After being given the runaround at my car dealership trying to trade in my lease I reached out to Carshop. I worked with Kevin who was amazing and found me my dream car! I was able to test drive multiple SUVs and so happy with my new car.
Everyone at CarShop is very helpful and friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. There was a bit of an inconvenience with my appointment, though. I was dropping off my car for an oil change, and then it was supposed to be sent to the dealer for a recall and repair. However it was not sent to the dealer at all. I understand that this timing just didn't work out, and that's okay, but I was never notified that my car was ready to be picked up. When I called to find out what was going on it was about 6pm, and I was told that all of the people in the service department had left. A service person called me back immediately, and apologized for the mixup, but I had to wait until the next day to get my car. Since everyone is so nice I didn't mind. It goes to show that pleasant people can turn an inconvenient situation into a positive. If the staff had been rude I would have been quite upset with the lack of communication. So, thanks for your friendly service!

As a 34 year old single woman buying a car can be kind of traumatizing. I have ranted and raved about CarShop to anybody that’ll listen in the last week since I purchased my new car. I dealt with Joe M who was SO incredibly helpful, kind and personable.. there was zero pressure, I was met beyond my expectations for my trade in and new interest rate.. which I have NEVER had happen while buying a car. Usually the dealership is trying to squeeze every last penny out of you. Not this place. I will be a forever customer and I am so grateful for this very easy experience!! 10/10!!!

Had a really great experience here. The communication was super quick and clear from the start, and everything felt genuine not pushy or scummy at all. Beware of selling cars to this establishment. They are scammers. I brought in a 2013 Honda civic with 80k miles on it. Maintained and taken care of diligently with paperwork. Dent in front fender but otherwise cosmetically and mechanically good.
Car was dirty because it was winter. They told me they could offer around 7 something thousand dollars for the car but wanted to drive and closer inspection. Once that happened, I was told the inspector found delaminated paint and a slipping transmission. They “reluctantly” would now offer like $2500-$3000. For the vehicle. Understandably pissed I asked him to show me the delaminated paint he found. We go out to the parking lot and he proceeded to point to a few spots, which I rubbed with my thumb and they came right off. Dirt spots.
He tried to tell me oh well there is a recall for this blah blah. False.
Long story short, I told the scammer no way, took the vehicle to a mechanic to inspect the transmission which obviously came back fine, and I ended up selling the car my self to someone for 12k. The person who bought the car got a folder with all the maintenance records and the inspection report on the trans.
Beware sellers of this scammy company. I wouldn’t buy a car here either because of this kind of business practice.

My auto service at CarShp was a wonderful experience. Morgan kept me advised of what needed to be done as well as what should be considered within the next year to keep my vehicle in safe and good repair. The waiting room was very comfortable and I was told they do provide service to those who want to wait at home. I have already recommended two friends to CarStop.

What an AMAZING experience!! I found the car I wanted at a different Carshop location and immediately started interacting with Connor via text message. He got the car transferred for me to the Glen Mills location in like a day or two. We went back and forth on text a little and just one or two super quick phone calls. I came in on the weekend when it was convenient for me and the car was waiting for me out front. I was able to take a test drive on my own without pressure. Loved the car. Came back and signed all the paperwork. Connor showed me some of the features of the car and noticed the tire pressure sensor was on, so he filled the tires with air and then also add some gas. I left with the car of my dreams! Loved the no haggle, no commission experience. Connor was amazing to work with - he answered all my answers to my satisfaction and made the process SO easy! Overall great experience! Kevin M. Had the car i was looking for. I said i would stop by to check out. I got there and it was ready to test drive. Took it out and decided i would like to get it if we could make the numbers with my monthly budget. Kevin got me a more than fair value back on my trade in which ultimately helped with making the payment work. Best part is that with the no haggle price on the car, we didnt have to go back and forth on price and i was able to be in and out in less than 3 hrs. Overall, would recommend car shop glen mills.
