This the awesome place for your truck repair all the staffs are very friendly specially the evening guy. The price is very reasonable. They take care of you in and out very quickly. I definitely recommend this repair shop.

I’m a truck driver and my leveler broke and my air bag exploded on the trailer. I found this company on Google and I was 1 mile away. I was able to nurse it to their shop. They got me in right away. The gentleman at the service desk was very helpful and the mechanic was fast and knowledgeable. They had me diagnosed and out the door in just over two hours. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company if, God forbid, you break down in their area.

Hi guys I had the pleasure to take advantage of Bauer’s services and gladly would like to share my experience with this awesome company. These guys took care of my truck from the towing to the complete fixing of my truck in less than 24 hours, plus the very reasonable price. Just get you clearer clues here it is: I hit an object on the highway that cut off all air lines under the cab plus passenger’s side both fuel and return lines and all electrical cables on main harness. If you guys know what this means you should understand why this review is so long.all of this was done in less than 24 hours as I already stated earlier and that with the necessary quality. On the photo you will see what was looking my truck under neat before it was fixed. I am waiting this review after a 100 miles drive. No any defects and warnings lights on my dash board. Friendly and helpful people in this venue will meet you here with complete understanding of trucking business needs Do not hesitate to ask for help whenever you get a chance to be close to Clarion PA I 80 exit 60. Traveling through from Iowa had a bearing go bad on my trailer around 7pm. Their guys did not hesitate to help me out even though it was almost closing time.

Quick responce, honest and very easy to work with. Randy was sending me picture and updates for every step through the towing and recovery process.

I needed an emergency repair becuase i was under a load and they put a mech that specialized in my problem right on it as if it was there own trk. Got me fixed up and back on the road quick like we would all as trk drvs like. I wouldnt hesistate to go back

This establishment is completely stuffed with caring, considerate, helpful and friendly folks who are eager to help you. Your problems become their problems. I bought a truck in Michigan and was trying to get back to Maine and could not have gotten stranded in a better place. They understood my dilemma and got right on helping me out. I can’t stress enough how helpful these folks are from the owner, office staff and mechanics they are all top shelf human beings. We were able to get going and made it home only to get a call from the shop checking to see if we made it home. Thanks to Randy and the crew, you guys are the best in the business!!!!!

Had an engine problem with my 2006 w900. Called Bauer truck repair, they sent tow truck right away. DAVID (tow truck driver) he promptly called me to update his ETA. I had my 6 year old with me and David was extremely professional and went out of his way to make sure we were safe and comfortable ..couldn't be happier with his services!!!! Rich called me the next morning and they had my truck repaired and ready to go. Very fair price for both towing and repairs done.He treated me like I had known him for years Extremely friendly and hospitable. I wish I didn't live 7 hours away so that I could make them my go to repair shop!!! I would give them 10 stars if possible. Don't hesitatelp whatsoever giving these guys a call. While traveling from Texas and stopping in Indiana coming on to Pennsylvania with several more stops we had issues with our Motorhome which led us to know that we needed our fuel and air filters replaced. Thank goodness my husband called Bauer truck and RV repair when we got there they immediately took care of us had both of our parts in stock pulled us into the bay and had us repaired and on our way within an hour! While we were there I saw them dispatching out trucks to take care of people on the road and I heard them on a call on our way out the door dispatching a wrecker I believe to pick up someone in need as well. Whould do a backflip if this place was Local to us in Texas!!! Thank you guys again for having such an amazing and knowledgeable crew!!!

It's been 20 years since I met a bunch like these guys over at Bauer. Top notch. They absolutely know what they're doing. Tow truck took 30 minutes to get out to me at 1:00 in the morning My truck was in the bay at 8:00 in the morning Diagnosed in 15 minutes repaired by 11:00 a.m.. This would have taken 2 to 3 days at any other shop. Thank you Dave Jake and Randy Bauer.

This RV owner owes these fellas (Randy, Rich, Matt, and the while crew if mechanics) a HUGE Thank You! I was traveling across PA with plans to stay at Rustic Acres Campground for work a few days, limped in with obvious transmission problem. They worked with me to schedule a diagnosis & repair, saved me a ton of money, repaired part they couldn't order/get in time for my scheduled departure, and had never back in the campground and on the road on schedule...during a heat wave! They resolved my very stressful situation as effortlessly as humanly possible. Don't let their name/sign fool you...they repair more than just HDT (tractor trailer trucks) AND, they're conveniently just a couple miles off I-80, in the right.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Where do I begin - professional, knowledgeable mechanics & fair prices, which is SO RARE these days. They towed us in the middle of the night & had us repaired BEFORE NOON the same day!! I know breaking down on the road always sucks, and it's the last thing we need, but it happens. Those times, you gotta make right decisions. Lots of scams around. After exploring companies on google in that area thank god I chose Bauer Towing. Now I can confirm that they run a honest business. After the initial call, they showed up even faster than what they’ve said and jumped straight into the job. Dave, the wrecker driver, is a cool man who knows what he's doing. Only respect. Thank you, guys! Stay in the business.

These guys are awesome! Nobody in town could service my F-550 (it's too heavy to put on a lift) They told me bring it over, we'll do it! In and out, and cheaper than the shops in Clarion. 100% recommend this shop!

Our truck got broken on the road late in the evening. We called Bauer Truck Repair. They towed the truck to their shop and started diagnostics in the morning. All the time they kept dispatch updated by phone. Finally, they found a solution and started our truck. It was rather fast and the total amount really was fair enough. Glad we found this shop. They treated us, like they alway knew us! We had a blow out on our camper .. on a Saturday morning. They went out of their way to help us get back on the road!! We thought we were destined to put the camper in storage, but they came through with the best of help and friendly service!! Had to park there overnight to get my truck looked at, next morning was told it would probably be the next day. My DPF was plugged up and the truck wouldn't run at all, so I couldn't stay warm as my truck doesn't have an APU or diesel heater. I went inside to get warm and the owner noticed me and told the shop to get me in and get it looked at. 5 minutes later I was in the shop. They got it fixed for less than $600 and fed me lunch to boot! Very nice people, and will come back for any more needed work in this area! 👍🏻

I was frantic. A bus I was transporting had an issue. It was Friday afternoon. Rick was honest and upfront. I had information from my tech support, explained my situation and they could decide what to do. Randy was the best.
