Pathetic service and lazy drivers. It’s very unfortunate that I pay hard earned dollars on WM-Clarion County Hauling &Transfer Station. It’s even more unfortunate that they are the only ones to service my area. Also the representative I spoke with about my issue was more interested in arguing with me and disrespecting a paying customer than she was to address any issues. If I could give you zero stars,I would.

I understand not picking up two pickup days ago when everyone is staying off the roads because of a significant snowstorm. I don’t understand getting a rescheduled notice for the next week one day later to catch up and waste management is nowhere in site that day! It’s now going on week three from the storm. No notice at all for last week. Just no pickup. They skipped a week last month too. And another time before that I went on the web to see why they didn’t pick up, and discovered the drivers reported the can wasn’t out? It was out and no one on our street was pickup up that time, just like this week. I don’t appreciate liars covering not doing their job on the website I shouldn’t have to login to every week, or paying for weekly pickup and getting three weeks service on what is starting to look like a regular basis.

Excellent Overall Service and the Driver is always timely, respectful and careful when picking up our refuse. Highly recommend WM as they are 2nd to None !!

both our garbage cans were beside each other however you worker only emptied one he has started leaving the lids open as well allowing snow/rain to go inside the can

I don't even want to give 1 star. Awful customer service. No communication why garbage hasn't been picked up in 3 weeks. Will not work with us to find a solution.

Multiple Missed pickups with 0 credit given, awful customer service. I did report the missed pickups,and guess what nothing happened. This company has gone downhill ever since they delivered the new bins to everyone, upper management needs to be made aware and if they are, shame on them. Customer service and consistency is how you keep customers. I think the entire Rocky Grove area should switch to Constable, I'm sure they would love our business.

When I called re: trash pickup, I was told it would be $27.00 per month for a 33 gallon can. I received a 90 gallon can and I am being charged more than $ 45.00 per month. I would love to speak to a representative to discuss the changes and try to get my automatic charge reduced as I am a senior citizen and have very little weekly trash.

Have not had any problems. It's too far from my house for my old body to drag the can up and down the long driveway, so I leave it roadside. Too damn expensive. Looking for alternative service.

I have both pickup and I do recycling at the station. Both are excellent and well maintained. Pickup is on time and if there is a schedule change, I am notified by email.

We love Tuesday pickup! I like the boxes. Only complaint is that we have no where to sit it out of site that we can handle. Not really your problem!

Service is good but my payment went from $69 to $93.32.. that's too big a jump.. I have a 2 bag limit. I know some people who were paying $64 and now it's only $89,, NO BAG LIMIT.please rectify my bill or I will be forced to go with another refuse service.. I am retired and on a fixed income

Trash pickup has been uneventful, and timely, even on the worst weather days. I would of given 5 stars had it not been for the frustration I and several others endure when wanting to actually speak to a WM representative. Please publish a local phone number, thank you.

Called last week because they haven't picked up the garbage at my apartment complex for MONTHS. they said they'd take care of it and when I came home this Tuesday they STILL didn't pick up our garbage. Terrible business

They had switched to using a specific garbage can to pick up the garbage. I was never made aware of this, and so they just stopped picking up my garbage. I was charged for a full billing cycle, starting in January, even though they did not pick up my trash once in January or once in the entire billing cycle. I requested a refund considering they didn't pick up my trash at all during the entire billing period and they refused multiple times. So I canceled my service

They decided to implement a new policy that required one of their bins, and never informed me. Proceeded to not pick up our trash for a month without our knowledge, then refused a refund for services not rendered. Canceled my account and moved to a local service for a better price. I don't usually have time to write reviews, but this was particularly disappointing behavior from such a big corporation, and I felt the need to make it public.

Horrendous service, the company has not picked up any garbage since the beginning of January. The past three weeks the weather has not been an issue. Also, the company did not contact the customers that the service was going to be rescheduled until, of course, after business hours. It is also almost impossible to speak to any human when you try to contact them. I have already paid you for a service that has not been completed, that is deceptive business practice!

