Terrible experience for the third time, VERY LAZY WORKER ALWAYS MAKING MISTAKES OFTEN HAVE TO FIGHT FOR RETURNS, not attentive to details! Only manager is helpful.

Aaron is the man to go to! Very nice, knowledgeable, and patient! Was able to find me a solution and quickly! Can’t ask for better service .

The employees are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable compared to other auto stores in the area and they give a military discount. Put my wipers on for me in the rain too!

So far had everything that I needed when I got there.

My battery died, and when I went this morning for a new one, they were able to look up my information and show that I was under warranty still. Got me the replacement battery and installed it for me without being asked. So helpful and friendly! Shoutout to Kevin!

I stopped in about a week ago and had the pleasure of being helped by Malik S. and what can i say he went above and beyond he gave suggestions on which battery would be best gave me a warranty changed my battery and even check my starter and alternator all while giving a positive and delightful attitude, excellent service!

Joe at the AutoZone here in Brookhaven is hands down one of the best managers I’ve seen in the automotive retail sector. He’s diligent, patient, highly educated and has helped us with hundreds of orders for our car rental business. He's even assisted my father when he stops by for his own personal vehicle needs, always doing so in a friendly manner. Joe brings a level of patience, professionalism, and knowledge that’s difficult to find nowadays, especially in a location like Brookhaven, that isn’t for the weak. If anyone from AutoZone corporate happens to read this, know that Joe is exactly the kind of person you’d want overseeing multiple stores. His leadership and customer service makes a lasting impression every time, which explains the location's high-traffic while the PepBoys beside them closed their doors. I'd like to give a huge shout out to your employee Andrew. He ALWAYS goes above & beyond to help his customers. I've delt with him on a few occasions. Today he helped me find tire caps & screws to put on my license plate cover. He came outside to see the size I'd need & offered to put them on for me. He genuinely helped because he wanted to, even in the freezing cold! Such an all around nice guy. Thanks again Andrew!

Had a great experience here recently. Team was super helpful, tested my battery and assisted with new install. Unfortunately battery was just out of warranty but they were able to save me some dough. It felt like they really cared, and that was very refreshing. Will certainly come back.

Clean well stocked and very good staff to help u out with any questions you have. High prices for tools and products like batteries, brakes, plugs ,alternators, water pump ,sensors ,o2 sensor I guess you pay for convenience but poor way to pass the buck

We visit this store right before it was closing. We were cold. We're women didn't know what we were doing, and it was late, we were tired. The man was selling us a battery because we broke down, we needed a new battery, then he told us he has to charge us $20 to put the battery in. We thought it was Frey number one then he said, wait a second I could get, I got a better deal for you. Got on the computer kind of fast talked us. Told us this is what you could pay for the battery, but if you have PayPal you got or you got money, you can't slime me 40 bucks, okay, at this point, it's almost 9 o'clock. I don't care sure, give him the money. Whatever, just we just want it out and yeah, after he did all that he's like.Oh, you also owe me twenty dollars for the battery.So he basically took sixty dollars under the table and took our old battery.He took the money from that and charts us forty dollars for putting an ant, so we didn't really save any money by the time I got home and figured it all out he scammed us out of money and to me, you shouldn't visit stores like that because it was him and another girl that knew what was going on don't go to auto zone they have workers there doing this stuff all the time.

My tailpipe cracked when I went into a pothole. I felt the tears welling up in my eyes. I was able to drive to the auto zone. Joe, who works in commercial sales, was extremely helpful. Not only did he make sure my needs were met, but he was able to multi-task and handle his commercial sales clients while doing so. If it wasn't for his Amazing Customer Service, I'm sure I would've cried in my truck that day.

The cashier was friendly and polite! He went out to my car and inspected my flat tire! He said they were closing in 7 no 6 minutes, so he rushed out to take a look at my flat! That was so kind of him! Thank you for great customer service!!

