Don’t understand why everyone speaks highly of Scott..very disappointed in the service we got from him. Does not call to verify work, has no respect for the customer and does work that wasn’t even discussed. Doesn’t follow up with phone calls after he says he will, gets mad when you call to check the status of a 3 day job that’s taken longer.. He also gets mad when you research his work and find the exact same part from where he ordered it from much cheaper. His mother who answers the phone isn’t any better. Definitely won’t be back for any other work and won’t recommend them to anyone. Very childish over the phone when things don’t go his way. Poor excuse for a business owner for sure.
100% recommend, found problem when 3 other garages (including Ford dealer) couldn't figure it out, replaced transmission and worked with my 3rd party warranty. Can't say enough about Scott's! Polite and honest!

VERY honest shop! Charged me over $200 less than the quote. He replaced my transmission after Buchanan quoted me $2100 more and even upgraded the thermostat. He’s the best and I recommend anyone to him!
These are good folks! I needed the transmission replaced in my suburban and they did it for me. Just straight forward, great service, worked with me on my messed up schedule and did a good job! I'd recommend them to anyone...
Scott and an employee took time out of their weekday to help a stranger in need with only a “thank you” in return. After locking my keys, phone, and everything else in my car in the middle of nowhere and no way to get help, these two happily stopped by to help out and ultimately open my car door. Without these two in the area, who knows how many more hours I’d have waited or how far I’d have had to walk to get help. I haven’t had work done by this shop before, but the characteristics these two gentlemen displayed should translate directly into their craftsmanship, honesty, and passion for their job. Thank you again guys.
I am so thankful I found Scott. My partner and his family have gone to him for years, and I have for the last three. A week after my most recent inspection, my car wouldn't start. Had it towed there Friday evening, and even though he had other vehicles to work on, he had the parts ordered and my vehicle ready to go Wednesday morning (he's closed over the weekend of course). He's a super nice dude, and does a great job for an always fair and honest price. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else.
Scott and his guys are reliable and trustworthy. The work is always done excellently. A few times I've needed to have a vehicle checked before an emergency roadtrip and Scott has fit me in and gotten the work completed quickly.
I can't say enough positive points about Scott's. They are friendly, helpful, affordable and thorough. We have been taking our cars there for a couple of years now. We are never disappointed. We would never go to any other mechanic.
Great work, took truck up for transmission shift issues. Fixed quickly even though they were backed up on work for couple weeks. Only issue I had was they didn't call me before they did the work. Would have been nice to know cost and what repairs were needed before them being done. So, be prepared for that if you drop off a vehicle to get repaired. Other than that great job done at a fair price. Seems to be an honest repair shop which to me makes up for any cons.
I never write reviews but I found it so appalling that we drop our car off for a state inspection appt and they call me to let me know it's done and I had to ask if it passed or not for them to let me know that it passed now after they had to hang 3 exhaust hangers so my total was $135.68. Never did they call me ahead of time for me to authorize the repairs but then when we go to pick it up and question them they then threaten to cut off my whole exhaust and next time we call (which will be never) to schedule us weeks out. So be prepared to pay for surprise repairs.
