I was traveling from Toronto to DC area on labor day weekend. My kid got injured while walking to the restaurant next door. I tried to purchase first aid kit at this place and the two gentleman working there rushed to help by asking "do you need it now? Someone got injured?", and they gave me what I needed. They didn't even charge me for what they provided. I greatly appreciate them and I totally recommend this business as they proved they are taking care of people. Thanks!

Wow! 5 stars for Shania. She’s a keeper. Give her a raise! She opened the store promptly at 7:30. Saw the battery in the back of my truck, grabbed it, and carried it in to the counter. I informed her it would not charge. She promptly got a new replacement. She found the warranty and applied a new warranty. I was out of store in under 5 minutes. All done before the male clerk made his way to his station.

Terrible customer service. Staff was rude and not knowledgeable. Especially the older woman who served me tonight. Showed up at store 4/7 and waited in line for 20 minutes. 1 new guy running the register. Explained my project and provided my VIN. Went through schematics on a needed part. After some digging we found a kit available thru their competitor that had the 2 larger gaskets I needed. Paid rush delivery with promise they would call Friday 4/18 and confirmed all my info and paid upfront. No call Friday which is the day I needed the part by even though they said they would. Called in myself late Friday night and confirmed the part had actually arrived. Went to pickup Saturday 4/19. Another single new employee running the register by himself. 2 others stocking shelves. Long wait as the person being helped was also struggling to find a part because none of the new employees know anything about parts or their system. Got my pre paid part and went to my car. Realized that I received a 3 pack of small bushings. Nothing close to what I ordered. Went back inside and got an older lady with a parts/customer service manager name tag. Rudest lady I’ve ever met in my life. I almost lost my temper at one point the way she was talking at me. I explained the part didn’t match what I had ordered and she immediately starts blaming me since I didn’t know the part number I actually ordered and it’s not their responsibility to know what part we need. I calmly explained again that that wasn’t the issue that what I ordered was only 2 gaskets and this was 3 bushings and that it didn’t add up but again it was my problem. At this point I got a refund in the past and left. I was already late on getting the part and was out the non refundable rush shipping fee, the least she could have done was have been apologetic and maybe spared some of her time to attempt to help me in a professional manner but instead I was left feeling like a moron even tho I did nothing wrong. I feel like the staff need to be much better trained on customer service and a better management team needs put in place so customers can get the help they need otherwise Advanced Auto and NAPA are right down the street and actually know their stuff or at least go out of their way to try. I’ll eat this loss as a learning experience to never do business here again.

The store itself in Greencastle is nice but just be careful when you walk in that you don't disrupt all 6 employees and especially the couple grey shirts as they're just standing around doing nothing. The grey shirts get real mad that you even came in there and give large attitudes. It's like you made them do something. The old grey shirt really likes to be smart and act like you know the return policy when an item doesn't work real good. You're stuck with it. All while not giving them one ounce of trouble or anything. Simply saying "I found a cheaper one that worked way better," not get to finish and get a straight attitude before explaining the tool didn't work good... The customer service here is awesome. We were having vehicle issues, and losing power on the interstate. We pulled into this AutoZone and they plugged their scanner in. I think his name was Nate. He was able to give me pointers on what it might be. The lady printed of paperwork for us. We bought some coolant and topped that off. Highly recommended place. Easy access off of interstate 81.

John Beau and Angie have been absolute delight every time I visit, knowledgeable people who use the parts they sell to fix their own vehicles in their free time. Car enthusiasts indeed. This is the place to be for all your needs. Multiple visits multiple parts, and they did everything the could to get me EVERY part I needed in a timely manner

So I was headed south on I81 when my tire pressure light came on just above Greencastle. I get off the exit for Greencastle, which was already the plan but I needed to go east on 16 not west. So I head west and turn into the Auto Zone. I drag out my oxygen and cane and on my way in the door, a AZ worker, younger guy, is heading towards the door. Now mind you, I am walking with a cane and rolling my oxygen cart beside me. This worker looks at me and keeps heading straight towards me with a cart of whatever. So I step around him and head to the counter. I explained my situation and the guy very bluntly and rudely says to me "well I don't know what you want us to do about it, because we don't have any outside air." I asked if he had a tire pressure checker that I could borrow for 2 minutes. His reply was "no, we don't loan tools out. This guy never even said go to the truck stop maybe they can help, he just strolled away. Never in my life have I ever received just rude and belligerent manner. Not one ounce of concern, helpfulness, or caring. I will NOT EVER shop at an advance ever again. I will buy from Amazon first.

