Blue Gray Towing is an exceptional business. I needed a flat tire changed. Blue Gray was there very quickly. Wyatt, the technician was very pleasant, sociable and changed the tire very quickly and efficiently.
Just needed a battery jump but the driver knew I needed a new battery and told me where I could go to get one and where they would install it for me. From the time I placed my roadside service call until I was home again with a new battery from Battery Warehouse, was less than 2 hours.
My insurance paid for it so I don’t know the actual cost but they kept me informed and made sure to call me and let me know how far away they were. Nick was a very nice gentleman.
Came within minutes of my request. Was very professional and quickly got my car out of a stuck place. I had just bought my new house and did not realize the carport didn’t go further than it did and I dropped the front wheels off the front to where I could not get it back up. Driver quickly attached my car and pulled it back a few inches to get it back on my carport. Very fair pricing and very quick and very professional!
The staff is top notch, especially Jordan. I was going to have my car towed home but at the last minute, I was able to find a mechanic willing to look at it. I called Jordan and asked if he would mind taking it there instead. He didn't hesitate to accommodate me. I will definitely recommend Blue Gray Towing and Recovery to anyone and will definitely use them, in the future, if I ever need anything towed again. This company towed a rental truck that had broken down on us to our house. Driver was so nice when he dropped it off and even accommodated where we needed it dropped to make sure our neighbors still could park on the street.

Johnathan came out and helped us get my tire off and place the spare (it wouldn’t budge, and we actually bent the tire iron trying to loosen the lug nuts). He was very kind, well-informed, and funny—which really made a crappy situation a bit better. 10/10, would absolutely recommend again :)
Consistent good experiences with this organization. My family seems to need tow services often for one reason or another. Our auto insurance company always calls Blue Gray. We have all had very very good experiences with these guys.
The driver called to give me his ETA, arrived and was very professional. This was my first time EVER forgetting fuel. I'm glad to have had prompt service. I highly recommend.

Towing was requested by city police and vehicle was stored for several days without my knowledge so bill was high but service was great when I went to pick up my truck. Ladies at front desk were very helpful and the battery service and tire change were done for a great price making the whole experience a little less frustrating which was greatly appreciated! ??
The service was on time, very Thorough on and had the car battery charging to start and load before I could get to it. Simon took the time to evaluate where it sat and resolved any risk of damage by Loading. Was a good experience, my first time using them. Would recommend
Driver-Charles was earlier than expected. He explained the whole process in great detail, was very friendly and personable. We had a very nice conversation on the way to drop off point.
Wyatt was wonderful! Got our van safely to the shop over 100 miles away. Even dropped us off at home at 3 am after we were stranded for hours with 4 kids. He was friendly and professional and got the job done.
Driver was fantastic. I called very early, 445 AM. He got my info. Said he would be on his way. Was about 30 min or do. Got me loaded in a matter of maybe 10 minutes. That was while dodging the senseless motorists that would not even get to the far side of their lane. Dropped me at the dealer. Ran payment with remote accounting. Receipt was slow to cone so he wrote me a hand written one. Made sure I was good and we parted ways. Very professional!! He made a repeat cust out of me. Oh. And price wasnt horrible for an emergency response. Less than a couple bills today.
Conner was the best, very friendly and helpful. I had my 120 lb German Shepherd with me and he was okay with the dog and he even switched trucks so he would have a double cab because he knew the dog would need room. Pic of my dog with his head pressed against Connor's leg.
The driver was professional, and friendly. Was there in the time frame i was quoted. Payment was again as quoted. I was able to ride with the driver. His truck was clean and drove with professionalism. Would definitely use their service again.

He then assured me that he would send one of his best drivers to pull my vehicle to safety. The driver, Joe, arrived in a timely manner, wearing his uniform. He then professionally assessed the situation and then proceeded to safely pull our vehicle out of the ditch that it was in. As far as I’m concerned,

Passing thru on a 6 hour trip and the gentleman that helped me was amazing! 648AM and he was there in less than 30 minutes to change my spare and ✅ all the other tires. So shiny and smooth!
