon. I went to pick it up and it was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. It’s nice to find a place these days that does what they say, when they say and did a great job. I drove about an hour to get there and I’m glad I did. I’d highly recommend them!

Awesome experience from start to finish! Mount Zion Offroad is a great place to get work done on your truck! I wanted upgraded suspension/tires for my Tacoma and everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and communicated well. Roy was extremely knowledgeable talking through options with me and getting an estimate completed. Devin (who worked on my upgrades) did an awesome job…my Tacoma looks and drives so much better! Mount Zion Off-Road (MZO) Specialists have been exceptional with their customer service on the installation of steering and suspension upgrades for my 2016 Wrangler JK Sahara! The estimated invoices were accurate, excellent communication and advanced expertise on installed aftermarket modifications has my Jeep riding on a cloud and ready to conquer any off road terrain! The only shop I would trust my Jeep rear differential swap with due to the complex nature of the work. It was my first time here (two hours each way). First class facility, professional service and excellent work. I was able to be in direct contact with the tech actually doing the job, as he text photos of the work progress directly to me. Special thanks to Mike who went out of his way to accommodate my exceptionally long travel time and made things as smooth as possible. Thanks again. Do your own research. You will not find another place around to get this type of professional work done along with their reputation and review ratings.

Roy and the crew at Mt. Zion did a great job on my 2021 Ram Rebel lift. We did a 4 inch BDS and added 35 inch tires with Method wheels. Roy helped from start to finish with everything from wheel fitment to explaining how everything would work and how long it would take. I highly recommend Mt. Would highly recommend Mount Zion Offroad! Very knowledgeable staff. I needed to get my front axle replaced due to rusting out. I searched several places with no one no luck on getting the work done. A couple places said they would but were hesitant about it. Then I found these guys, read all the reviews and they were great. Went down and visited with them, talked with Mike and he had no hesitation about taking on the job. Mike pointed me in the right direction even found me a good axle housing. They let me order my own parts which was great. The team at Mount Zion did a great job on my truck and I am very happy with it ( dives and handles excellent) the team there also kept me updated through the whole process with text and pictures Thanks to everyone involved with my truck, really appreciate it. I will definitely go back to Mount Zion 4x4 if needed.
