These guys are great! I’ve gotten all of my synthetic oil changes, new wiper blades, tire rotations, inspections, and filter changes done here since moving to PA. They’re honest, fair-priced (lots of coupons floating around), and have been able to fit me in with or without an appointment. Justin is awesome - he remembers me even when I don't schedule an appointment to bring my car in. They always let me know when things are getting worn, like tires and filters, so I can be prepared for the cost in a few months. Today Chad helped me get 4 new tires and had me in and out on the same day, despite having a weird tire size that usually isn't in stock anywhere... Plus, they had a $100 rebate and other stackable coupons. I always get inspections done here because you can't beat their coupons that they have online or mailed to your house. Highly recommend!

Had a piece of the frame under the car become detached while driving home from work, walked in an hour before closing and they fixed it in five minutes for no charge. Big relief, considering the car was inspected a week prior.

I could not ask for a better team to take care of my car. This shop treats you well. They take care of you and your car.

LB Smith's Quick Lane is awesome. Jared is great and I appreciate all that he did to make things happen to ensure my F150 was fixed correctly. I recently had a tire pressure sensor go out so I showed up bright and early as a walk-in. Chris and his team of superb techs got me in right away and got the issue fixed. This center is one of the best around. There's always a staff member to help you. There's complimentary refreshments with a nice and transparent waiting area. I pulled in the other day on a flat tire hoping I'd make it here. While they couldn't fix the flat, they still found the best price for a tire. I also pulled in with two kids and the staff immediately had ready to go busy kid kits. The manager even had the idea to let my kids play with a display tire. Everyone there was so understanding and helpful. The team never let me feel overwhelmed. There's an amazing staff here and I'm glad they are so local.

They’re great. Took the time to explain things. Waiting room is clean. Free muffins, clean restroom (nicer than mine at home). They treated everyone well. Quick service.

They are efficient and respectful and friendly. The service advisors will explain everything thoroughly but they do not pressure you if you say no to something. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and there is always a shuttle driver offering rides. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them.

These guys are AMAZING!! I never have to worry about good car care with this establishment. Everyone is friendly, courteous, honest and respectful. If you want great car service this is the spot right here.

I used to get my inspection and basic car place done at a small shop , but this is closer, I found the years I been going to quick lane “ they are very honest and fair “!! They never force anything and tell you how it is , and allow you to find your time table to do up keep repairs ,they will drive you some where and pick you up if needed .

New tires great service. While there, over heard many of the conversations about repairs and simple notifications of future repairs. Very informative with the customers and no pressure. Some places from my own experiences are vague and pressure you. Those places want your money then shoddy work. These folks have work. They don’t need your money they want your money through quality work.

Justin at quick lane is awesome! I went into quick lane in April for an inspection after a month of having my new car, it failed with a long list of issues. After going back & fourth for a month with the dealership I got it from they finally agreed that I could schedule to have everything fixed at quick lane. Justin emailed them the invoice prior to scheduling an appointment in which they responded that they would cover the cost of all of the work that was needed and that I would only be responsible for the sales tax. I dropped my car off this past Thursday to be worked on and once the work was completed Friday the manager of the dealership I got my car from gave Justin the run around. They tried to say they were not going to pay for things, they wanted discounts and even tried to say the never agreed to pay their portion(even though we have emails with their dealership info included). Justin went back and fourth for hours and was able to eventually figure things out. Justin also got them to pay for everything! So so thankful for all of his help during this process because it was definitely a stressful one!

Sharing a review due to one person in particular! Dane is a driver for the convenience shuttles here. I have never met a more professional, personable young man in the service industry. He was courteous, highly knowledgeable and extremely safe. He drove myself, my husband and our two children about 30 minutes from the store. My husband forgot to update his phone number with Quick Lane, so our vehicle was done on his way back to the store from dropping us off. this man turned around and figured out from landmarks how to get back to our house! And we live in the woods, so he is obviously attentive to details. He went the extra mile to do his job properly and I’d recommend people to Quick Lane simply off the basis that they fixed my brakes and hired someone so well suited to his position. Awesome job, Dane, hope you see this! You deserve a raise and a promotion!! 🙂

First time going to quick lane for a repair and they were awesome! Friendly, snacks available, and a shuttle service to take you home if you don’t want to wait!! Bob took me step by step through everything and got me quotes for new tires I’d need in the future. Very informative and very friendly! I’ll be going here for all my services now!

Excellent service! My check engine light had been on for a few days after a battery replacement. I showed up at Quick Lane without an appointment and the issue was resolved in less than an hour.

Have been there twice in the last 2 weeks once for my spare car having axels put in and second for my wife's car getting Inspected. I was greeted by Anthony who was very friendly and professional. He was also very helpful walking me through the process of ordering the parts I needed and getting fit into their tight squedule. The work was done in a timely manner and im very happy. I will be bringing my truck in to be Inspected very shortly as well. Great customer service.

Stopped in looking to have brakes and rotors replaced. Was advised that there might be a wait due to only 2 guys being available that do breaks today. What a shock it was that within 10 mins my vehicle was on its way back to be serviced. The staff was pleasant, professional, and informative. The best part, they had a basket full of mini chocolate chip muffins to eat. My dealership quoted me a price which seemed extremely high, so I came here. The work was done in an hour and the price was significantly less than my dealership. Highly recommend this place!! Great experience!!

