A family runned business. The service here was phenomenal. The staff were very helpful and kind, answered my questions, they were easy to talk to and welcoming. I had several things done and all went well, and all of requests and expectations were met. Glad to have them nearby, I am very happy with them.
My partner and I recently experienced an unexpected issue with our vehicle while traveling. This towing company came to our rescue and provided invaluable assistance. They recommended a great tire service nearby and ensured that our vehicle was towed to the appropriate location.
As visitors from another country unfamiliar with such procedures in the US, we were grateful for their guidance and support. In retrospect, we feel fortunate that this situation occurred near Kristyak’s rather than elsewhere.
You won't find a more helpful or reliable service or towing company. They always provide the best service and show up when you need help. Never going anywhere else. Buy their tires, they won't steer you wrong (see what I did there.)
Great group of people. Had a tire go flat as I was arriving to my hotel. Visited Kristyak’s first thing in the morning to see if the tire could be repaired. They were willing to accommodate me immediately. Unfortunately the tire could not be repaired. They recommended another tire shop in the area that would have my size in stock for a replacement.
These people are so generous! We were in an accident and they got us off the road quickly and they accommodated us in ways they didn't have to their compassion was seriously beyond compare and they were very sweet to our 5 children. Thank you all so very much!
Cop was a jerk when my tire fell off n put me in a ditch cop told me he wouldnt have my car towed as long as i got my car out that day i ran home was gone for 20 minutes and my car was being towed when i returned since the cop called a tow truck that was excessively far away it would have cost over $600 this place only charged me $300 which is also excessive but understandable because of the distance.
We were stranded with no donut tire for my Jeep on a Saturday night. After calling so many places everyone closed no one can help AAA and StateFarm no help we got this places number. He came out towed us all the way to Pittsburg dropped my car at a Super Walmart and did it in a timely manor and was super kind. So thankful and grateful!
Their prices are honest and just for the work performed. Super friendly staff, that will explain your bill line by line. Very trustworthy garage to have service done to your car. So happy to have this garage in the area!
Even though we know them personally, they always treat us with professionalism and treat us fair. Can't say the same for other family owned auto shops in the area. They're always willing to squeeze us in during emergencies- which don't happen often for us.
A trustworthy shop that has always done great work on my vehicles. I always recommend them to SRU students too. They can do inspections, tires, and repairs. Can't beat their prices.
Awesome family owned and honest shop. The kind that sends handwritten inspection reminders. They don't BS you and only charge for what is needed! Whether you have a Geo Metro or a McLaren F1 you get the same great treatment.

I locked my husband and myself out of the car on a Friday after 5:00 p.m. 45 minutes from home! It was cold and windy, and I first called our Roadside Assistance folks because our Subaru is only 2 years old and the service comes free. After scheduling online, calling several times, and waiting an hour with no updates, I was fed up. I told my husband - I don't care what we pay for this! I want to go home! We searched Google and picked the first name on the list with good ratings. They came right away and knocked 20% off of what was already a very fair price, considering the time. Thank you, Kristyak's! We won't forget your kindness!!!
Been wanting to leave a review for service about a month ago. Broke down out of town on I80 and they were there with a rollback within 20 minutes. Was able to limp it to their yard as they followed me. They let me leave my truck in their yard for a week until I could come get it for free. Was nervous because I had an 8k dollar atv in the bed which also sat in the yard for a week because I had no way to get it back at the time of break down. Came back a week later and everything was there in the same shape as when it was parked. I trust them after this positive experience. Gary was very calm and collected for coming out at 11 on a rainy Sunday evening. You would think the guy would have been somewhat pssed... But you could definitely tell he just wanted to help out and took his time doing it right. You would also think he would have been like lets go go go buddy given the circumstances... Very easy to work with. Call these guys if you break down off I80 or anywhere near Grove City.
