My recent experience at this location was truly refreshing. As I mentioned to the store manager, Jason, good customer service feels like a lost art these days. However, that wasn’t the case with the AutoZone Team in Lemoyne. While searching for a battery for my vehicle, I was provided with options that saved me both time and money. The assistance I received over the phone from employee T. and the in-person help from employee L. were outstanding! Had I gone elsewhere, I might have spent a couple of hundred dollars and wasted half a day without my vehicle. Kudos and appreciation to the AutoZone Team! Two thumbs up!

No help. I ordered a part for same day, in store pickup, and called to verify that I was indeed able to get it the same day. My car was already lifted, and the part needed was NOT an anticipated fix. I was told the part wasn't in stock, and pretty much there was nothing to be done. They were really no help... INSTEAD I CALLED a different location to verify availability and went there to get the part instead. Same business mind you. Just different location. Customer service was severely lacking as I was pretty much told sorry, and got my order canceled. Which did not help. At all. I still needed the part. I did the leg work and follow up. Definitely need some lessons in 'how to say yes.'

The man working night shift helped me extensively with my lights. My headlights are now looking brand new from the kit and much brighter from the new bulbs. Thanks!

Felt like I needed to tell you how they treat veterans. I served in the USMC. When I asked for the Veteran’s discount the employee said it’s too late because he already started billing me, even though my information was already in his computer. So start over if you care about us…you don’t. There were 5 employees sitting around and not one would do the right thing. No one seemed happy to be alive, or to be working there. I will never go back..too much BAD ENERGY!

My vehicle was struggling to start. I went to autozone in lemoyne on a Sunday morning and asked them to check my battery life. The machine couldn’t get a reading, and at this point, my car no longer would even start. Bought a new battery and John A. went above and beyond to make sure my child and I didn’t get stranded since my vehicle no longer would start. He removed my old battery, thoroughly cleaned the terminals and gave me great advice and product suggestions to use if I get in this situation again with dirty terminals. He walked me through every step and was so kind. Vehicle started right up and we were on our way.

I walked in not long before the store was to close and was assisted immediately. The manager helped me figure out what was needed and checked my car levels to be sure and added what was needed. I was given the reassurance I needed for my travels back home. Good team working there.

I liked AutoZone. I am giving it 1 star rating because.. They open at 7:30 I was there at 7:23 and tried try to get in a fellow worker came to the door and said we open at 7:30. He told me to come back. WHAT. I needed windshield wash (rainx) so I went 3 blocks up the street to advance Auto. I ended up spending about $20 on 3 jugs of rainx. And $6 on a drink and a candy bar. Thanks 👍

My experience was 6 star. Taking my call about replacement battery options, including installation, John was super helpful and quickly lined me up with the type I needed. Then when I drove to the store Bill waited on me and was very happy to check and confirm that my particular installation was "allowed" by Auto zone. Twenty minutes later, Bill completed the task and I drove off. He wouldn't even accept a tip for his service. This was a Saturday morning, when I expected a delay on the phone or with the installation, but both were very smoothly done. Thanks, John and Bill.

I bought a quart of oil and because I didn't have a funnel I ask them for help to pour the oil and was told we don't do that. I thought they were supposed to be helpful.

They ran me to 3 different stores Just got brake calipers had to go to one store to pick up the left one had to go to another store and pick up the right one when I go to just order them both the one store I don't think they know what they doing.

Staff isn't very helpful or friendly if it requires them to leave the counter space or to call another location to see if they have a specific item. Try NAPA down the street or literally anywhere else but this location. Negative five star and two thumbs down review if that was an option

I wish I could rate this autozone a 0 star. I go there because my battery died, the gentleman who looks up the battery says “well I’m not gonna replace it” and goes and asks a co-worker. Before I even opened the hood the guy was saying he doubts he can do it. He claims that he can’t do it because of a “fuse box” on the battery. He claimed that If he would break the fuse box I wouldn’t be able to go anywhere… no really?!? You work at an autozone and can’t replace a battery, that’s funny. While I understand this isn’t a battery place. They work on cars all day then should have some advice. I ask the gentleman if he knows where I can take it, he says to a mechanic. Not offering places like interstate batteries/ batteries plus, but I would be willing to bet he knows those places are around and they will do it. Not sure if they just didn’t want to help me or if they are told to not work on those batteries, but if you can’t help people put them in and find the right place/battery then you shouldn’t be in business. I’ll never go to autozone again.

As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile.The service was exceptional! Bill helped me find a battery that was right for my vehicle. 😊 He also installed the battery. Needed a new battery for my car. They didn’t have the specific one I wanted, so I went to a couple of other locations that did. Neither of those locations would swap out the battery for me though. I called this location to see if they’d swap it out for me even if I bought the battery at a different location. The store manager personally changed my battery and was super kind about it.

This is a good store. I get almost all of my auto parts here. They have pretty much everything I need to work on my truck. The people are helpful here. Sometimes the website is slightly inconsistent with what is in store but it isn't a big deal.

Managers busy talking while 1 new employee managed one register. I waited approx. 20 mins. in line for a battery. When the manager was pulled away from what he was doing, he had an attitude with me for no reason. Never offered to test my current battery and was Very Condescending when speaking to me (a female) who happens to know (probably more) about cars than most. I purchased the battery in stock (not the cheaper one I wanted) because I was in a hurry! The new employee offered to carry it out for me, the manager was again busy talking to his assistant manager. I bet your MOM is proud of you and I bet your a 40 something SINGLE man, wonder why?

I visited this store to purchase windshield wipers. Of the 3 employees working during my visit, not a single employee was smiling. When I asked the woman who waited on me if someone could assist me with replacing the wipers, I felt as though I asked for something unreasonable. Every moment of my interaction I felt as though my presence was inconvenient. There were no other customers in the store at the time, with 3 employees. As the attitude continued when checking out I finally had enough. I left the store without purchasing anything and visited a competitor where every employee was friendly and helpful. I have since made 2 more purchases at your competitor with repeated excellent customer service. I felt compelled to inform you of my terrible experience at this store. I will continue to use your competitor in the future. Hopefully your employees will learn the importance of quality customer service.

Popped in for a quart of oil, and on the way in I saw their sign offering to diagnose a check engine light. I asked the salesperson and they were super helpful! Not only did they check the code for the check engine light, but they checked my oil and poured in my new quart of oil. I was expecting to feel awkward, you know, fixing my car in the AutoZone parking lot. But I actually felt welcomed and with their help, I was out of the parking lot and back in the road super fast!!

Helpful, friendly staff. Also recommended a great mechanic for my VW. They are very knowledgeable. Several staff members have taken time to explain my car related issues when I have needed the clarity. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Excellent staff, they helped me get the right part, let me use some tools, and in 90 minutes I fixed my car. They even disposed of the old part, it wasn't a CORE part, but they took care of disposal anyway. Excellent staff!

Every time I come here everybody that works here is amazing!! They helped me get things for my fiance things I had no idea about. I just went in there with a scratch on my new vehicle and they fixed me right up!! The Manger is so awesome!! Thank you so much for kind service!!