Such a great place to get your car serviced! You can make an appointment, but even without an appointment, they’ll get you on the schedule and in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is honest when it comes to recommending repair work and won’t try to pressure you into expensive repairs you don’t need. They’re upfront with their pricing and give you a detailed receipt upon checkout so you understand your bill. It’s the only place I take my car here in the area.

Everyone is very friendly at this Quick Lane garage/ shop, which is also owned by LB Smith of Lemoyne. The shop employee provided me with accurate info when I called them about their services & pricing and they didn't try rushing me off the phone or seem irritated with providing the info as many other garages do when you call in advance... I had my car Inspected here, rather than at LB Smith's primary shop this time because Quick Lane is open Saturdays and that's a huge plus, and this shop doesn't require an appt (they take walk-ins), as the main LB Smith shop does require an appointment. And at the time my car inspection had run out the previous month that I hadn't noticed until a few days before taking it into Quick Lane. I was extremely impressed with their customer service both on the phone and in person (wish I could remember the young lady's name & her trainer that assisted me to give them a shot out for friendliness & great customer service, as she was still fairly new there when I was there in April), their pricing is fair/reasonable, they offered to give my car a bath after completing the work/inspection 🙂 which I was extremely grateful for since I don't make it to the car wash often these days, and they offered to send an employee from their shop in 1 of their company vehicles to pick me up and take me back to their garage (free of charge) to get my car when I had called informing them that I was unsure if I could pick my car up that day when it was finished due to a scheduling conflict with the person that was initially going to take me to pick it up. Furthermore, Quick Lane techs/ mechanics didn't pressure me to have additional work done there to increase my bill as many other garages would do saying that it was necessary maintenance to make more money off of the customer, and they are one of those garages that provide an exempt emissions option & sticker when doing the state inspection if the car is eligible for it for a small fee, and the pricing I was quoted on the phone is what I was charged. FYI: This was the 3rd year in a row (initially due to the pandemic and their location in Lemoyne only a mile from where I live) that I went to an LB Smith owned business to have my inspection & emissions test done if needed and I was impressed by the clean & friendly atmosphere with a comfortable waiting area if you choose to wait while they complete the work on your car (considering it's a vehicle garage/shop), the great customer service & warm welcome each time, the fair pricing, and the vehicle services that they provide! Before 2020, I had taken my car to the same Chevy dealership where I bought my last few cars (all Chevy cars) for 15+ years either at their Hershey or Lebanon location because I was always impressed with their services too but it was an inconvenience to drive that far each time I wanted to get my routine oil change, maintenance, or repairs done. Whereas Quick Lane & LB Smith is approximately 1 mile from me. Unless something happens to change my mind in the future, I'll continue to go to LB Smith Garage or their Quick Lane Garage (as I love the flexibility Quick Lane has with walk-in appts and Saturday hours) for not only routine work (oil change, tire rotation, new tires when needed, & inspections) but for any future mechanical problems my vehicle may have as well... Thank you, Quick Lane employees for the great service you provided me with in April when inspecting my car❣️

I never realized The Works Synthetic Blend Oil Change also includes a tire rotation. Each time I go into QuickLane I specifically say I am getting an oil change only and I never realized they rotated my tires as well each time I had gone. Two appointments ago I finally realized when I was sitting in front of the glass window (thankfully) and said something. So, I've been paying around $70 each oil change thinking that's the only service I was getting. Last time I paid $30 after making it clear the only thing I needed was an oil change. That means for like the past two and a half years I was getting my tires rotated twice in one week since I go elsewhere for the rotation. I obviously don't need that and that's just extra money out of my pocket. I'll triple check I'm reading the fine print from now on, especially since I'm a woman and don't know everything about vehicles. Aside from this, everybody is friendly. They have great hospitality and fast service. They are accommodating and care about their customers.

Had a piece of metal in my tire on Saturday afternoon. The tire was not repairable, but they were able to instead install four new tires of my preferred brand, do an alignment for me and get me back on the road all in record time. Dealt with Jared on the phone, and Bob once I got here. Both these guys plus the service tech were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend this place!

I had a flat tire this past weekend, around 3 o’clock on a Saturday. Apparently, that is a very bad time to need a new tire - no place was open past three! I called Quick Lane Tire and they stayed open over an hour past closing to not only change my tire, but replace all my worn-out tires and lug nuts. They were incredibly friendly and helpful; I could not be more grateful to the amazing staff who helped me out. I would 100% recommend this business to everyone.

Called the team at LB Smith due my dealer canceling my oil change due to labor issues. They transfered me to Quick Lane which is a sister service center of theirs. Their team took me without an appointment, did an oil change, fixed a nail in my tire/ rotation and replaced my air filters in 81 minutes with a car wash included free. Best service ever. Will use them going forward.

These guys are great. My boyfriend and i are from out of town. We had a huge issue happen with our vehicle. They got us in and had it done in 3-4 hours. Way quicker than we expected. They’re very nice and easy to talk too. Anthony helped us. Kept us updated on what was going on.

I had a very great experience in servicing my car. Service was excellent. Lobby was great. They have coffee ,water ,snacks and good wifi connectivity with a workplace to use laptops. Also got a free car wash coupon. 10/10 will visit again .
