I love the commercials but it was actually Aubrey in online services that I initially connected with who was kind extremely polite and sent me immediate images of what I was looking for. The experience was very good overall and Kenny my dealer was funny despite experiencing a very recent loss in his family. Overall their prices are the best around and I am glad a friend recommended them to me!

I had a great experience at David Dodge in Glen Mills. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. If you go there ask for Walt Cook to be your salesman. He went above and beyond for me. He was honest, respectful, and very professional and extremely helpful. He was able to answer every question I asked him and knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to everyone and anyone who ask.

I recently contacted the dealership , with regard to a Grand Cherokee they had on the lot. If you have seen the commercials on TV it’s a 100% true, what a great experience. I worked with Nick Giuliano an absolute professional (David you should be proud of his commitment) And a bonus I am getting the vehicle delivered no less…..can it get any Better ! Thx Nick

I must admit , they truly made us feel great about buying a vehicle from them. From the start, Joe on the internet sales was so polite. He texted me info, photos and carfax. I was close by and said, I'll just stop by and take a look at the vehicle he mentioned. When I got there, it was right out front. Joe introduced himself, and said he would hand me over to Kyle Baker in floor sales to show me the vehicle. Kyle is very responsive, told me so much about it, got a price with trade in, negotiated in fairness and made deciding to purchase there easy! Bob, another salesman who sat nearby spoke to me about the vehicle as well. He's a very enthusiastic person, he was so excited to be working for David Dodge that he even had David himself come greet me. In a world of fast paced, unpersonable interactions, David Dodge and his crew went above and beyond!. He was my dealer, I just didn't know it! I just bought a used car from here and I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Steve Ellis was absolutely amazing making this experience as easy and as smooth as buying a car can be. Jan with the finance department was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made the process as easy as can be. I couldn't be happier with how this whole process went down. I personally have never purchased a vehicle here. What I wanted to share is that I called about a flag being upside down on one of their light posts that was down. I just drove by and it was gone. That means they took the time to fix it. That just says alot about the management. To the dealership THANK YOU from a veteran. What you did is greatly appreciated and valued

Bought a new 2026 Ram 1500 from David about a month ago and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We actually just started looking since we were in the process of buying a travel trailer and realized our current vehicle wasn’t going to be able to handle the weight of the trailer. We came in looking for a used Ram and under no pressure from our sales person, Walt Cook, who was awesome, wound up buying new. I had done my research on what my trade in was worth and figured new wasn’t going to cut it, because I didn’t want to outlay a lot of cash since I wasn’t going to finance. Walt and the sales manager were able to make buying new work within my budget, which was totally unexpected!!! Then to top it off about a day after purchase one of the tires went flat on the Ram. I was at work when my wife noticed and we called Walt and he actually came out to the house and put the spare on for her to drive up to the dealership so they could give us a new tire. I am floored by this, no salesman has ever gone above or beyond like Walt did for us. I couldn’t be more excited about our new Ram and the way the dealership representatives at David have just stood out in every way!! Thank you for everything!!

This dealership lacks integrity and customer service. I absolutely regret buying my vehicle from here. They run your credit score through the ringer - I 3 hits to my credit and was told that they would only run it once even after I provided all three of my credit reports. The slogan is that I've always been your dealer and you didn't know it is far from the truth... From sales reps not paying attention to the customer feeling pressured buying a vehicle. I cannot wrap my head around the fact that I actually purchased a vehicle from here. John the sales rep could not take no for an answer... I opted out of text messages and yet he continues to send text messages after he was told no. Everything that I shared with him went in one ear and out the other. The day I purchased the vehicle not one feature or explanation of what the vehicle had nor was told that my trailer hitch was hidden behind the bumper molding.. Since I've had the vehicle - my key fabs intermittently do not work as well as the front wheels wobble while driving... I live over an hour away from the dealership and do not have the time to bring the vehicle back in... I was offered to have the vehicle picked up to be looked at but then that's even more miles on vehicle thats unnecessary. I have received two calls from Denise in the service department but not one voicemail. Since I've had the vehicle it's been nothing but a headache. Paperwork not done correctly and they still continue to text me and ask me for more after having the vehicle a week tomorrow. Sadly, this has been the worst pressured buying expereince in the world. I would strongly recommend to find another dealership... All these great reviews from people and I have had nothing but a nightmare.

