Lovely experience from start to finish. Walked in looking for a new battery for my watch and walked out with my new favorite earrings by an Italian designer I never heard of and now love. The entire visit couldn’t have been more pleasant. I will be back.

I walked in yesterday looking to get my new watch sized properly. I was greeted by Nicole and she is awesome! She measured the watch against my wrist and within in 5 minutes she was able to size it correctly. If you ever need some watch work done please check these guys out! They also have a huge selection of jewelry as well. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

This has been a rare gem for quality products and outstanding customer service . That is why I continue to come back over and over !!! The ladies are very pleasant , go beyond , when they do not have to , just to help the customer , and this level of service does not go in-noticed . I was a bit aimless searching for a Christmas present just before closing time on Christmas Eve. Two lovely women greeted me with warmth as I ventured into their shop for the first time. They offered helpful suggestions and showed sincere interest in my needs. Unlike other neighboring vendors, they were in no hurry to close up and head off on this traditionally busy day. I ended up with an amazing gift and memory of a unique experience. So nice to visit a local shop with independent artists…contrary to today’s world of corporate, stamped out offerings pushed onto customers with less-than-genuine service. What a wonderful store! The ladies here patiently took the time to get us exactly what we wanted, including the free hand engraving that we didn't even know we wanted! Had three rings repaired for my wife and a new stone installed. Nicole was awesome to work with. She was patient with me and my questions. The work they provided through their goldsmith is done very well. Aside from the great products and service, their communication was top notch. I received a text message at almost every stage of this process keeping me in the loop. I felt their pricing was good and their turnaround time was very reasonable. I’ve never once felt disconnected as a customer. I showed up in dingy clothes from work and I was treated just like everyone should be treated. I highly recommend them based on their professional demeanor, friendly atmosphere, and ability to develop a relationship with me. I have visited this store many times in the last two years and they never disappoint me. The selection is amazing. I found some beautiful earrings for my friends birthday. The staff really helped with find exactly what I wanted....simple, fun, and reasonably priced. In June, Christy went out of her way to find exactly the right statement ring for me by Indiri. I just love it and this store! I continue to get endless compliments on it. It's great to find somewhere that has a little something for everyone and a staff that is caring and knowledgeable. This place is amazing! Super friendly owner and staff. They carry some of my favorite Brands and I have found some new ones as well. I have purchased several pieces here and I'm very happy with them!