My battery light came on Saturday night and sunday morning at 9am I was down at AutoZone to test my battery and sure enough it was bad. The gentleman that was helping me had a great additude, was super helpful and even though it was busy was willing to help me right away with my issue as soon as I walked in.

Great customer service. Needed battery for my Toyota Rav4 right away. AutoZone team member at this location told me about available batteries to fit my car, went to my car, removed my old battery, replaced it with new battery in less than 15 minutes I was on my way. Fantastic. Thanks.

Not impressed. Purchased a set of headlamp bulbs for my son's CRV. $54 before tax for Sylvania Silverstar Ultra. Both went dead in less that three weeks. Returned to store with original packaging and receipt. Waited over five minutes for service while three employees moved around with only one other customer in the store. As soon as I said "headlight" one of the employees rudely yelled, "no returns on electronics." No sorry sir, or anything. Wonder why folks go to Amazon? $10 less, free delivery, and one year return policy. Henceforth won't be a shopper at this location.

This morning heading to the hospital to pickup my mother, stopped at the bank, smelled terrible smell and saw smoke pouring out the engine. I went across the street to AutoZone and the staff went way above their duty. Adam and the woman in the picture found my broken hose and then spent 30 minutes or more wrestling the broken part off. Thank you for being my angels when I needed immediate help!

I’ve been to this Greencastle AutoZone a few times and every time I regret it. If you can get the staff out of the back room to help you they’re still pretty useless. Their knowledge about cars is very limited or nonexistent. To be fair not all AutoZones are like this but in my experience the Greencastle one was very disappointing.

I had a fantastic experience here today buying a battery. The man who helped me (long dark hair and tattoos) was prompt and professional. He installed the new battery despite the rain and offered to check my alternator. Great customer service!

I guess it depends on who is working on how your experience will be there.. when they first opened they bent over backwards for the customers.. I went in recently and the young boy behind the counter was playing on his phone totally ignoring me until I went up to him and ask him if he worked there, he just mumbled something... Boy he had an attitude from the get-go.. I told him with that attitude I can take my money elsewhere but that didn't change anything he still had his attitude so needless to say I wound up that day walking out the door and never going back..

Amazing AutoZone!!! The employees here go above and beyond for there customers. I go past 3 other AutoZones on my way to work and only choose to purchase parts from the Autozone in Greencastle because of the amazing customer service. The manager Doug makes me feel important and makes me choose this store over others. I have told all my friends about this zone and I am telling you, please go there and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Always very helpful and I don't feel like they treat me any different just because I'm a female! Yes that does still happen! I won't say where, but I called an auto parts store one day for my vehicle and the guy on the phone said "is your husband or boyfriend there so I can ask him what it is you're talking about" needless to say I no longer deal with his store, I now go out of my town! So thank you AutoZone for treating me like the human being that I am! :)

Stopped in to grab some oil and a filter. Stood in line for over 10 minutes while the phone was ringing off the hook. One employee was helping a customer while two employees were on computers and not answering the phone or helping the multiple people in line. They even looked at the line and decided not to help. I put my items back after waiting over 10 minutes and left the store. Go to any other store besides this one if you want better service.

Autozone is my go to for auto parts in general. Great store. This particular store I needed some auto detailing stuff. I was able to find what I needed and in a timely manner. I did have to wait some time though for checkout. It seemed to me that there were available employees but they were doing other stuff more important than checking me out. Still they were friendly and I've certainly waited in longer lines. I would come back.

Auto Zone is now would wide. This store sales auto parts. I was on high and it was snowing and viper was not working so I stopped by at Auto Zone. They were very helpful to find viper and installed for me . Very good service. They sales battery, viper ,brakes email fuel treatment, windshield water, you name it they have it.