Total lack of integrity. I contacted Derek to look at a used vehicle listed on their website. He told me it wasn't available yet and needed to go through their shop. He'd get in touch with me when it became available. I contacted them again the next day to see if it was available... Not yet. I contacted them again the following day. This time Sam said it was ready so I set up an appointment for 6:30pm to check it out. Sam told me someone else had an appointment at 4:30 which threw me, since I'd already been told for two days the car was unavailable to see. So I told Sam I would be there by 3:00. He agreed and so I headed over. When I arrived, the 4:30 appointment was already there looking at the vehicle. I went inside and found out they told the 4:30 appointment I was on my way, so they got there ahead of me. It's like they wanted a confrontation. I wasted hours of my time on these classless people. No integrity. Sam and Derek in the Internet sales department set up this mess. No integrity what so ever. If I was a little less composed it would have been a parking lot melee. Will never do business with them.

Didn’t make a purchase, but really turned off by the experience I had. Went in 9/9 and discussed with the salesman what we were looking for. Gave him a price I felt Comfortable with and he showed us some that were a few thousand higher. Took one for a test drive which was ok and said we’d like to look inside something else. Well, they must not look into the vehicles much when they buy them because not only was there a sticker of a letter in the door jam, but also hair ties on the shifter. As we walked away, he said “if I get This down to $xx,xxx would you leave with it?” Now the price was good, real good. I said my wife and I need to discuss. He said he’s been doing this 7 months and is used to that. The next day I call Back ans ask if he could drop the price of what we test drove to a number. He said it was unrealistic like the number I asked for the day before. I was Kind of confused because HE mentioned the price that he would bring it down to, not me. And then he said he had me there 2 years ago looking at cars and remembered me. So I was Pretty confused how 7 months is equal to 2 years. And not only that, I wasnt Looking for a car 2 years ago. Really weird and kind of glad I didnt Buy.

If turning a lease in DO NOT trust the sales specialists when they say all outstanding payments or issues due to the leasing company will be taken care of. Mike has been assuring me a payment less than $200 was being handled for 2 months. When asked who to contact directly at David Dodge I was always told it was “being taken care of, or handled today” Until he stoped answering my calls and texts and I reached out to the accounting department who seemed to have no idea about the outstanding payment. My invoice is now going into collections because people aren’t competent in communication. I never expected a sales associate to take care of a finance issue but what I don’t appreciate is being told something is being taken care of after asking who directly to contact about the issue.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience at David cdjr and even more so from our salesman, Brad Ross. My wife just picked up her brand new Jeep Wranger 4xe and Brad made the whole experience hassle free, fun and extremely fair. If you’re in the market for a Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep or Ram do yourself a favor and go to David and ask for Brad.

I had the best first experience buying my first truck a 24 ram and I'm glad I went to David Dodge.. Salesman Chris was very friendly and very helpful. I couldn't thank him enough and he got my trade in paid off in full so I didn't owe nothing on car I traded in.. I definitely reccomend this dealership and Chris the salesman..So if your ready for a new car go there and ask for Chris you Def won't be disappointed..And the finance guy Jeff Rubin is a man of his word when we were getting application done all local banks were closed so I had to go with a non local bank that the interest rate was high.. Jeff told me he would call me by 11:30 the next morning if he was able to get me a better rate and a little bit after 11:30 this morning he called with good news he got me an Intrest rate half of what the first one was.. so yeah Jeff is a man of his word which makes me wanna reccomend David Dodge 1000% to whoever is in market for a new vehicle.. thanks everyone at David Dodge I feel really grateful to have went thru yall

