I took pictures of the items I needed hauling away and he quoted me 450. He came to the house walked in and said he’s not doing the job. Got back in his van and drove away without another word which was totally unprofessional . Now I have to find someone else to do the job. I would not recommend hiring him for your removal services.
Jim was so easy to work with. I called Sunday afternoon and he was at my home on Monday morning. He was very professional. We will definitely call him for our future hauling needs.
We called Jim on a Monday and he was here that Wednesday morning to haul away the remnants from our recent deck project. Jim was very easy to work with amd we truly appreciate his quick turnaround time as our HOA can be a bit of a stickler on "stuff" lying around in the yard. My wife and I highly recommend Jim, and will pass his card off to anyone we know that needs his services.
What a joke. I called to get services, i didnt care how much just need the stuff gone. This guy tells me to take it to the curb to let the garbage men pick up. News flash genius, if i could pick it up myself, i would... but i can't, hence why I'm willing to pay you to do it. Pretty much turned down a $500 pay day to move 2 sectionals. Great business model.
Hard work, done right! Jim cleared my yard of several 8 ft fence panels, part of a shed, and a few piles of wood materials in about an hour. He even took an old tv and desk that I'd been waiting to get rid of! Left my yard clean. Highly recommend.
My husband and I decided to downsize our family from a 5 bedroom home into a 3 bedroom. With reduced square footage, it was time to say goodbye to a lot of items we no longer needed or wanted. With the stress of moving weighing on our shoulders, we contacted multiple hauling services for quotes. Many companies gave us prices way too high for our budget. Other companies lacked the ability to give us a firm number, confusing us in the process.
Luckily, my husband came across Jim's hauling. As soon as he called for a quote, Jim was able to break down everything and thoroughly explain pricing and how everything worked. He was able to work with our busy schedule in order to make the process simple. Before the whole thing was finished, we already felt comfortable with Jim's Hauling.
When Jim came to our home, he was friendly and helpful, loading the truck in a way to help us fit as much as possible to keep the price low. I never thought it would be a pleasure to have junk removed, yet I was very surprised. If I ever learn of someone needing junk removal in the future, I know exactly who to recommend. Jim is a man dedicated to his work, the local community, and creating lasting relationships with his customers.
This man is VERY DISHONEST!!!! He quoted me $150 to haul a truckload away. Then on the day he removed junk, there was alot of cat litter, so he claimed the dump charges by the weight so it was gonna cost much more. $275 to be exact. He said I wld get a dump slip so I know he didnt just drop it somewhere. I said ok and paid the $. My sister and I took all the trash to him so he cld just stand by the truck. My sister actually threw alot of stuff on the truck for him. He asked how much more and when we said that's it..he said "oh I was expecting alot more junk". After charging $275 when we received the dump slip...it ONLY cost him a whopping $39 to dispose of!!!! I called him and asked him to rectify this matter and said I wld be ok paying the $150 but $275...that was dishonest. He refused saying he has liability fees etc. I explained that he KNEW that when he quoted me $150! Plz do NOT waste ur $ on this dishonest man.
