I have taken 3 of my family vehicles here for service. George is such a polite owner. He listens then checks out your car. His team does great work in a timely matter. He tells you if your don't need to have a repair. George charges very reasonable prices and we go to him for summer and winter weatherization. Great place where you won't feel overcharged and taken advantage of. Thanks Guys.

I moved to the area a year ago and needed a place to perform routine maintainance on my vehicle rather than driving to Mercedes in West Chester or Devon. George was patient and ready for my one thousand and one questions and spent the time to assure me of not only his extensive knowledge and experience (with luxury vehicles) but his ethic was evident. My oil change and inspection was affordable with no surprise fees or issues and my car was cared for in the process. What solidified my trust was that I thought something was going wrong with my car on the road. They allowed me to stop by for a once over and informed me of my human error with something. They did not take my ignorance, nor my gender as a weakness and did not make up a phantom issue in order to gain a dollar. All of the workers i have encountered genuinely seem to love cars and their jobs.

I don't know about cars but I trust these guys. In my experience they provide top quality service at a fair price.

We've brought our car in several times and each time, quotes. & repairs were handled efficiently & without a problem. It's definitely an inconvenience to leave the vehicle for repairs when we need transportation to get to/from work but George was extremely helpful in helping us get in and out as quickly as possible. I called at the last minute to inquire about an oil change. I'm a procrastinator LoL. Anyway George told me to bring it right up and he would take me right back and they did. Oil change tire rotation and balance.

This place is great. I've been bringing my car here for almost 2 years and I couldn't be happier with the service. These guys are honest and don't oversell or overcharge me. They are friendly and always ready to help me out right when I need it. I have complete trust in George and the guys here and will continue to use their services.

The guys here are absolutely awesome!!! Both times that I’ve had an unexpected problem arise with my car, they were able to see me right away (other places said they couldn’t see me for at least 2 weeks). They are friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

Anyone who writes a bad review about this company is just plain wrong. It is hard to find businesses you can trust who really have your best interest at heart, and that’s why this place is such a rare find. At Brookhaven Auto they truly want to help you learn more, safely drive, and get the best service for your car. George specifically took time out of multiple days to help assist me and teach me more about my car for free. This company has great intentions and great customer service. I would recommend everyone I know to come to Brookhaven Auto.

I didn’t want to leave a review but I wouldn’t want anyone else to get ripped off. I Thought I found a good local mechanic, I was wrong. I took my truck in to get an inspection and some brakes and rotors done. I was called and told my truck is not safe to be driving and there is absolutely no way it would pass inspection unless I got both front ball joints replaced both calipers, front brake lines and brakes and rotors. Over 2000$ worth of work that they would conveniently have done that same day. I told him that I was going to take it to another mechanic to get a second opinion and he replied with a snarky comment “ I hope he knows how to replace ball joints”. So I actually had 2 different mechanics take a look at my truck both saying that the ball joints were completely fine calipers working correctly and that they would pass it even without replacing the brakes. All in all don’t feel pressured to get work done if you think something doesn’t sound right.

Readily takes my car for same day service and keeps me informed of any issue that may need to be addressed, whether it be sooner or later. Courteous, prompt and reasonably priced. Thank you George!

Been coming here since my first car. It's also the only place I'll send my friends and family. They are trustworthy, fair, and just good people - and will make sure you understand everything before spending any money. Thank you Alex and George for the many many years of incredible service.

After a very bad experience at another shop my family started bringing their vehicles to Brookhaven Auto and we won’t go anywhere else. Alex and George aren’t just mechanics they are honest, caring people. I can call and say my car sounds like this and they’ll say bring it in and we’ll check it out. They are reasonable and never overcharge. I had another “shop” tell me my engine was done and to junk my car had alex take a look and within a day I was back on the road with a very inexpensive repair. These guys are there to help and very trusted. My husbands aunt who was set with going somewhere else her whole life even started this year going to them. Thank you for all you do guys!

Going here for 7 years. Great mechanics. With great customer service. You can trust these guys. They will get you in and out and give you the best price. Wouldn't bring my car anywhere else.

Alex and Jorge are awesome! They do great work. I trust whatever they tell me and never worry, unlike the other places who try to rip you off and talk to you like you don’t know anything. I’ve brought all of my cars here. I live in Delaware and I would drive farther if I had to just to work with them. Most of my friends and family come here too! They’re trustworthy and I love them!

The guys that work there are really great. They don't look at me like a woman that knows nothing and try to get over on you. They'll look at your car and tell you exactly what is wrong. And I have them call me with an estimate on cost before they start the work. And if they find something else, they don't just fix it and add onto the bill. They'll tell me about when I get the car and tell me about how long I can let it go and around what it may cost.

They work on all 3 of my older model vehicles. They never tried to "up sell" any parts or service that was not definitely needed. In most cases they were able to complete work on the vehicles in a day or two. I would recommend their shop.

Great service and a really nice, trustworthy guy. Many times he has charged us very little knowing that our car was on its last leg and we didn't want to put much money into it. He has also always told us when something has not been worth putting the money into.

Answered the phone unprofessionally.. just a simple hello. Didn't know if I called the right place or not. Wouldn't let me bring my car in on a Tuesday and pick up on Thursday.. was super rude about it too. Definitely need better customer service. Only gave 2 stars because the price they quoted me was half way decent, but they lost a $500 transaction due to rudeness.

They are awesome all the time. I am always pleased with the quality of work done when I take my vehicles there & thought that it was about time I said so. My husband attempted a repair on his own vehicle over the weekend - it didn't go so well. George called me up after I dropped it off there to ask me what happened under there - I let him know and he was completely understanding, just admonished me that the condition it had been left in was not safe at all. I kind of made a joke about it being a good thing we live right around the corner but it was completely awesome that he cared enough to even tell me. Thank you :-)