Let me start off by saying my my buying experience was so good that I decided to buy my wife a jeep a few weeks later. I purchased a vehicle from David Dodge and after four weeks, had to take it back for a water leak, oil leak, and noisy brakes. From the day I dropped the truck off there was no communication, after them having the truck for four weeks, I called to get an update and come to find out my truck was in a body shop being repaired from them damaging it, Denise Saylor had nothing but excuses on why I was not contacted, After a total of five weeks, I go to pick up my truck and meet with Dawn Matthew’s, and we look at my truck and it looks like Earl shives and Stevie Wonder did the repair! Dawn then agrees and signs a letter stating they will pay to have my truck re-repaired at a body shop of my choice and also an extended warranty for my truck because of all this. after taking my truck to a body shop and getting an estimate and sending it to Dawn, they decided to go through Insurance, 2 1/2 weeks later still nothing from David Dodge insurance! The three things my truck went into the service department for none of them were fixed. My oil is still leaking, my truck interior has been completely soaked from all the rain we have gotten, and the brakes are still noisy. I have emailed David Kelleher and Dawn multiple times now and neither of them will return emails! Come on DAVID I thought you were my dealer???

We bought our 2nd car from David Dodge last night and the experience was just as good as the first time. Mike McVeigh made the process extremely simple and was very knowledgeable about their products. The finance office was great too. The whole process took less than 2 hours from the time we walked in the door, test drove two vehicles and drove off the lot. I highly recommend Mike and David Dodge.

As someone who has worked in customer service majority of my career; I truly hold companies to a very high standard. I expect every company to deliver at least at 90% of what I would provide to my customers. Now, my company is a considered a top leader in customer service and I work along side several world class performers in customer service. With that being said; I can be a "tough" customer to truly WOW! me enough for me to leave a review. I can honestly say David Dodge has won that WOW! From the start, I was blown away with the honesty and professionalism offered by David Dodge. I scheduled my appointment and Ryan was kind enough to stay in touch with John and myself leading up to our appointment. I was skeptical that they would be able to "check all of my boxes". I wanted something AFFORDABLE, safe, reliable, with a warranty & preferably under 80k miles. Knowing I did not have the best credit; I was not shooting for the stars and went in understanding I may not get the newest or fanciest. When we first arrived, Ryan immediately greeted us and remembered our story and introduced us to Bob. Bob listened to our concerns and what exactly we were looking for. I had a VERY strict budget and a strict list of "needs" vs. "wants". I made a joke to my husband "could you imagine if we got a renegade!?" I laughed as my husband reminded me "manifest it baby". Within our first hour there; Ryan said "I think I checked all boxes" he whispered something to Bob and about 5 min later Bob said "go look out front". IT WAS A JEEP RENEGADE!!!! I was shocked. I immediately turned to my husband and said there is NO WAY! My husband looked back and said "happy wife; happy life. Manifest it!!!" Of course we went back in and I reminded Bob of our budget. He smiled so nicely and said "well, I already know that BUT do you like it!?" . Of course I loved this 2020 Renegade with less that 40k miles... but there was NO WAY!!!! Ryan came back & said "YUP! ITS ALL DONE. However; the car isn't even listed on our website yet it was just traded in last night so we want to make sure its perfect and an oil change." My husband smiled and said "Its OURS!!!" To say I was in disbelief is the understatement of the year. But it got better. After we confirmed our WARRANTY UNTIL 2027 WITH GAP COVERAGE ALL STILL IN MY ORIGINAL BUDGET!!!! Bob informed us that they wanted to put new tires on the car and give her a full detail. Since the tires weren't in stock; he offered for me to come back on Monday or Tuesday for the new tires & full detail. Of course! I was nervous about the price of new tires... NOPE THEY WERE INCLUDED!!! We just left from our detail and new tires and we are still just blown away. The waiting room was stocked with snacks, fresh coffee and water. Absolutely every staff member was so kind to us and our 8yr old daughter. We truly felt like we were just hanging out with family. When our car was done, Josh from service was kind enough to go over my oil change details and the packages they offer. I was SHOCKED to find out the oil changes will be $60 LESS than my previous car and previous shops! And even cheaper with their package. Not only did they welcome us back, Bob kept us informed the entire time and even remembered my husband wasnt feeling well and continued to check in and make sure we knew he was there if we needed anything. My husband and I are so grateful for David Dodge! Especially; Bob!!! & Ryan for going above and beyond for us. Also HUGE thank you to my incredible husband getting us my DREAM car!!!! And Harlee finally has her jeep all thanks to daddy!! ❤️

