These guys are total standup dudes. Gavin and his coworker (didn't catch his name) helped me with a dead 12v battery on my Kia EV6. Gavin expertly installed the new battery and sent me on my way. They did me a solid and for that I am grateful. Cheers, guys.

Bought a poor quality screw removal kit opened it and didn’t use it, they wouldn’t accept the return. Don’t waste your time here AutoZone is much better

Disappointment at the Glenn Mills store that the evening shift male clerks couldn't pull up my rewards point when I was making purchases. Because of their actions I couldn't use my points towards the purchases.

Have had the pleasure of the most personally enjoyable and enlightening assistance from the staff working at this destination at almost any given time of day. In particular for an engine breather hose, help with my battery, and great recommendations to find an uncommon fuse type. The amount of business-practice selflessness from the employees to point you to where you should be looking, even if it's outside the store's walls, has led me to commend the destination for sticking to honor of the customer(s). Shoutout Andrew who looked out for me twice in one day.

Rachel was more than knowledgeable and friendly ! Beyond helpful and I am so grateful. Needing a new head light and wipers she directed me to each and fully broke down all my options and the cost differences. I absolutely loved it. Although it just started pouring she didn’t hesitate to happily come out and put my new wipers on. Thanks again Rachel!!!

The world had great people in it after all I was helped by a Great person here at the location by the name Rachel came out and changed my wiper blades as it was tricky with my electric car. Glad I came in off the road really needed it will come back this way again just for the smile and great service.

I bought a battery for my truck for a pretty penny under the impression it was a new battery. Two months later it died. Took it back to the store and they told me it was sold "as is" and that it was a reconditioned battery. At no time when I purchased it did they tell me it was used. Waste of money. Don't go here.

Great helpful staff, I've purchased 4 batteries so far from this store. For my boats. They have batteries for almost anything. Also one of the most complete wiribg sections with mini and regular size fuses and fuse blocks terminal connections. I recently changed my own oil on y 8 qt silverado and saved 45.00 over the dealer or oil express

Helpful folks. However, if you're not sure it's okay to say so instead of guessing. When I asked about the cabin filter installation, I was told that the flow direction is up and that the arrow should be up. Actually, the flow direction is down in the Tacoma, the flow arrow should be down too. But some filters show arrow up for showing filter orientation, not flow direction. No harm done, I double checked again on the internet before installing correctly.

Girl working desk is extremely rude. I have had multiple terrible customer service experiences with her. She truly has a very abrasive personality and is annoyed talking with customers both in person and on the phone. I guess I’ll drive down the road to pep boys like I used too.

Terrible. Don't buy anything here unless you are sure how to use it and it works perfectly for what you need it for. Look at their refund policy. I urge you to do so before buying. I will never, ever, ever buy anything from them again or anyone associated with them. My car can be on fire and I wouldn't buy anything from them. I have spent a lot of money here and the one time I come in to return something, only problems. If I could give them a quarter of a star, I would. Oh and the store closes at 8pm not 9pm as posted on their website. So sorry if you drove out and the doors are locked and no ones there.

Staff are very helpful at this location. I often need help, and they are more than willing to walk into the parking lot to make sure I buy the right thing, like the T55 torx bit today.

Nice location for all your auto related needs. When I asked for help finding a specific item the staff was very quick to show me where it was which made my experience that much easier. Checkout was also fast. Overall solid place that I'd recommend going to!

I needed a little help finding an item, and was quickly assisted by a friendly clerk. He even held the door open for me on the way out. The store was super clean, and had ample parking.

The staff at this location was amazing. They assisted me in finding the part I needed, allowed me to use their battery jumper, and Jasmin went out of her way to install my battery off the premises AFTER her shift was over at MY location since I couldn't get my car back to the shop. Above and beyond experience, recommend to anyone to visit their team!

I will go out of my way to go to this store versus other stores closer to my home. The employees here go above and beyond what is asked of them and then go even further. Knowledgeable and friendly, they were able to help me save money on a new battery for my car because they were familiar with the company’s policy. They then also changed my battery on a freezing cold and windy December evening. Remarkable customer service all the way! ?
