Staff is great...fees are high but they are everywhere

They are trying hard here in spite of market conditions.Inventories are low and prices are high.

These guys helped me out even at the last moment at 455 when they close at 5 pm thanx to the security guard!

Great place to buy nice cars for all kinds of proxies and variety have many ones was clean and adesa employees were some Very nice people

The bye fees here are pretty steep other than that not a bad place to work with

Nice big open lot that you can move around in and get hooked up without a huge hassle. Nice that they have 24 hour days but only 1 guy there when I got there and poor guy couldn't find the paperwork he needed due to other employees not doing what they're supposed to do. Other than the slight delay on the paperwork it was an good experience overall.

Title dept. has a quick turn around but some of the fees for certain sellers are very high.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. POORLY RAN.. THE WOMEN THERE TAKE FOREVER TO DO ANYTHING. THEY EAT FOOD, TALK ON PHONES AND HAVE LENGTHY CONVORSATIONS WHILE YOU ARE WAITING IN LINE. CUSTOMER DOES NOT COME FIRST THEY COME LAST.