Absolutely great experience at David Dodge. Couldn’t have asked for better service from Josh who kept me informed, made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions while building my charger and kept me informed and answered all of my questions while we waited for my new car to arrive. Chris who supported me with the financial side was awesome as well! Always a little nervous as a young female in car dealerships but Josh and Chris were trustworthy and a great team to work with for such a big purchase!

Got a great deal on trading in my Mud-suzed truck for a full sized. John Krieger was great to work with and provided alot of information for future purchases! Update 6/22 I've been dealing with Denise about some parts and service that my truck needs and she has been a pleasure to work with. Keeps me updated on the status of the parts we were waiting on to come in and now that they are in got me the soonest appointment possible to get my trucks brakes straightened out. I had a bunch of major engine issues with this car that were taken care of in such a timely in organized manner that I will come here for any car issue I have in the future. I've been to many mechanics and dealerships but never was the service this generous and honest with consistent updates. The ability for everyone in the shop to stick on their schedule so perfectly is amazing, if they tell you something is going to be done by this day going to be finished by that day, no problem, no questions asked. I had Tyler and Ian as my technicians and I would recommend any customer who comes through to request them because they did perfectly?

When replacing the radio in a Jeep Grand Cherokee under warranty, damaged the soft panel above the radio, did not install the trim around it correctly - gave the car to me in a damaged condition, hoping that the customer would not see it. I saw, and service pleaded guilty and replaced the damaged panel and trim around the radio. Not a same day... and month, but replaced. When replacing, a lot of scratches appeared on all parts of the intrter that needed to be removed / installed. Four months later, the radio broke again + the heating element of the driver's seat back did not turn on. When replacing the heater in the back, they damaged the cargo net in the plastic cover of the driver's seat, the dealer pleaded guilty, ordered a new cover. Replaced correctly + the whole seat was stained with dirty hands of the mechanic. When replacing the radio, the trim was not installed correctly(again!!!!!!!!!!!) (the slots near the air deflector on the left and right of the screen) damaged the left air deflector + traces of dirty shoes on the plastic of the doorway and on the black plastic plate below the doors. The service acknowledged its responsibility for the incident. Considering that every visit to the service in my Jeep breaks or spoils something, I asked to call someone from the management. Fixed Operations Director Dawn Matthews looked at the damage history of my Jeep, looked at the trim around the radio, and realized that it was not set correctly. She invited a mechanic who took the car for proper trim installation. After 15 minutes, when the Jeep was ready, the trim was set correctly. .... but there were two fresh dents / scratches in the leather of the gear shift switch. Dawn Matthews saw this and tried to smooth it out with her finger. To my indignation that every time I service something in my car, something is broken, scratched, dirty, the Fixed Ooerationa Director advised me to look for ANOTHER PLACE TO SERVICE!!!!!!! my Jeep. In conversation, she said it twice !!! The head of the service, admitting the guilt of his employees, does not try to apologize to the customer, does not try to fix the work of his department ... but advises the customer to look for another service. She did this twice in front of witnesses! OK. Great advice. I will look for another service. ...

This was my first brand new car buying experience in over 15 years! Mr. Ken Gray was wonderful! He's like a trusted family member! He made sure I drove away in the vehicle I wanted, panoramic roof, and all! Jan in the Finance Dept is wonderful as well. My 11 year old thoroughly enjoyed the snack area. I would definitely purchase from David Dodge Chrysler Jeep again. Highly recommended staff.
