11/22 - Update to my review below: Their manager reached out to me and explained that they had someone new in sales and how they operate. It was good to hear from them and I believe that EIS will live up to their reputation. Based on this call, I would refer others to them as well. 11/21 - We recently started using Executive Image Solutions. Although their service has been great, their billing and communication has been less than stellar. They have not been straight forward with how or who we would be billed by. This created random phone calls, random bills in the mail (making seem like a scam), late fees and a lot of confusion. We were told that we could pay one way only to find out that was not an option. Overall, the biggest issues we've had has been communication of expectations. Hopefully this won't be the case going forward.

I had dealt with a competitor for the last few leasing cycles and decided to switch things up. I am very pleased with both the new copier we moved forward with and the experience in general. The installer Jason did a great job and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend EIS if you have a need within their wheelhouse.

Jermaine Price is an amazing person. I needed assistance on how to build a job on our printer. He came out the next morning and showed me the process and what I needed to do. He has always been quick to respond to my emails or texts. He is friendly, personable and always ready to assist. I'm thankful he is our go to person for copier needs and issues!

We've been working with executive image on our business for years. The service is Excellent! The ink shows up on our doorstep whenever it's getting low automatically, we rarely encounter any printer issues- when we do, it's an easy remote fix. This is one company that I have no hesitation about recommending, the service is truly top notch

Executive Image has been a long time and much appreciated vendor of the Keystone Baptist Association. Jermaine Price has been such an asset to us as we looked at replacing a printer. From the removal of the old machine to setting up the new machine, each process has been efficient and easy. I work for a small family owned business where when something breaks we have to fix it and fix it fast. Executive Image stopped into our office one day and convinced us that they could help ease some of our tech needs around the office. So we tried it and let me tell you we made the right decision! Best Customer Service I have experienced! Our copier toner ran out on a Saturday in Tax season, Our Busiest Time. So I called Monday morning when they opened and Executive Image had copier toner delivered to us at 10am the same Monday morning. We didn't even miss a beat. I don't think you can get that anywhere else. So Pleased with this Company!!!

I'm a church secretary and just want to offer my appreciation for our account executive, Jermaine Price, whom I had the pleasure of meeting this past week. He stopped in hoping to catch me in the office after we were 'missing' each other previously. After talking with him for a bit, I can say that he is such an incredibly friendly, nice person and we here at Grace church are very very fortunate to have him as our account executive. Also, two of your technicians — Paul and Jason — these men are so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to being able to pinpoint and correct any issues that have come up with printer performance. And, I will say there have been very few issues where I've needed to place a service request. I usually try to figure it out myself, but then when that doesn't work, either Paul or Jason come to my rescue. I always ask questions while watching what they're doing and I can often learn something new about our printer and can use this to help me to be able to fix little issues. All in all, I cannot say enough about Jermaine, Paul and Jason. Thank you, Executive Image, for having these men on your staff! They do you proud!!

Our organization has had excellent service from Executive Image over the years. They are very timely with supply delivery and maintenance, and all of their staff is very friendly and helpful. When our contract was up recently, we compared other companies and decided to stay the Executive Image because of their value and service!

Great service! Any time we have a problem or question, Jermaine quickly responds, handles it efficiently and gets it taken care of on the first try, no matter how long it takes. We have never have to call back for the same issue. The Service and Supply contract is great. We don't have to keep track of our toner status, a new cartridge automatically shows up before the old one is empty. Would defiantly recommend Executive Image to anyone!
