Called here to see if they could program and cut the keys for new replacement key fobs for my car. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Not only was BatteriesPlus able to program the fobs and cut the keys, they did it for an excellent price compared to traditional locksmiths in the area. I was so impressed with their customer service that I ended up getting my phone battery and watch battery replaced as well.
The staff at BatteriesPlus do quality work and seem genuinely concerned with 'getting it right' and customer satisfaction. Their small shops are well-stocked with batteries of all types, ranging from button cells to automotive. Highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience at Batteries Plus thanks to Donte. I came in trying to get my son’s iphone screen fixed and was honestly in semi-panic mode because I didn’t know the password to my 14-year-old’s Apple ID. Donte was upfront and explained that he couldn’t move forward unless the FIND MY feature was disabled, but instead of leaving me stuck, he went above and beyond to help problem-solve.
He was incredibly patient, calm, and reassuring, and he walked me step-by-step through calling Apple so they could help deactivate the feature. Once everything was resolved, he was able to successfully fix the phone with no issues at all.

Great Folks Teven and Vas. I walked in with my Apple IPhone 12 as I was struggling to get my SIM card slot open. Within 2 seconds they had it opened. They would not charge me, so I left a generous tip. Did not know this store existed! Phone repair and any battery you can think of for cars, watches etc. This is what customer service is all about . I will spread the word about this store! Thanks to Vas for getting me fixed!
I stopped in to Batteries Plus for the first time recently to recycle and old battery and found the staff to be very pleasant, when Vas mentioned that he was an Apple Certified Repair Technician I asked him how much it would cost to have a charging issue with my iPhone checked out. Vas seemed more interested in fixing my phone than was in having it fixed that he offered to check it out free of charge and he deduced the problem and fixed the issue in about ten minutes and would not accept payment when I asked how much I owed him. I highly recommend Vas for any Apple or Samsung phone issues, he is knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about his work.
I visited the store after a long and the store is under new ownership and its much better than before . The staff was really nice , specially Vas was very helpful and fixed my phone within 10 mins and given me special discounts for new screen protector and case . I would recommend this place 100% .

Ordered a battery online that said was in stock ready for pick up in 30min. (Even though I ordered on Monday and the store was already closed) got a call the next day that it was not available. No attempt to find it at another location or to retain the sale at all, just we don't have it here, have a nice day. So I ordered online from napa and 3 minutes later got a text that it was ready for pickup. They also offered to deliver to my home same day for free since I lived within 5 miles.
This place seems small enough they should have control of their inventory, bad sign. Atleast they called to tell me before wasting my time driving out there.
I needed my iPhone 13 screen repaired and scheduled an appointment on the website to be completed at the Brookhaven, PA store at 10:00 am. It was then confirmed. Online, it shows the store opens at 9:00 am so around 9:30 I made the 30 minute trip from my home - with 4 kids in the van - to drop my phone off at my appointment time, thinking if I got there a couple minutes prior it wouldn't be a problem. Upon arriving the doors were locked and a sign was hung with "NEW STORE HOURS" stating they now open at 10. I waited a few minutes and called the store, but no one answered. I knocked on the door several times in vain because no one was there to hear it. After 30 minutes I contacted another location and decided to take my phone there. I finally received a phone call from the Brookhaven store returning my call and I explained what happened to the man, letting him know that I was forced to take my phone elsewhere and his response was "Oh well, I didn't have parts for your iPhone 13 anyway." Whoever this man is should be forced to take part in a professionalism course, made aware of the importance of being to work on time and potentially reviewed for his behavior toward customers. On the contrary, the man Mohammed at the Springfield, PA location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my phone repaired and was incredibly polite; an absolute pleasure to work with. He should be rewarded in some way for his professionalism and courteousness toward customers and how he presents himself at work.
Talk to the insurance company sent us to this place an hours drive. Get there at 5:30 and the guy says they are shut down for the day. There sign in the window says 7 pm. Horrible customer service to close 90 minutes early. Will also be complaining with Assurant about sending us an hour away to a place that does bad business. They shouldn't even be on the list.
Fantastic small business! I have been looking for an obscure battery and Tywan called me back and checked the system for me even though they were about to close for the evening. He was really knowledgeable and extremely friendly. If only every business was run like this! Thank you!
Tywan was very knowledgeable, honest, and detailed-oriented with replacing the screen on my iPhone. He was able to do it well under an hour, too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for other types of repairs, especially if you need them done quickly
This was my third time in Batteries Plus. I've had the best experiences all 3 times. The staff are helpful and friendly. Even the employees who came out from the back acknowledged me. They worked together and made sure I got everything I needed. I will definitely be back.
This fellow at Batteries Plus on Brookhaven went beyond the call of normal service tracking down for us the correct battery for our Dyson cordless vac. Dyson does not make this easy online as models and designs have changed and their web site has not kept apace of those changes. He found the correct battery and kept us abreast of the progress in getting it to the store. Many stars review from us for their service and attitude. Great shop. Michael & Amala fahey, Newark,De.
I needed a specific battery that I could not find anywhere else and Batteries Plus had it in stock. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to pick up a few other things I needed for my office. In addition to batteries I picked up some lightbulbs and a replacement exit sign for my building.
I was in need of an odd size battery. Went to the Brookhaven Batteries Plus store, showed the battery to the associate, he located it for me and I was on my way. Store is nice and bright to shop in!

The owner was very helpful. He had a product that I could not find anywhere else. Merchandise is organized in a way that makes it very easy to find what you need. And they don’t charge for recycling batteries! A great place.