I come to this Autozone’s location for any and everything and get help with every question I have up to managers down to regular employees they make me feel safe knowing the guys here knows there cars if you don’t know what to get or what your car needs pull up to this location these guys will not steer you in the wrong direction with any parts or questions if you see any bad reviews just know that you can’t please everyone

I stopped in a few days back while i was having what I thought were battery issues with my vehicle, I brought it in for a battery test, and spoke with Stanley. Stanley asked for the symptoms and offered to check my starting and charging system. After running, the diagnostic tests my battery was fine. And he suggested the starter was hanging up. He priced out and sold me a starter. And suggested a shop from their system. I had the starter replaced and everything is now working great. Stan was of great help, and seemed to know what he was talking about, and wished me luck with my vehicle. Thanks again stan! We need more caring people in stores like him!

These guys are great. I had to have my car towed to do a check engine check. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. I eventually was able to resolve the issue as spark plugs and basically a tune up. Thank you for what you do and for being helpful because it was a stressful moment in time.

I called ahead of time to see if it was okay to come by because my engine light came on. When I arrived at the store I looked around for a worker and said Hello! No one responded then a gentleman from behind the register walked out and he did not acknowledge me at all. He walked right pass me and went to a aisle where another white man was he asked that man if it was something he could help him with, the man replied no I'm okay. So the worker started a conversation with the guy knowing I'm right there at the register waiting for help. The worker finally walked over to the register towards me and said how can I help you? I stated I'm the one who called about my engine light. Worker stated "I'm the Only one in the store I can't help you" I stated but on the phone few minutes ago you said you could help me . Worker repeated himself again stating I'm the only one in the store. I felt like he purposely didn't want to help me but was quick to greet and help everyone else after me who walked in.

Anthony made my time in the store very enjoyable, he is very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. He is extremely passionate and adorable ? if all the workers are like him, I will be returning. Thanks again Anthony!!!

I had such a pleasant experience the other day at autozone brookhaven. I usually do not fill out reviews, however I feel the manager I spoke with deserves the recognition. I was very frustrated with my car. It had a check engine light on and I had just gotten it out of the shop. Joe talked to me with such respect and helped me not only read the codes, but he helped me get the parts and then pointed me in the direction of a better, more reliable mechanic. Autozone needs more employees like Joe. It seemed like every employee asked him for help while we were there. He went above and beyond his job to not only help me with my car, but to make my horrible day that much better.

"Helpful" would be an understatement. I'm not from the area. So never been to this store before. Great guys ,great help. Got check engine light read, and tools to make acouple fixes. Appreciate their great service and professional helpfulness! Thanks Joe! And the other guys too.

My check engine light is on and my mechanic is closed for the holidays so I brought it in for the free diagnostic test AutoZone offers. The customer service was impeccable. One of the staff members, Dara, has mechanic experience and he even came out to look at my car and explain what the codes meant. Everyone was friendly and I honestly couldn't have been happier with my experience.

Andrew did a phenomenal job at assisting me with installation of wiper blades on my 2016 Tundra. Even though we were not able to complete the job due to technical difficulties, he was able to refer me to the proper assistance. Dara came to help us out and showed us quickly what our issue was. Installation went perfectly and now my wipers operate perfectly smoothly. Excellent team work.

The customer service here was amazing. Not only did I have the wrong wiper blades I had clips broken off from someone who put them on improperly. Andrew, was incredibly helpful. He was able to tell what the issue was right away and he fixed the issue. Would 100% recommend.

This location is 5 star with customer service! The staff are nice, patient, informative,efficient, answer any questions you may have and do very well with explaining in detail. Dara helped me without hesitation with my battery issue! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. THANK YOU

HUGE thank you to Jamie at store 6420 for helping us out a few weeks ago! We were from out of town and had a completely dead battery (getting it charged along the way by others), acid spilling and all by the time we could reach a store. She found the appropriate match, changed it, and replaced it and made our day!!