Have you ever wanted to call a company daily to remind them to do their job, even though they never forget to take a payment? Do you enjoy sitting on hold for hours every week listening to music? Do you find it refreshing to talk to a new person every time you have an issue with no direct phone numbers or extensions so you have to start over every time? Then this is the company for you! Over the course of three months they visited our address once. Coincidentally when we were trying to get out of our contract and leave the service behind. They then charged us almost 1,000 dollars to get out of said service agreement even though they broke it, with the attitude of itll cost more to fight it if you want to talk to our lawyers. The only reason the got 1 star is its not possible to rate them any lower. Id recommend anyone with any other option to never use this company and avoid the headaches all together that they bring.

If it was possible to give 5 angry faces, I would. WM deserves no stars. I signed up for their service, and for the 6 weeks I had it, my trash was collected twice. The garbage man stopped at the end of my driveway, looked at my trash cans and drove away. Since everyone is either online waiting for 45 minutes to chat to a representative about their poor service or on the phone, holding for 45 minutes, you can’t get any real answers from anyone. Even calling to cancel service is frustrating. You can’t just cancel online. They do not give refunds if you’ve paid ahead, and to add insult to injury, charge you to pick up their containers. I’ve cancelled WM, and hired a different trash service and have not had a single issue since.

Insanity. Three times in a month and I have a camera facing the trash yet they can’t pick it up until the next business day plus using any of their online services whether it be local as a hassle as I cancel service and two weeks later, they will remove the container Unacceptable

The service used to be good but has gone downhill in the last few months. Trash was to be picked up on 1/6 but was delayed until 1/13 due to weather. This is PA, get used to winter weather. Since I cancelled my service they never did pick up the trash. They were to pick up their container on 1/14, moved to 1/15 and now moved to 1/29. Customer service is poor at best.

The service was fantastic for 17 years. Then around the holidays we received waste containers from WM, and everything changed! My garbage was not collected for four weeks! They had recorded on my account that the container was NOT available. It had never been moved from where they placed it. It was at the edge of my property with the back facing away from the road and toward my mobile home, but it wasn't collected. I chatted with someone from their website, and I was told it would be picked up, and I would get a two-week discount and not be charged for extra garbage! Why should I be? There would be no extra if they had picked it up. Then I saw numerous complaints on Facebook and posts on the Nextdoor site wondering how to get WM to pick up their trash. Many people were upset with the service over the holidays. You can't even contact them by phone to talk to anyone. I think there was a 15-minute wait time when you called them. I got a small discount, but I am seriously thinking of switching to Hunsberger Sanitation. WM really messed up when they changed to these new containers. They are so large that older women have to get up on a step to put their trash in them. I wish they would contact me to rectify this. They promised several times to pick it up and didn't. Finally, they came and got it. The can was in the place it has been for a month!

I am editing my review!!! I use to love my service the trash guy was friendly and always came like clock work every week. Since December it has been nothing but problems.. I have been calling for a week to get my service picked up. It has been impossible to speak to a human being. They haven't came all week to pick up our trash and there have been 2 trucks down our street this week. No reason to not pick up since my bill is auto pay. I keep reporting missed pickup and it keeps telling me they will come just to not show up. This is unacceptable service.... I will keep adding to the pile maybe they will show up someday to get it. Do better Waste Management!!!!!!!

Well, since I’ve gotten my waste management garbage can I have not had my pick up on the correct day yet. And since Christmas I have not gotten a pick up, they skipped me this week. . They skipped all of Rocky Grove this week. Everybody on the Rocky Grove website is complaining that we may all just go to constable because their local and they come twice a week. I can honestly say for the price we pay the service has been terrible. by the way before I got my Ken four weeks ago I had the same driver for 15 years anyways and he is good. This is nothing against him search for a corporation that doesn’t seem to know how to run a business. I’ve been on the retail side for 43 years driving never missed a day never been shut down because of weather I believe it is just miss management

I really wish WM would train their backup drivers better. I understand that holidays and weather can change pickup schedules, and I try to keep up with these changes. But it really irrigates me when you call and ask why it didn't get picked up, they blame it on you. Said it was inaccessible. The can has been in the same place for years. Only happens around the holidays. Its time to look around for a new carrier.
