What a RIP OFF!!! Got an offer from them to do the oil change maintenance for $54.99 told them to add the tire rotation and got the bill for almost $200 Strongly recommend discuss all the numbers prior!!! Absolute Rip Off!!! And I bought a vehicle from them!!! P.s. Just did a service with Honda dealer for my other vehicle a week ago and they charged me $20 for tire rotation and $55 for oil change

Duane Schleppenbach is the best sales person I ever met. Personable, knowledgeable, honest and to the point. I’m 66 so I’ve purchase many cars. The last 4 I bought from Duane and I recommend him to others. The finance team was good too. If you know what you want you can be in and out with a new car pretty quickly. You will leave there feeling really good about your purchase where other dealers you might feel you have been taken advantage of. I drive 2 hours to buy a car from Duane at Team Toyota of Glen Mills so I obviously highly recommend him and his Team.

Stephanie Olsen and Alex Jernegen went above & beyond in helping us select the right mobility van. I drove three hours from where I live to buy a car at Team Toyota of Glen Mills, and it was the best decision I could have made! Unlike other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past, the vibe here was completely different—everyone was so incredibly nice, welcoming, and communicative from the second I called! In November, my husband told me to find a car I wanted and that would be my Christmas gift. I spent days doing my homework and settled on the Grand Highlander. I never had a Toyota but was so impressed with everything I read about their cars. I absolutely love my car! Everyone at Team Toyota Glen Mills is so welcoming and friendly. Our salesman, Ryan, is the best! He kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle while in transit to Glen Mills. He explained all the buttons inside the car....and there are a lot of them! At the signing of paperwork, Corey was friendly and so much fun to talk with. The entire experience was perfect.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Rich and Rick over at the team. I was previously dealing with kelly toyota over in hamburg who massively dropped the ball. I was so frustrated with them I called in to rick on Tuesday telling him exactly what I was looking for, not expecting much. Little did i know he actually had a truck that was even better. Great place, great people, best car buying experience I've ever had. Two things that separate Team Toyota from all the rest: It took less then an hour to do the deal, instead of "hard selling" me they listened and guided me through the options. To the second point, now that I have had the car for a while, I'm glad I chose every option that I did, and don't miss any that I didn't. Before I left, they had Alex give a tour of the car. He was very patient and, in addition to taking me through all the features, he setup my Toyota app as well.

Everyone that i interacted with at Toyota of Glen Mills, was great to work with. got a very nice Platinum Tundra for a good price.

Had an amazing experience with the sales rep Ellie! Not only was she so professional, she made the car buying experience fun & easy! Was super patient & even made it fun for my 4 year old through all the paper work process which was HUGE! Even the finance department made their part an easy & smooth process. Oh, also, I do absolutely LOVE my car - but I think I love it even more thanks to everyone at this dealership for making the process how they did.

Came back two days later and Rich helped me out with key fob stuff and a download. I also don't remember her name but the receptionist was very friendly and professional. Went into Team Toyota today and had a great experience! Ellie was really great to work with, especially helpful because I haven’t shopped for a car in 9 years, and this was my first time financing. I got a really fair deal for my 2014 Mazda, and a great price (and rate!) on my new Toyota Tacoma. Nick in the finance department was awesome too. The whole experience was fun and comfortable, didn’t feel pressured to buy, but the deal was just right and I got to drive out with my truck same day. Thanks Team Toyota!

I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who’s looking for sales people who truly care about their customers. I purchased my 2023 wheelchair accessible Chevy Traverse from Stephanie Olsen. Stephanie was a great help she answered all my questions and concerns. Buck was also very friendly too.

We have been going to Team Toyota for several years now for service to my wife's 2011 4 Runner and my 2015 Tundra. A tree fell into my truck and they did all the repairs and it looked like nothing ever happened. Both of our Toyota vehicles were bought used from other dealerships. We recently decided to upgrade the 4 Runner with the 2025 model. Jeremy was our salesman who helped us with the process of reserving one that was shippjng from Japan. We had to wait several months to get the exact one we wanted and our wait paid off. We absolutely love our new 4 Runner and appreciate all the help from Team Toyota of Glen Mills. Shout out to Toran who helped with the financing@!@!

Just purchased a 2025 6th Gen 4Runner from these guys and couldn’t be happier. Maria was absolutely excellent and was very patient with me until I came to my decision. Communication was great and she was very transparent— she did not perpetuate the “evil car salesman” stigma at all. Management worked with me to get the numbers that we were all comfortable with and I drove out of there less than a week later with my dream vehicle. If you’re ever looking for a new car, go to Team Toyota in Glen Mills and ask for Maria!!! Tell them I sent you!!!

I had a terrific 1st experience buying a Corolla Cross Hybrid at Team Toyota in Glen Mills. My sales associate Alex was knowledgeable, responsive, realistic, intelligent, youthfully energetic, and very personable. I recommend working with him. He listened fairly to all my points of negotiation (I’d created a spreadsheet for that purpose!), and he did his best to help the purchase be more palatable. He even arranged to pick me up from home on the day my car arrived. For the final “write a check” part, I also had a fun time with Nick, who was notable for his patience and sense of humor while I angsted. Overall, Team Toyota exudes a sense of competence and straightforwardness that was not so evident at other dealers during my search. I’ve yet to experience the service end of things, but am encouraged by positive reviews here. As of now, I have a wonderful vehicle and a memory of car-buying day that actually makes me smile.

After selling my old Ram I missed a truck. I stopped up and saw Tony Gott and he took care of me. He got me a great deal and I love the truck. The finance manager did an excellent job getting my payment where I needed it.
