One of the worse tow truck bodies I have ever owned bought a new left over ford f650 with a aluminum body less then 4 months old and body is bending Danco states it's overloading or not using bed correctly .I have 12 trucks all with jarr dan bodies and century bodies and never had this kind of problems .Danco bodies are made cheap and they do not want to stand behind them.
Danco beds are not reliable my 3 car subframe broke In half infront of the wheellift it is a poor design also the brace that holds the piston to move the bed back & forth broke also . I will never buy another truck that has danco products on it
We operate a towing company and have purchased 2 rollback bodies from Danco. We had a problem with the routing of the main hydraulic line which was rubbing on the wheel lift every time it was used. It rubbed completely through in less than 2000 miles of use. We talked with Holly about the problem and rather than send it back to them she agreed to compensate us for parts and time to correct the issue rather than take the truck off the road for weeks to send a new truck back to them to be corrected.We installed a new fabricated line and had a technician spend many hours to correct their installation error. After several months we never got paid for anything. First they refused to pay any labor and then never gave us payment for the hydraulic line at all. I have waited 4-5 months before writing this review hoping I would get some satisfaction. It has not happened. Holly would avoid calls and not return them either. I have never had such poor customer service in 30 plus years of dealing with body companies and vendors.
I've driven danco built trucks that my employer owns for many years and they are all horrible. Huge issues with rusting. I mean we have some that we just purchased 7 months ago and the whole under side of the bed is rusted already.
Purchased Danco Hydro Seal to repair a wobbly toilet, looked online and there were various types that all were supposed to fix broken flange bolt opening.I first tried one of the less expensive ones and it did not work
I purchased Danco Hydro Seal after reading other’s reviews and found it was worth the extra money because the product works!
Installed as directed and problem was solved. Toilet is solid. Recommend this product highly!

Repair process is simple
Bought a truck and the warranty came from these people. 2 weeks after purchase a wiring under was and rubbed of the tire. It turned out that the installation was improperly made which made all the light and fuses blow. we couldn't drive all the way to green castle, pa as it was really far. so they told us to go a repair shop and they would reimburse. well we took to a shop had it all fixed dance sent all the replacement wires and that was it. Danco has refused to reimburse labor nor the fuses that needed to be replaced. We had to pay out of pocket over a 1,000 in which Danco is responsible for because their installers installed wiring incorrectly in which my work had to suffer because of it. very upsetting on this situation. I will definitely not buy their trucks anymore they are liars and not willing to help when it is their fault. check many times before buy their vehicles.
Worst company in the world to buy a tow truck from I have a 2017 dodge rollback flatbed tow truck and I have had problems with the cylinder the PTO is leaking John Wickim will not fix it Holly in sales at danco will not return calls or email this is the worst company to deal with. Please avoid this company much as possible there are the worst company in the world I would never ever recommend anyone to go to this company to buy anything not even a part!!!
