I took my truck in for its annual inspection / emissions test. During the inspection the mechanic disovered I needed front brakes and rotors as well as a front axel for my 4-wheel drive. I know the mechanic is doing their job when they are very thorough in looking for safety issues. Some shops I have dealt with in the past may have never noticed or inspected the axel area. For my own saftey I am grateful for what they do by doing their job correctly. When I arrived at the shop Dave the mechanic showed me exactly what was wrong with the axel. After seeing it in person I fully understood what I was being told what was wrong with the truck. Lastly I know its not the shops responsibility for a ride to and from the shop and I only live about a half mile away, I am very grateful they were able to provide me with a lift to pick up the truck when it was completed so I did not have to walk in the recent snow that we got. Customer service goes a long way and they knocked it out of the park.
Trustworthy and dependable. I have been coming here for about 5 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience. Kevin is very professional and gives AMF a “small town” feel. I highly recommend this shop.

Overall great service. I went in this morning to get a tire plugged. Kevin greeted me and was able to get my tire fixed immediately. They are always accommodating and I am thankful for their service.
Advertised a Bmw aluminum rim with new continental tire and 4 center caps, I arrive and they showed me the tire on the rim it clearly said 2008 date code and no center caps and I pretty much knew how these people operate when I asked the guy working there to tell me what the date of the tire was and he couldn't give me an answer. Anyways I still bought the setup and changed it with a newer continental so make your own informed choice about this place.

AMF is my go-to service center. I've had my car serviced by them a handful of times and the service they provide is consistently excellent. I have a 2007 Honda Civic with 187K miles on it. I want to keep my car as long as possible, so keeping it in good working condition is of upmost importance. The people at AMF understand this and are always looking out for me by recommending things I can and should do to extend the longevity of my car. The people at AMF (shoutout to Kevin!) are courteous, accommodating, friendly and above all professional. I highly recommend them.
Took advantage of a college student- small piece of steering wheel was broken off- instead of explaining to her that it would not pass inspection- mechanic toyed around with the wheel, broke off more plastic to the point you only saw metal & then after the fact told her it wouldn't pass & there was nothing they could do- handled completely wrong

Kevin and his team were very helpful with the car inspection. They wrote everything out , provided prices, and kept me updated throughout the car inspection process. They were flexible, did great with scheduling the appointment with providing availability days, and answered questions promptly. I felt well taken care of especially as a new resident of the town of Brookhaven who recently moved from Philadelphia. Car was in and out the same day. I will be returning in the future!
My grandmother always advised, "You get what you pay for," emphasizing the value of investing a little more to ensure quality and avoid recurring expenses. When I received a quote, I initially sought a lower-cost option. However, I discovered that another provider would only address a single issue. AMF clarified that their approach adhered to safety protocols, which required a broader solution. They recommended replacing additional components to prevent the original issue from recurring and to avoid potential new problems. This experience reinforced my belief that opting for the cheaper option isn't always wise. I found the price I paid to be fair, especially for the prompt service I received. The turnaround time was impressive, and the customer service was exceptional. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary car wash, which truly brightened my day. Great honest communication
I took my BMW x3 in for an inspection and oil change. Kevin was very genuine and knowledgeable. Didn’t rush my questions and made sure I understood everything. He texted me a link to download my complete detailed bill BEFORE any work was completed. He was transparent about what was required to pass inspection vs recommended. There was only ONE service recommended. Attention to details is important to me. My car was returned with all notifications cleared and my lights back on auto. Everyone forgets that.

Kevin and TEAM are awesome! Exceptional service, knowledge and timing! Was traveling out of state for business and broke down nearby AMF. AAA suggested towing here and I'm very happy with their recommendation! Fuel pump failure and they had me back on the road within 36 hours!! My first visit ! My car was diagnosed and I realized the repair wasn’t covered by my warranty. I was undecided how to proceed. So I agreed to continue with the repair. Then I called back and said - don’t repair. I called back again and gave the go ahead to repair. Thru the entire process ( and I was a pain) the staff was pleasant and very understanding. My car was repaired by AMF and it rides beautifully. They even added in a few extra free services for which I am thankful. I am a very satisfied customer and will return again (hopefully not soon) !!

For the first time since I began using AMF to service my aging 2001 Nissan Maxima, I scheduled my appointment on-line. The scheduling interface was easy to use and I received confirmation of my requested date and time in short order. The night before the scheduled service date, I dropped the car and the key off at the AMF service facility and hoped for the best. The best is exactly what I got. I was contacted the next day by phone when we reviewed my service options and decided on a course of action. By 4:30 that afternoon, confirmation that my car was ready for pick-up arrived by cell phone. The service charge for all of this was incredibly low and it is hard to imagine a more expeditious automotive service experience. No unneeded service charges were applied to the bill as happens with so many independent service stations, everything was done in a professional manner, and the cost for everything was at most minimal. To my mind, AMF is a true automotive service treasure that I am pleased to recommend.
