Ridgley’s has always done our auto work. I never have concerns getting the vehicles in, they get us in, call us to tell us what the estimates will be, treat us well and professionally - we will continue to use them as long as we drive, which with all our kids, is absolute certain job security 😉
Stellar guys that work there! They bailed me out changing a flat trailer tire and were all too accommodating! They'd get my business if I lived in that area.
My husband and I take our vehicles here every year for the inspections. We also have had some other work done on our cars. Every time we come here we feel we are treated fairly and they do good work. It's the first auto service place that I trust won't BS me. Highly recommend!
He has a young mechanic working there it does not know what he's doing. He tried to tell me my F250 diesel needed a muffler because all I had on it was a catalytic converter. What it actually has is a muffler and no catalytic converter just like every other diesel truck. If he doesn't know his facts he should try using Google like every other millennial.
My front end alignment is just as bad as it was when I took it there I'm not sure if I believe he even did it.
I won't be going back there I would not suggest taking a vehicle there if you want somebody that knows what they're doing working on it
I got my rotors and brakes done on all four tires. He cleaned of the front but not the back. I went back for him to fix it because I am getting loud metal sounds when I would brake hard and he wanted to charge me for his mistake not mine. Instead of fixing an issue he created. I'm done. I have to pay to get it taken care of. Also because I didn't get my parts from where he gets his that is another reason why he wouldn't fix the issue he created
