This is the second time I have used these guys, anytime you gotta call a tow truck it's probably a bad day. Anyway calling, reserving and paying for the tow truck super simple. I believe my tow truck guy was Lee (gosh I hope that was his name) because he was great. I waited about 5 minutes before he called me and told me he was about 2 minutes away. He showed up and was extremely professional. I asked him to take my key to the garage with the car and give the garage the note I wrote. My car arrived safely and in a timely manner. Thank you C&C and Lee for being so prompt, easy and professional.
We started going to C&C when our car warranty was up. Every year they change our oil and rotate our tires. Last year we needed major transmission work done. We have been very pleased with all the work we've had done here.
Car stalled and needed a quick tow. It took around 35 minutes for tow truck to arrive. Tow truck driver Lee was able to quickly and safely tow my car to my designated shop.
Had a few tows in my life between shops and AAA. C&C is by far the best I’ve ever experienced and was more than fair on the price. My driver was Lee and dude made the whole process a breeze and even helped me push my truck into the right spot at my house. Couldn’t thank him enough for all he did. 10/10. Will only use C&C if I ever need a tow again. Thanks guys!!
The driver Mr Lee was very professional, courteous. He arrived with in half an hour after I called the them. I highly recommend C&C Repair and Towing.I will definitely be using them in the future.

I was charged $4,500 for a 4-mile tow, with no written or verbal estimate provided beforehand and no disclosure of fees. I was told my vehicle could be towed to the company’s impound lot if I did not comply, which left me feeling pressured. The tow was conducted without my informed consent. I have audio and video recordings of the interaction to document the situation. People should be aware and exercise caution when dealing with this company.
Update!! When I recovered my semi truck, it was not returned in the condition it was taken. The air system had a leak near the air dryer where their air supply was connected, and one air tank was completely empty, leaving me to troubleshoot problems that did not exist before
This company’s conduct shows a complete disregard for professional standards and customer protection. Between the excessive charge, lack of disclosure, and the condition my truck was returned in, this caused unnecessary downtime, stress, and financial loss. I will be disputing these charges through every available channel, and I strongly advise other truck owners to be extremely cautious and get everything in writing.
I really appreciate Mr Cedric and his services. Also his advice about where my keys were. I thought they were locked in my car and come to find out as he advised me to double check my trash. I had to go through that with a fine to comb, and there were my keys. So I really appreciate him taking the time out on Sunday morning to come and help me,
and to give me great advice that paid off. There need to be more people like him helping others.

Lee helped us get our BMW towed. It was a little tricky due to the vehicle being stuck in an alley way, but he got it on the first try with no issues at all. Prompt, experienced and polite. Would use them again.
Phill did an amazing job on my truck with 2 ratherly decent size dents on the driver door and one being in a door crease, once the work was done it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor, highly recommended for body work.
Very happy with the towing service you provided! Lee was there in no time to get my pickup towed. He was very professional the way he handled the tow and he carefully loaded my car on the tow truck. I will definitely be using these guys again in case I need a tow.
Great service and easy scheduling to get my daughters car towed. Once the driver arrived he advised it did not need to go to the dealer and took it to his shop and fixed the issue for much less than the shop! Highly recommend them for all your towing and car repair needs!
I’m 40 years old and I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. Stay far away from this company – they’re massive scammers and liars. They tried to charge us $7,000 for a one-hour towing job. We called the police and then the supervisor, and we left without paying a single dime.
Be careful, guys – if this towing company tries to overcharge you like this, immediately call the police or demand to speak to a supervisor.
My truck broke down, and I had to stop for help. A police officer arrived, helped place cones for safety, and asked if I needed assistance calling a towing service.
After that, several towing companies arrived, but C&C Towing took my trailer without my consent. I specifically showed their driver the location where I wanted my truck to be towed, but he repeatedly said “no, no” — then proceeded to hook up and tow my trailer to their own facility, which is only 0.8 miles away.
They never provided an estimate or obtained my agreement to any price. Had they given me a quote, I would never have agreed and would have chosen another, more reasonable service. They were also beyond rude.
Later, I was forced to pay $3,980 in cash to recover my trailer. They refused to tow it to my requested location and declined to accept any card payment.
Their invoice contained outrageous and unjustified charges, including:
Heavy Wrecker “Emergency Response” – $900 × 3 times
“Fuel Surcharge” for only 0.8 miles – $305
“Emergency Call Out” – $305 (even though it was not an emergency)
“Daily Impound” – $125 × 5 days ($625)
The total came to $3,980 in cash — an unreasonable and exploitative amount for such a short, non-emergency tow.
This company operates dishonestly and takes advantage of drivers in distress. This place is a scam. Avoid at all costs.
I just had another emergency and again tehy came to my rescue. John was out here in like 20 minutes and helped me get a spare tire on and he gave me all the information I needed to call again to get more services done. C&C are absolutely wonderful and I will say this time and time again they deserve all the love
I had a wonderful experience with Lee. Best service in town. Had to have my car towed due to an accident. He made sure my car was towed away safely and securely on the roll back I highly recommend Lee from C&C for towing!

Our car had a complete electrical failure, we call USAA and they sent David from C&C Repair & Towing to us. I was stranded for almost 4 hours in a busy highway and called a couple commercial towing company, yet to let them tell me that my truck was too heavy to towed…Then along came C & C Towing….from the great customer service with the dispatcher to John coming to rescue me from the cold winter, this towing company is top notch! John was very methodical and careful in hooking up my dump truck and wanted to make sure that it was towed in compliance with the DOT and was just an outstanding guy! Thank you sooooo much again John and yes, I have your number on speed dial just in case I ever need you guys again!
Very dissatisfied with the service of this place, I was towed by the tow truck to take me to the workshop where they are based and the service is terrible, they charge you until they laugh and the staff is very rude just by seeing that you are Latin, lack of communication And the most unfortunate thing is when they tell you that the work is done, you walk out the door and your truck shows up with the same thing. In short, I do not recommend this place to anyone else who has a problem on the road. The situation is very unfortunate when you call them and communicate. that the work they did was of no use and that the truck was left as it was, in short you lose your money just because they want to, fatal experience
Mr Steven was absolutely amazing, he did a great job, extra handy, refused a tip come on he definitely deserved one.
